Magnifying sheets

Bought for my aunt in a nursing home (she is 94); this magnifying sheet truly helps her read her magazines! They are heavy enough so that when she holds them up for the magnification to work they won't bend - light enough to handle just fine. She and many others in the home are excited to find something to work for them. The seller is very attentive to your feedback also and pro-active in making sure you are satisfied.

Works as described

My mom asked me to find her a page size magnifier. After researching I chose this item and gave to her. It works as described, I tried it my-self, and she is happy with it. Now she can read small print and sets it up so she can go back to enjoying making crafts.

They're super!

This is the only pen I use. Due to being disabled I have there are a number of things I can't due or have trouble doing it. I have trouble writing and it doesn't help that I have a mild case of Parkinson's. These pens "flow" over the paper when you write. It helps when, lets say, I am writing a grocery list. I can make it out quickly instead of struggling with some old scratchly old pen. But honestly I have to admit that most times I go to the store and I can't read one word I wrote! Goal: Learn how to write.

My wife uses them in some of her recipe books that have small print----open to your rcipe----put the reader on the page and can go back and forth to prepare the recipe, as well as check your progress or double check ingredients without having to pick up a magnifier and search again for your place. What a find!!

I live in a retirement community and the loveliest 96 year old lady was struggling with reading which she loved to do. She had glasses, but they were not strong enough. I quietly ordered two magnifying sheets and left them at her front door tied with a red ribbon. Half an hour after I had dropped them off ( she had not heard me, but found them on top of her newspaper), I got a call -"I just READ the Wall Street Journal! I don't know when the last time I READ the paper was. It was wonderful! Thank you so much!" That about says it all...

Convenient and functional magnifiers.

This is a very convenient and useful magnifier, and the smaller ones are even more convenient because they can be kept in a wallet or pocket. For those with low vision, magnifiers are often essential. Whenever there is small print, dim light, etc., these are useful. Good product.

Handy to use where reading glasses aren't useful and has many uses

Very useful! I got this for an employee with vision problems, and to help him in the work place, I had to think of something to help. I even use this at work to see and enlarge items. You can mount this in front of a computer screen, or just carry around! This has been truly valuable for my employee, and he uses this all the time. We like to put it in front of the monitor where glasses are inconvenient or not practical. Magnifying glasses are good for reading, well, this job isn't involving reading at close range, and sometimes the can cause eye strain. It's a fair price, but do consider the shipping cost, yet it's about the price you would pay in a store, or slightly less. The shipping was fast, and packaged well. Came fast and no defects. I would and probably will buy more.

YES!

These are GREAT! I should have bought these 10 years ago....they really help me to read the fine print, like on my medication bottles, etc. Yes, I do use the larger magnifiers occasionally, but the little 'credit card' sized magnifier is the ones I use the most. Very very handy... One at my desk and one in my wallet, with a spare somewhere else. LOL

Great magnifier!

These page-sized magnifiers are just exactly what I was looking for. Just the right thing for reading the newspaper or a book. Since they are a flat Fresnel lense, they are easily carried, packed, stuffed in a tote bag. I keep mine in the original clear cellophane sleeve when not in use. By moving the lense to different distances, you can adjust the size of the letters or pictures being viewed. The smaller pocket size lense is great for purse or pocket.
