Finally I have a good multi-port charger. I have purchased two other chargers like this and neither one of them operated as stated. I honestly do read a lot reviews before I make most of my purchases. This time though I purchased the two bad ones from somewhere other than Amazon (sorry Amazon I didn't mean too, lesson learned) Once back to Amazon and reading reviews it was obvious that this one must be a good one. With over 3000 reviews written its really not a hard decision to make. There are cheaper one out there as well as more expensive. I think this one falls into a good price point between those. You do pay for what you get. This little product works great. I have two Ipads as does my wife, two Iphones 6s and 6s plus, new Fire HD8, Multiple Bluetooth headphones and probably quite a few more that I am leaving out and they all charge great. I consistently seem to have something plugged in and charging and as of yet I have had not one issue. I've not had any overheating even with all 6 ports plugged and charging. The supplied plug that I have is four feet long which I really like. I know some have reported noise problems, I have had no noise problems as of yet even with all ports plugged in. I do appreciate the top review as it was thorough and helped me make my decision as did many other reviews. Bottom line for me. It does what it says it will do. Its well worth the price. If you are looking for a product like this I would say look no more.

Just got this to replace an old Anker multi port charger, it works great and does charge 6 devices at close to or at the maximum speed each port can do. One thing that does set this one apart is the packaging, it is very welcoming and really made a great first impression. The coating used isn't sticky, its a slick plastic and I found that a nice change from the usual coating used on other brands. Bottom line is, this one works very well and if you need a charger with many ports, you won't be disappointed whether this is your first charger like this or just a replacement for one that needed to replaced!

When all my USB cords started tangling into a rat's-nest on the kitchen counter, I decided a multi-outlet charger would really help. I bought this one based on its star ratings. It's working great! There are enough outlets to accomodate all my cords at once. Since I now don't need to string all my cords way down to the electrical outlet, I can coil them up neatly with a twisty or two, so everything looks tidy. Great idea -- it charges my devices quickly, and saves me a lot of aggravation. I should have bought one of these a long time ago!

This is advertised as a desktop charging station and I'm sure its great for that. I bought it for travel because as I recently learned, electrical outlets are located in some weird places in hotel rooms and when you need to charge your phone or tablet, having easy access to that outlet means everything. I was going to simply buy longer charging cables but Ive heard the longer the cable is, the less efficient the charge. I came across this charging station by chance on Amazon and when I read it was 60w with a 5 ft. power cord, I knew it was for me. Havent had the chance to try this on the road yet but it has come in very handy at home. With some power taps, my Samsung tablets will display a message that it is not charging as quickly as it could be. I was thrilled to not receive that message with this charger. In fact, charging was very fast on all my devices. The feel of this unit is pleasing--smooth lines, matte finish and sturdy. It has fallen off my desk a couple times and suffered no damage so I think it will hold up just fine bouncing around in a travel bag. I was not familiar with the RAVPower brand name before this but Im so glad I came across it!

So, I have a lot of toys in my vehicle. Got tired of running adapters for USB, and installed this under the dash. Cut off the cigarette lighter plug, and hard wired in parallel with the power port in my pickup (always on). USB cables were secured by a dab of hot melt glue, then snaked through the dash, up the A-Pillars, and behind trim to windshield. Now I am able to charge both phones, run the GPS, Dashcam and still have 2 extra cables that I have connected to sockets that I installed in lower dash. No shortage of power now, and I still have my power ports available for use. Bought a second to wire to the power port for backseat. Lots of cell phones, tablets, etc in use back there too.

My son decided he would be the judge of the 10A claim and test the limits of this device. I'm not sure why he felt the need since he didn't buy it, but maybe because he was curious. Anyway, the results were great, and it didn't overheat, stop working, break, or in any other way fall short of stellar. As you may already know, it isn't easy to find the higher amp adapters at the local drug store. So we have several 'whimpy' chargers around the house. This has created an environment of involuntary 'charger swapping' within the household. I recently found my bedside charger had been replaced by one so weak it would not charge my phone. Thus, frustration led me to buy this product. Plenty of power and plenty of ports for everyone! No maybe they will leave my chargers alone! The results of my teenage son's "trial by fire" are as follows: 1 LG G3 1 Samsung Tab3 1 Samsung Tab 3 1 Samsung S3 1 MotoX 1 iPhone 4 All charged within an hour, which is impressive! He asked me to check for heat before I went to bed, which I did. It was a cool as when we first plugged it in. All in all, I am pleased with this product. MY EXPERIENCE: Tech Geek, Destroyer of gadgets, Inventor, Tinkerer, Dad. MY SON: Let's say the apple doesn't fall far...except the dad part. :)

I purchased numerous items to help make an extended vacation to foreign lands a success...this by far was the best purchase. We had 5 iPhones, 2 iPads, headphones, a mobile WiFi hotpot, spare batteries etc., all needing USB to sustain them. This unit made every device happy. It packed well in my backpack...had enough ports to always cover the essentials, and was very well constructed and solidly built. We used it in airports, everywhere we stayed, and even in the car... My only complaint is actually a complement. It is a little heavy for it's size...which means they used quality (AKA metal) materials and it is built to last. It won't break the straps on your backpack...but when you're counting ounces...you'll notice it. If you're thinking about something like this...buy with confidence. USERS DEMANDING QUICK CHARGE 3 will complain...and that's fair...however it did a great job charging our beefy Jackery Titan S 20100mAh battery...and that thing can take forever to charge. Anyway...if you're taking the crew on a road trip...or need a place for a bunch of USB devices to charge up...buy this with confidence. I love it.

We bought a similar item from Sams Club to put on the end table by the couch to charge various items like phones, video game controllers, etc. and it lasted about a year then stopped charging items. We liked the use of it so much I decided to research alternatives on Amazon. This product fit the bill. We’ve been using it now for a few months and this thing is great. The first thing I noticed that was different than the previous one we owned was that this unit does not stand upright. This is beneficial because the old one was always in the way. 6 ports is great and we always have a few cables plugged in for easy access. Charging is fast and consistent and it handles multiple devices without any issues. It looks sleek and sits almost unnoticed on our side table. One major plus over other units I’ve seen is this disconnects from its power cable if you need to take it with you somewhere and store it. I highly recommend the product for this use.

This is my second portable charger. It is 2x as powerful as my other charger. I bought this for an overseas trip to cover my power needs on the long plane and train rides. It worked like a charm. At 12,000 mAH it had plenty of power. I never depleted its reserves even with me and my wife using it at the same time. Its shape was great for packing. Although I think the wider and thinner battery packs might be more comfortable to hold when you are holding a phone and the charger in the same hand, with them stacked on top each other. The only negative I have to offer is the unit is a little slippery. I was afraid of dropping it. A little more texture on the surface would help with grip. Even so, it is still a solid 5 star product. I have other RavPower devices and have been impressed with them all.

I bought this charger before traveling on a cruise ship because the cabins usually have very limited numbers of electric outlets available. Since most of the items we would charge are USB powered devices, I thought a 6-port USB charger would be enough ports. In the photo attached I have the following things plugged in from left to right: iPhone 6s, Ravpower RP-PB043 20100 mAh battery, another iPhone 6s (taking the photo), OnePlus One, and an Sony Alpha A5100. The product claims to output 2.4 A on each port, which is plenty for all of these devices. These devices seemed to charge at the same speed as if I used the original included chargers. A few things I didn't like: charging takes longer if I plug in more demanding items like tablets, due to the overall power output of 60 W total (or 2 A per port instead of the 2.4 A max per port). The ports are close together so it can get slightly tricky pulling out a plug in the middle. The product also lacks a Quick Charge output, compared to the newer version: USB Quick Charger RAVPower 60W 6-Port Fast Charger Desktop Charger Charging Station with Quick Charge 3.0 for Galaxy S7/S6/Edge, Note 5 and iSmart for iPhone 7/6s/Plus, iPad, LG, Nexus 6, HTC & More Overall, this product is fine and slightly cheaper than the newer version if you do not need Quick Charge. I thought it was nice to consolidate my chargers while traveling. Keep it in your suitcase the next time you travel.
