I work out in the hot, humid climate of hawaii 8 hours a day and I sweat like crazy. I hate to drink sports drinks because they are full of sugar and possess lil minerals but that's the only way I could replace my electrolytes. I've tried many many different electrolyte replacements over the years but they either made the water taste bad, had creepy ingredients in them like maltodextrin and contained little to no potassium in them. Which help balance sodium levels. This product is full of good flavor, packed with electrolyte mineral and throughout my 15 years of carpentery I appreciate a product that prevents my muscles from cramping while walking on trusses.

It is great!

Our daughter had severe, debilitating nausea when she was pregnant. The ER doctor said to take Pedialyte throughout the day, and mix it half and half with water. It's not convenient to haul around bottles, so I bought this instead, at 1/3 the cost of powdered Pedialyte. She told me today that being able to slip these into her purse for work has, in her words, "Saved me many times". I also bought strawberry lemonade Pedialyte for her, but she prefers the raspberry flavor of Dr. Price.

CAUTION: Very high in sodium

Good flavor and easy to mix but dangerously raised my blood sodium levels! I had to switch to a mix with less sodium. Please be careful.

Works as intended!

I bought this for my husband and my son who both work as power linemen. They are required to wear FR uniforms which is heavy long sleeves, long pants, hard hats, steel toe boots, and gloves. During the hot summer heat in Georgia, temps have been getting to the mid to upper nineties daily and with no breeze and the humidity being unbearable, they sweat profusely for 10-12 hrs outside and dehydration is always an issue with all of these guys. They normally drink pedialyte in the afternoons to help restore electrolytes they've lost. They have now been using these packets and say they work surprisingly well! Anything that helps keep my guys safe, deserves a 5 star review!!

Perfect for intermittent fasting

I bought this of electrolyte powder because I am currently doing intermittent fasting. I heard that it is really important to replenish your salt and potassium During your fasting times. My last meal is at 4:30 PM. I take a packet of the powder the next morning and that helps my energy level until my next meal which is 12 PM. I appreciate that is sugar-free because sugar is not part of my diet. I will definitely buy it again.

Tastes so fabulous, Refreshing and believe it or not helps me back to sleep in middle of night. Go figure.

These electrolytes do two amazing things for me, especially living in Florida. 1) They instantly energize me when I start to feel tired and know it is the heat, despite being in air-conditioning. After a bike ride, it's the PERFECT ending and refresher. 2) When I wake up in the middle of the night, and seem dehydrated, and have a hard time getting right back to sleep, I take a glass of water and these electrolytes and wow! I am back asleep in 5 minutes. Amazing. Plus this raspberry flavor and NO SUGAR is so so so yummy.

Yay! NO SUGAR! 🙌🏻 So, this electrolytes has even more minerals, etc added as well - I ordered the raspberry - I saw some bad taste reviews so I admit I was nervous ....Guess what?! I LOVED IT! Tastes like Kookaid for comparison. Very good! Will reorder!!! TY! Cheers!

Excited

I am excited about using this product. I asked the Seller about diluting the package in 2 liters of water per another review and the response was that it would still be very effective and we should dilute to our preference. I will enjoy the 2 liter dilution and the affects of electrolytes.

This is magic

This is an easy and relatively painless way to get electrolytes without a lot of sugar or additives. The taste is not fabulous, but it is fine. It dissolves easily, and it works quickly. I have mild kidney disease, and it has been a struggle to keep my kidney function up. Keeping hydrated is essential, but water, juices, and Gatorade were not cutting it. One packet of this a day has done the trick. I am completely satisfied with this product and keep a supply of each flavor in the house.
