Arrived 100% Perfect

I was looking for a cork bulletin board that was sturdy enough to arrive safely and this one is great. It arrived in a double layered, sturdy cardboard box with reinforced ends. Each of the board's corners had a tight fitting plastic corner protector and the whole board was shrink wrapped. It came out of the box in perfect condition. It is very easy to hang, as the corners have a hole drilled for sturdy attachment to the wall. (No crooked or out of center sawtooth hangers or brackets you have to install yourself. All I did was mark the position through the holes, install anchors, and screw it into place. The board is very lightweight and looks nice on the wall. It's a great board, totally recommend it!

Brings me back to happy days of my youth

I have the green board and I love the feel of writing on chalk with this thing. I use mine for my work task list. There’s something therapeutic in wiping away the list at the end of the week and chalking it up again on Monday. The board is good quality and it “feels right” which I mean it reminds me of the slate boards (only this is not slate) we had in my Jr/Sr high school. And for that it gives me happy memories. The chalk hits it right so you can do that thing where the chalk makes dotted lines by bouncing it across. I have not tried to make that horrible finger noise. I have hope this board is immune to it.

Don’t forget to season it

We got this for my 2yo and it’s a good size for her. We use sidewalk chalk because they don’t break from being dropped like small chalk. We seasoned it by rubbing it all over with the side of a white chalk. It was very dusty so we did it outside before installing it on the wall. If you don’t season it than the first thing you draw won’t rub off.

Amazing chalk board! Great price!

This chalk board is a REAL chalk board! I had bought one at Hobby Lobby that was framed and really cute (also regularly $80...) only to come home and find it wasn't a real chalk board and was just some weird plastic material. I took that back, found this chalk board, and have not looked back! I am extremely happy with this purchase! It shipped quickly, arrived on time, and it is great quality. Super glad I bought this.

We bought this for our daughter's playroom, and it's just as advertised. She loves to draw on it, and use it for magnets. I hate putting big holes in my walls and was able to hang it with super strong 3M adhesives. Two months later, it's still on the wall! I had a little difficulty figuring out the chalk tray for some reason (there's no instructions), but I think that was really just stupidity on my part. Once I figured it out, it wasn't that difficult.

LOVE our magnetic chalkboard!

LOVE everything about this magnetic chalkboard for our homeschool room. There was something that was drawing me to an old school chalkboard with a retro feel and yet I wanted a sleek wall profile and magnetic to double the surface area for other learning projects (see photo of magnetic planets). This did not disappoint and my girls love doing their schoolwork on this everyday. We also use the chalkboard surface to project and stream learning videos onto.

Perfect Whiteboard For Me

This is a high quality whiteboard. The frame is sturdy. The four through-the-board mounting holes with caps make a classy wall mount. It has an excellent writing surface that displays even light-colored markers with good contrast. For someone like myself, who has to keep their projects visible, the magnetic feature is perfect as it lets me use my magnetic blocks too. The marker tray works for portrait or landscape mounting, as it just slides on from the edge of the board. I was quite happy with it, but my wife surprised me with the little pink (yeah I know, right?) magnetic mesh utility cup that you see in the lower right corner, which I find a bit more convenient for grabbing a multiplicity of markers.. So, I'm very pleased with this product, it's perfect for me, and I highly recommend it.

Love This Chalkboard

This is a great chalkboard at a great price. We actually returned our first purchase (another brand that came damaged) and then found this one that was larger, magnetic, easier to install, and at a lower price. We are very happy with this purchase. Installation is super simple with all the hardware included; the screws go right through the front corners into the wall anchors. Nice and secure. My only complaint is the chalk tray. It slides onto a track before you secure it to the wall, so it can move back and forth across the front. It's a little flimsy and would probably break off with a little bit of pressure. However, this is minor to all the pluses of this chalkboard. Would definitely purchase again.

Great quality! Love the green!

This was purchased for our homeschool room. I love the green color, I choose it because it is easier on the eyes than the black but still looks great with most colors. I have used traditional chalk and Chalkista chalk markers on this and both look great. I tend to write out a heading that will stay up all week and I wipe it clean with a wet wash cloth at the end of the week and no marks are left on the board. Washing with water is really the only way to get the chalk markers off properly anyway so I like doing it that way. A traditional chalk eraser is fine for regular chalk. The tray that comes with this is large enough to hold a few pieces of chalk. I appreciate that the tray slides from side to side since I occasionally need it to move over. I would buy this again for sure!
