Yummy! Candy bar?
These will satisfy the sweet tooth & fiber demands in almost any household! For school lunches, we saw these were nut free, but we were on the fence to allow it for snack because it is barely a health bar & more decadent like chocolate bar! PS: School rules for food & snacks are a challenging warrior's gauntlet, fortunate!

New Daily Staple for Gym-Me
I was skeptical because these are so much cheaper than KIND bars. I wanted "the best" and figured some regular, household name market brand wouldn't do it for taste or nutrition. Then one of my favorite Youtubers Regular Car Reviews recommended Fiber One, so I thought I'd at least take a look at the nutrition facts. NINE grams of fiber immediately intrigued me. I already enjoy eating basically plain steel cut oats, so maybe I could enjoy Fiber One bars; I'm not someone who requires something super tasty. Then I tried it and YUP: this fulfills a chocolate craving AND delivers a lot of fiber, which is hard to find in most regular, quick-and-easy food products. Great pick-me-up after work before the gym!

Delicious fiber bars.
Taste: delicious Texture: similar to a chewy granola bar Fiber content: high enough to be a healthier snack for diabetics and enough to make you poo. My 2yo grandson has a tendency to get backed up. We gave him one of these bars and he had a massive poo the next day. Next time maybe just a half bar will do it. Make sure you drink enough fluids when you eat these bars. The only con I can think of is that your body will be GASSY so don't eat these before church or a poetry reading. If, like my grandson, you think "toots" are funny you're gonna have a great time.

These are soooooo good the word "delicious" is inadequate
LIFE SAVERS! Two and a half years ago, I had a stroke. The only residual damage done was smacking the part of my brain where "taste" is housed. Nothing tastes "right" except chocolate and applesauce! I've had to skip breakfast entirely because that awful metallic taste is there as soon as I think about food. Now I have something I can eat any time of day! It's breakfast and an afternoon snack. These are soooooo good the word "delicious" is inadequate. I'm not eating them for the nutritious value (although it's a good reason) and not because I'm dieting. They're just plain GREAT!

Fantastic results
My husband and I take probiotics to help with our elimination because in our old age we are plagued with being clogged to put it nicely. However, eating a FibreOne Bar daily has done the trick! They have changed our lives!

Delicious Candy Bar with fiber bonus
If you need to increase your fiber intake, my husband recommends these candy bars. He eats one every night to stay regular. I tried then one and they made me gassy, but that's because I wasn't used to the extra fiber. After a week I'd probably be okay with them. My husband has now turned our seven year old on to them. She has a medical issue that causes constipation so need some help keeping things moving. He gives her half a bar a few times a week on top of using whole grain bread and the occasional fiber gummy.

Mmm... Mmm... good!
These fiber bars are so tasty! You get a nine (9) grams of dietary fiber in a single bar. They taste just like a chewy granola bar with peanut butter. I eat one every morning for breakfast. Buying them in bulk like this is defniitely the way to go. You get five (5) bars per box, and twelve (12) boxes in this pack. So that's sixty (60) bars, which should last you about two (2) months. I highly recommend these, if you need a quick and easy way to add nine (9) grams of dietary fiber into you daily routine. I used to take fiber pills to get the same amount of fiber, but that was a hassle because it would take nine (9) pills and twenty four (24) ounces of water to do that during the day. That can get old in a hurry. Eating a single bar to get nine (9) grams in one go is definitely a better option than lots of pills.

MY ADDICTION I KNOW HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION SO THEY ARE ON AUTO ORDER.
MY DOCTOR AND A NUTRITIONIST HAVE ADVISED ME TO EAT A GHIGHER FIBER DIET. I TRIED THSESE BARS AND LOVBE THEM WITH 9 GRAMS OF FIBER AND ONLY 14 CALRIES. oONE A DAY WITH MY COFFE E IN THE MORNING. I LOVE THEM AND I ATRIBUTE THEM TO A SLOW BUT STEADY LOSS OF ABOUT 20 LBS OVER THE LAS 1.5 YEARS. THE THINK LIKE BEST IS THAT ON PRIME THEY COST NE HALF COMPERED TO MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET , LEDSS THAN $0.0 PER BAR. THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY CONTAIN PEANUTS WHUCH I LOVE, BUT IF YOU HAVE PEANUT ALLERGY-- AVOID ALL COST.

Tasty, well priced, and make your body work.
Tasty, well priced, and make your body work. Definitely a good product. Tastes good, priced well, and makes your body do work... you know what I mean. Low enough calories, lots of fiber, and creates a lot of gas. This can be a negative, so I try to eat it early in the morning so that I am not bloated at random times (at work or when I get home from work). Definitely only have ONE PER DAY no more. If you have more, you are taking chances. Note: I do not have PRIME since Amazon.com does NOT stand behind their BS mark-up service and have become WORSE since they started pushing it so much at delivering non PRIME items.

Highly recommended for their high fiber content and good taste!
This arrived quickly and as always, these bars are a delicious source of fiber for me. Due to medication I take, I need to take extra laxatives, etc. to keep me regular, or even a semblance thereof, and I find these bars to be a somewhat high calorie snack, but a great source of fiber. And there are times one shouldn't worry about calories! I highly recommend them to anyone who has the same problem. I wish I'd known about them before I was on meds because constipation has been an ongoing problem all my life. I hope every mother (and pediatrician) knows that these are a great source of fiber and taste a whole lot better than prune juice if their children have a problem.
