To those who say its difficult to use it ... It's not rocket science !!! You squeeze, press and done !!honestly I received it today ,and it only took me a couple of minutes to figure it out .

best described like hickies that will last on me around ...

My order was received on time. I use it for cellulite massaging with coconut oil and it's noticeably working. It will leave a lot of bruising, best described like hickies that will last on me around 2 weeks. It does hurt at the beginning if you suck a lot of air out but you get used to it. I also use it on my husbands back for muscle and joint pain and he loves it and feels so relaxed till he falls asleep.

Great product for the price

I’m a physical therapist, and I had some of these at my clinic. I liked them so much that I purchased some to use on myself at home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has the appropriate training to use them!

These are amazing and wish I would have known about these/cupping before

These are amazing and wish I would have known about these/cupping before. I have to stop myself from using them everyday as it has become quite an addiction. I love how my skin/body feels after using these. I use them in the shower with oil mostly on my legs, hips and lower bum. I'm finding that not only do they help with inflammation and fluid retention but they also help in loosening up tight/sore muscles. They do bruise so you have to be careful and definitely use oil to help them glide. They are awesome. If you haven't tried them, I recommend them. Good quality. You'll have to go online for directions and advice on how to use them - you tube has some great videos to research.

Cellulite goodbye!!! This is my forever treatment. I'm 35 I work out three times a week, I weigh 115 but was struggling with cellulite even though my diet is on point. I found these and they truly helped with my cellulite. A++++

Helps with Chronic Shoulder Pain

I have had a bad shoulder for a LONG time. I read somewhere cupping could help so I gave it a try. Turns out the article was accurate. Now, I use the cupping set whenever my shoulder starts to ache.

They work great! This brand was recommended by my PT. He said get the blue, because the clear may yellow out eventually. I think most of the reviews who say they don't stick, honestly, just aren't doing it right. There's no way for these things not to work if the conditions are correct. A little bit of oil or lotion may help, but don't use too much!! Fyi- If you leave it in one spot, it will leave a hickey, so keep it moving, or just do it for little bits at a time. Also, probably not good to use on thin, sensitive, old-person skin!

Amazing Quality Product

These cups are a miracle! I used them on a few of my clients so far for lymphatic drainage/cellulite treatment and it was like a miracle! One of my clients had deep cellulite dimples and honestly, they were 80% gone after her treatment! She hugged me with joy afterwards. But, back to the product, these cups are top top quality!! I bought the clear ones because they look more professional. They clean up perfectly after treatments, and the oils wash off perfectly. I couldn't be happier with this amazing company! I ordered facial cups from them awhile back, the oil that came with it spilled on the cups in transit, I called them and they gladly sent me new cups, no questions asked!! Probably the easiest customer service call I ever made!! Love this company and love this product!! A+++ all across the board:-)

Fantastic set of cups for professional or personal use

I'm a licensed massage therapist and I bought two sets of these cups, one to use in my work and one for my personal use at home. These silicone cups are super easy to use. Varying the amount of suction is simply a matter of pressure, and the design of them makes them easy to grip and move, even when my hands are slick with massage cream. Cleaning them is simple and fast, so they're ready to use again in minutes. My clients love cupping as part of their massage experience, and I find that they get better results with less physical effort from me, which is a win for everyone. I have recommended these cups and this company to other LMTs in person, as well as to my clients who have been interested in having their own set of cups, so now I'm extending my recommendation to Amazon.
