I originally saw this product on Shark Tank and looked it up online (then of course I searched for it here on Amazon). At first I was skeptical and only purchased one tube to try it. I was very pleasantly surprised. I've been using it for a few weeks now, have done gardening, cleaning, all sorts of things where I would usually be pushing my glasses up constantly. When I realize the glasses are annoying, I find the tube of Nerdwax, apply it, then go and finish my work (without having to push my glasses up anymore). What's annoying about it is that I only bought the one tube. I try to put it in a convenient spot, but inevitably I wind up having to search for it before I can use it. Soon I will order in several tubes so I can leave them here and there and have a tube handy wherever I happen to be. I will recommend this product to everyone I know who wears glasses!

Living on the humid Gulf Coast I assumed there was no solution for slipping glasses. Over a year ago I saw the product on Shark Tank and I remember thinking it was a clever idea but thought it was more of a gimmick than a real product. After going back to wearing glasses daily I remembered Nerdwax. I have come to grips with paying $10.99 for 0.5 ounces of wax (that's over $350/lb). The product works well and I am at peace with the purchase.

This stuff is great. Works just as advertised. I've worn glasses for decades, and wish this stuff had been around decades ago. :-) It requires a few applications as the day goes by, but I've just kind of incorporated it in with lens cleaning, so...no biggie. It's yet to be seen how well it works during the miserably hot, humid, and sweaty southern summer, but....We'll find out in a few months.

NerdWax was recommended to me by a friend as my new eyeglasses were constantly slipping down...and thus losing their effectiveness. The NerdWax was easy to apply to the nosepiece. Can't really tell you how long each application lasts as I just reapplied every couple of days when I'm wearing the glasses. I'd highly recommend it to keep glasses from sliding down your nose.

I have two pairs of glasses with the same prescription. One fits, no sliding at all. The problem with those is they are held together with binder clips. The other pair fall OFF at the slightest turn of my head. The earpieces are bent. I bought this in desperation. I hoped holding the bent ones on my nose would keep them on. I know, not a recommended use. My husband needed to keep his higher on his nose. I put this product on the nose piece on the bent ones. It worked for a full day not allowing the glasses to fall off. I just needed to reapply the next morning, as advertised. I asked and the manufacturer responded that day, if using them on earpieces could help. In that exceptionally fast response, I was warned this isn't what the product was designed for. I was pretty much told to use the product in this manner at my own risk. Well, I did, and it seemed to help just the amazing nose piece keeping them on my nose. YOU use at your own risk if you try it!!! My husband is delighted. My daughter stole our second tube. She's delighted too. Obviously, she doesn't live here. Her daughter, who also wears glasses has stolen it from her at times, but as I know where things which are "disappeared" she has same knowledge in her home of whodunit. (Yes, there is a lot of thievery in our family, especially from Grammy when I get a box from Amazon!) This absolutely works as advertised.

My co-workers are always wanting to use my Nerdwax! Think it will have to be a stocking-stuffer this year. I wear heavy glasses that have magnifying loupes and a light attached...I am a dentist. Touching your glasses while gloved up is a "no-no" and I had to try Nerdwax after seeing it on Shark Tank. It works. I use it. I will be gifting it this year.

My nose is an Italian, greasy nose. It is prone to profuse sweating and acne. I'm fine with a little glasses sliding during the day but was tired of constantly removing my glasses while running/lifting to wipe my nose so my glasses wouldn't slide. This stuff is AMAZING. Just wipe your nose pieces, apply wax, and set those suckers down on your nose. Boom. Jumping jacks...burpees...running... no sliding. Absolutely amazing! AND AND A N D I didn't grow giant zits where the wax went. Washed right off in the shower with some face wash. To remove from the glasses, just a quick wipe with a towel. highly recommend. Also, the product is scentless. ALL OF THE STARS.

I got this for my wife. She has naturally oily skin and wears plastic framed glasses so has problems with them constantly slipping down her face. This product works great to help hold her glasses in place without raising the center of vision as with pads. The wax will wear off naturally, sho she applies the nerd wax every day or two. But don't worry, the wax won't wipe off and stick to your face, it just seems to sort of disappear.

MUST DO TIP: There are a lot of complaints about the wax not sticking or going on. You MUST remove all traces of oil from the glasses first. The best way to do this is to use the pre-moistened glasses wipes that you can get from pretty much anywhere. If you don't have those, use water and a dry paper towel. If there is even a small trace of oil, the wax won't go on. This is common sense, but for some reason there are still lots of negative reviews about it not sticking. Once the glasses are prepped and cleaned, the wax goes on perfectly, with little effort. I find that it works very well too. My only complaint would be that it doesn't last all day for me, because I have pretty oily skin. I do have to re-apply after a few hours, but it's still way better than constantly pushing my glasses up all day long! It's more comfortable than the behind the ear hooks you can get to keep your glasses up too.

I'm pretty new to wearing glasses, I only wear lenses that protect my eyes from blue light and digital eye strain from screens so there's not a lot of variety in frames and no custom fitting so they slide down frequently. I wear my glasses preventatively but I don't need them to see and having never needed glasses before to get used to it was getting increasingly irritating to have to keep pushing them up all time. I wasn't directly searching for nerdwax when i came across it but its so inexpensive i figured i'd try it out while looking for more solutions. This stuff is amazing!! I can put on one application and my glasses (and now sunglasses too) won't slip down for 2 or 3 full days of wear! When I do notice myself repositioning my glasses, I just reapply and I'm good to go for a few more days! I'll admit when Im not wearing my glasses, the wax on nose pieces does look kind of gross but you can't see it when they're on. Plus it's easy to carry around since its the same size as a chapstick, so I could wipe them clean and reapply with every wear if I cared to. I'd recommend this stuff to anyone who wears any kind of glasses, prescription or even workshop safety glasses!
