Fast and Easy and Razor Sharp

Bought a different knife sharpener which dulled all my knives. Bought this one next: 20 strokes on coarse, 20 strokes on fine, and I was able to slice paper one-handed with no pressure... just like in the videos. Razor sharp. I'm pleased.

Professional knife sharpener is easy to use

This product is cool and very easy to use. I have many nights in my drawers that have gotten dull over time. The professional knife sharpener is just that, a knife sharpener that you might find in a professional kitchen or restaurant. Very easy to use and definitely sharpens the knife as the description stated. I'll buy another if this one were to break or become dull. Would highly recommend someone else to purchase as well.

Slicing through paper in no time

Three minutes and my knife was sharp. Wow! That's great because I don't know the first thing about sharpening a knife. I don't have time to get stones and try and figure out the right angle. Forget that. I work too many hours and have way too many other things to do. This thing does the job and didn't it didn't slip once, which is good because my knife was not a small one by any means.

BEST KNIFE SHARPENER

This sharpener is fantastic! This is the second one I've purchased. The first was for my home, the second for my daugher's home. I am a stickler for clean tools, sharp tools, easy to use devices. This sharpener WORKS. It works on inexpensive knives, it works on expensive knives, it makes your knife do it's job. I've taught my 11 yr. old grandson how to respect, use and care for his camping knives and his mothers kitchen knives and never felt 100% safe with him using wet stones and open blade devices when sharpening. (Even though he is very responsible). Kids make mistakes and that's how they learn, but they don't need to slice themselves up learning. Having said this, he watched me use this sharpener to do all my daughter's knives and now he is "the man" in the kitchen. We like the 2 Stage function system, the solid grip handle and positive results. If done properly the knife has a very sharp, clean edge that will amaze you. For the price and quality this cannot be beat.....believe me, I've tried them all. If you are looking for something of value that won't disappoint you. Buy this sharpener and enjoy the results.

Very Useful

I was cooking the other day (well, trying to), and almost murdered my hand while using one of my knives. I couldn't figure out what the problem was until I realized it wasn't cutting very well. Duh, it was super dull. I don't think I'd sharpened them since I got them.... Very embarrassing. I joked to my roommate that I was just going to throw them away and get new ones, but he mentioned the adult thing to do was buy a sharpener. I guess I'm an adult, so that's what I did! It's also a lot cheaper than replacing everything... This one is pretty nice. Basic and gets the job done. There's two little openings, one for the intense first step and one that does a really "fine" job that's supposed to be step two. They labeled for dummies like me that'll forget which is which. Worked easy enough on my knives! There was also a little note in the packaging that serrated blades can be sharpened using the "fine" option, though I haven't tried that yet.

GREAT sharpener.....

I have never been able to actually shave the hairs off my body without using a factory razor until this sharpening device. After running just one of my everyday pocket knives through this sharpener (about 10 "course" runs and 15-20 "fine" runs through this sharpener and it can literately shave the hairs off of my legs/arms/body with NO problem! I have never been able to do that with a non "razor" blade until this product. I'd recommend this to anyone going oversees with the military or anyone else who NEEDS a very sharp blade for whatever reason. Yea you might get a little razor-burn if using for a shaving device but this product has your back. Not sure as for how long this product lasts but this has gone beyond my expectations.

Terrific product. I sharpened some knives that I have been unable to use because of their dullness. Bingo! I'm making perfect tomatoe slices and cutting all sorts of verggies (incuding lemons) with ease and percision. If you have ever ended up with poultry "chunks" instead of poultry slices you'll love this sharpener. So eay to use. Customer Service is fantastic. Contacted me BEFORE I got the product. Amazon, my go to place came through again. Highly recommmended. Your kitchen won't be complete this super item..

This knife sharpener works really well, I've only used it once so far, and it puts a good edge on my blade, this product is sturdy and has a coarse side and a fine side. I used the fine side on most of my knives because the blade is good from the beginning, and this will put a nice smooth edge on it, if I have a nick in my blades. I use the coarse side . This will reshape the blade. Haven't found anything wrong with this product works like it's supposed to, which is great. The only way you could make this product better would be to have something. To Keep your blades straight up and down so it doesn't lean to the left or right as you drag it through the sharpener. Something to help keep the blades straight. That would make it better. But it works good as it is,

Perfect addition to the excellent quality set of knives we bought from Souful. I bought 3 Souful knives for my wife and they are excellent knives so when I came across this sharpener made by Souful I didn't hesitate to buy it this sharpener is exactly what I hoped it would be and it's a perfect addition to her kitchen ware. I am a former butcher and I am very picky when it comes to sharp knives. I am constantly looking for a better sharpener. I found one here. Not only puts a really sharp edge, put it is so easy to do it. Fine product, good price, and prompt delivery.
