My kid LOVES them...but you may find a few flaws.

My kid LOVES these...we already had the farm animal set. My only complaint would be quality control. The giraffe always inverts on the inside so it's difficult to get your fingers up into the puppet. I had an issue with one of the puppets from a different set that the seam wasn't sewn properly so your fingers went straight through it into the cotton in the puppet's head. That being said I would TOTALLY buy these again because my 1 1/2 year old plays with them EVERY day. My kid LOVES them!!! Great teaching tool.

Perfect! LOVE

I am loving my zoo puppets! The are perfect for teaching online! They fit my adult size woman hands and I can move the puppet’s arms and head with no problems. They’re easy to take on and off during class too! I love the detail on the animals, they’re well made and so soft. Perfect price too!

We bought these for my granddaughter for Christmas and she loved them. They are a little small for adult hands, but mine do fit in their though I do not have a very large hand. We had a tradition of reading stories at night and talking through our day with puppets with our son and he can now continue the tradition. They are of good quality as one expects from Melissa and Doug.

Bought every set!

These are very colorful and soft. My large adult teacher hand fits, and so does my 10 year olds! We had a blast playing with them! I ordered all of the sets. The only flaw is that the plastic tags holding the puppets into the packaging made a holes and snags in the fabric that are permanent. Otherwise great product for the money!

Cute and well-made

Good price on these, and I love that I can pack them up into the diaper bag to carry along. They don't take up much space. They are well made, and they should last a long time. Perfect for child or adult use. Adults with large fingers may have a bit of trouble making these fit, but for most women, they should fit well enough.

Fun puppets for storytime, pre-reading skills for baby.

Adorable way to teach story grammar in a fun way: beginning, middle, end of a story. Puppet can "read" a story in his voice to baby as mom's other hand holds the book. Fun, Well Made and Very Cute!

I purchased this set along with the Farm Friends set for my daughter for play time and story time. She loves them. She likes to cover both her hands with an animal puppet and run around the house making noises associated to the animal. For the Tiger she likes to go "meow meow" and makes it dance. These puppets are big enough to support most adult hand sizes, which makes it handy for story time and bed time readings. Like most Melissa and Doug items, the quality is really good and well made. If you want to wash these, I recommend gentle cycle in cool water and air dry.

Happy with the puppets

I ordered these so my other children can play with the newborn without touching her and these will work great. The kids already like playing with them and I can't wait to see how the next one enjoys her puppet shows! They even have little tails painted on the back of them. The puppets are large enough for my hands too. Looking forward to using them!

Images don't do these little fellas justice

These puppets are so much better than shown in the image - what a great surprise. The quality of the material and construction is a revelation at this price, and the faces are too cute. I'll definitely buy more sets. Melissa and Dough offerings just keep getting better and better.

Perfect for the price.

Perfect for the price. I use them when teaching online video classes with younger kids. They are small for my hands but I can make them work. They look good on video screen and the kids love the happy expressions. I would buy another set.
