First off let me start out by saying that my wife loves this cabinet. She asked for a sewing cabinet and had picked out a less expensive model. I did some research on this $150 model and quickly became worried about the long-term quality. After looking around I went with the Arrow cabinet, even after reading reviews about trouble building them. The cabinet came quickly but unfortunately the box containing the top was damaged and I could clearly see damage to the wood. Thankfully, on the box, was writing that says if damaged call this number. I called the next day and received great customer service. They were able to pull up my order, asked what was wrong, and without hesitation send me a new top. They only asked for a follow-up email with photos, which I had taken before even opening the box. The new top came within a couple of days. Assembly actually went far better than I planned, based on the reviews. About 2.5 hours. I didn't even have to use the assembly video (that Arrow put together on their website). I agree, the instructions are poor. But I've build enough "things" over the years, and this wasn't the worst. The cabinet is very solid, though it is made of press board. All of the parts fit together perfect and it doesn't wobble or shake. I can see where spending a little more money might have gotten me better hinges and cabinet hardware...but that can be changed out down the road if necessary. The air-assist shelf is great! Didn't even need to adjust it for my wife's machine. All-in-all, great product for the money! Very happy so far!

We purchased the Arrow Norma Jean sewing cabinet. It arrived in good condition (well packed) . It was _mostly_ easy to assemble, but the sewing machine platform was pretty hard. Assembly is definitely a two person job. The quality was as expected - better than your average "assemble it yourself" furniture - even though it was much less expensive than other similar sewing machine cabinets. I chose this particular cabinet because of the configuration - I wanted drawers and a cabinet to hide the sewing machine when not in use. The fold out table top provides plenty of work space and the "essentials tray" hidden under the top keeps my most commonly used tools at my fingertips, but still out of the way. What was not really expected was the great customer service. We had problems installing the platform and needed a new platform. And we had a few small hardware issues (1 mis-threaded bolt, 1 wobbly hinge). I emailed customer support and got an immediate response. I also called and talked to an _actual person_ who was very helpful. This company definitely takes pride in their products and customer experience.

I now have room to machine quilt without the quilt dragging on the floor. The cabinet is large and sturdy. It can be closed up if you want and it has a nice catch-all space for pins or whatever you might need to corral while sewing. So far, no complaints. One observation, however. Considering the price of the cabinet, I was surprised I had to buy the plexiglass insert, for around the machine, separately.

I really like this cabinet. I wish I had bought it sooner. My husband and I are in our seventies so assembly was challenging physically even tho the instructions were clear. I bought the plastic insert which filled in the spaces very nicely. I felt the price was very reasonable. The lift goes up and down much easier since we sprayed the black squares with silicone spray.

This sewing cabinet is a high quality, well made product. The vendor response to my request was exceptional! The cabinet came well packaged and the instructions were clear and well written. Overall I am very happy with this product.

I have assembled other furniture. I found the fit and directions for this sewing cabinet to live up to my expectations. Although my wife has not used it yet, it looks beautiful and looks functional.

It takes a lot of time to put it together, like 6 hours but once done it is nice.

Very nice sewing table. One part was damaged but itwas in the back and all the parts were spread out so we didnt have it replaced. It was a pretty big project to put it together.

Wonderful cabinet. Needed YouTube instructions to put cabinet together, written instructions were unclear.

Great product and arrived as quoted. Easy assembly but takes some time.
