A must for kids.
Our 6 year old wanted a big kid seat and this is the one we decided on after browsing every possible offering out there. he loves the arm rests and cupholders, and is thrilled that he can buckle himself in now. Make sure you check the height and weight requirements before purchasing, or else your child may be uncomfortable with the seatbelt position. If you liked this review and it was helpful to you, please consider marking it as helpful and checking out some of my other reviews. If you have any questions at all please ask.

These are my favorite booster seats
These are my favorite booster seats. They are usually a little more than other brands, but I have found them to be worth it. Other brands flip when the kids get in and out or lack the cup holders. This style remains in place when the kids get in and out of the car. Cup holders are not just for cups and having one on each side is so convenient. The kids put their snack in one side and drink in the other, or use them for toys. The covers stay pretty clean on their own and remove for washing very easily. I bought these to go in Grandma's car since the kids and I like the ones we have so much. Grandma loves them, and the car seats, too!

We were in a head on car accident last night ...
We were in a head on car accident last night and our boys were in these booster seats. While I'm sure the fact we were in a solid vehicle helped these seats withstood impact, no cracks and the boys had no major injuries.

So glad we purchased this
Bought as an extra car seat for Grandma’s car but I may replace our 3 in 1 car seat with one. The design is so cute and the cup holders even collapse into the sides for extra space or if you have a 3rd person in the back

Saved my boys when we got into a car accident
A couple years ago my family got rear ended by someone going 50 mph while we were in a dead stop. Both kids were in a Graco car seat and had zero injuries. They described the accident as a little bump, where both of us parents in the front seats had bad injuries. So when it was time to step up to a booster seat, I of course went with Graco. Good product that has proven to be safe for my kids.

Great seat and would highly recommend!
My son has used this seat for two years now. It has held up great! He has used this from 6 years old to now 8. He is small for his age. The seatbelts fits safely and correctly around the seat. It doesn't hit or hurt his neck. It has arm rests which are great and I love it has cup holders and has yet (knock on wood) to spill a drink. For all you parents out there who allow eating in the car, you know how messy the seat gets very quickly. The cover easily comes off, washes and slides back on. Also, this seat does not indent or hurt my leather seats! Big plus! Worth the money and a very good choice for your child.

Thoughtful design, work great.
I was initially turned off by the fact that these do not have LATCH compatible straps to hold them into the seats. I thought they would move around and be annoying, but I was wrong. They don't actually move at all, and actually it's kinda nice to be able to take them in/out easily when I want to let adults ride in those spots. My kids also informed me that these are MUCH more comfortable than the ones in Mommy's car (The Graco ones that DO have the LATCH). The pop in/out cupholders on both sides are great as well, I can pop out the "inboard" side and then the kids don't put drinks on the wrong side and have to climb over them to get out.

car booster seat
I purchased this for my 7 year old grandson... who is too big for a car seat... this is the transitional seat. It is VERY easy to use. He buckles himself in using the shoulder harness. There is a piece that adjusts the shoulder strap to better comfort and safety for him. I am pretty sure this seat will last longer than we need it to - barring any accident - most people don't realize they need to replace boosters and car seats after accidents. Hopefully that will never happen. In any case, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. I hope this info was helpful to you in some way!

Just what the little/big guy asked for.
This seat is on the money. My little guy is ready for a booster and he made his feelings known to the family that he no longer needed the regular car seat. This is the second purchase of this seat as we needed one for the other car. We added a seat belt adjuster for him to better apply the seat belt with him now using the booster. He feels empowered and older now that he's in a big guy seat. Great booster seat. PLEASE READ: THIS MAY NOT BE AN APPROPRIATE SEAT FOR YOUR CHILD
I am an RN and a Nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (I work at Childrens' Hospital in OK) and want to point out that these are WONDERFUL booster seats. However, this is NOT an appropriate seat for any child below the age of 5-6 regardless of their weight/height. I realize on the product description that they say this item is approved for children as young as three. They need to change this immediately! Children as young as three are not physically or developmentally ready for a booster. They are likely to climb out, or unbuckle themselves, or move the shoulder strap behind their back which is very dangerous. (You will notice that all new cars that are manufactured now no longer have lap belts only as they are so unsafe) Children that are less than 5-6 can be seriously injured if riding in any kind of booster seat. They need to be in a five point harness still. Their skeletons are too fragile for a the "three point harness" of an adult seatbelt- a five point harness spreads crash forces over a larger, stronger portions of the body (shoulders, hips, crotch- where there are strong bones) and an adult seatbelt, even when the child is in a booster, crosses their abdomen too much instead of their hips. If you were to get into a crash, many of their internal organs in their abdomen could be lacerated (cut into internally) and they could bleed to death inside in a matter of minutes. I really hope you will consider keeping your young children, who I am sure you adore and love very much, in a five point harness. There are many on the market that have higher weight limits (All that I have listed here go up to 50, 60, 65, 70, or even 80 pounds)these days... Britax Frontier, Diono Radian, Graco MyRide, Graco Size4Me, Britax Marathon, Evenflo Maestro just to name a few. **There was a 3 year old girl that died in Las Vegas, NV in Jan 2013 (you can google this) because she was in a booster seat and not a five point harness. It made national news. The Nevada news stations had a very good video story on it strongly encouraging the continued use of five point harnesses for young children. If you have an older child and they still fit in a highback booster, I always recommend you go with a highback booster versus a backless. The highback booster offers head support and side impact protection, whereas a low back offers none. Also- if your child is riding in a spot in the back seat where there is NO HEAD REST (many vehicles do not have a headrest in the middle seating position) THIS IS NOT AN APPROPRIATE SEAT. You MUST have a high back booster (And read the manual- one that allows you to use it without a headrest behind it- not all of them allow that) Because if you were to get into an accident, your childs head will thrash backwards and there will be no head support there to prevent this. A serious life threatening spinal injury could occur. And boosters are NEVER to be used with a lap belt only. They must always use a lap and shoulder belt.
