Wonderful Clothing Storage for a Great Price!

This has been the best clothing storage item I have ever purchased. The price you pay for this high quality, useful clothing rack is well worth it. I bought this item about two weeks ago, and it has done wonders to declutter my bedroom that I share with my boyfriend. I highly recommend it!

Super sturdy

This is the second one I bought! It seems like it would be flimsy but once assembled it's super sturdy. I've had one for a year now and it's still in great shape. Bought a second for more storage space in the laundry room. Be careful when assembling the unit so you don't have disassemble it. This is when the joints can break. I had one break on me (no spare of this joint) and I used electrical tape to repair it with no issues.

Extra storage if there’s no closet available

I have my daughters sweaters and jackets hanging as there’s no closet in her bedroom. Her room is really big and this is a big piece. You would want to make sure you have plenty of space to accomodate. It came missing one of the fabric shelf liners. I contacted the company and never heard back. When I called the customer service line, it goes straight to a recording. I left a message and never was contacted. I sent an email and never got a response. I was able to use it anyhow- I just have a double space where there should be a single space. There were so many pieces and I had everything unpackaged, I didn’t want to bother with packing everything back up and shipping it back. I just wanted the company to send me the missing fabric shelf. I was able to make the item work so I kept it. As far as durability, I don’t have anything too heavy hanging or sitting on the shelves. It’s only fabric and I don’t want to do anything too overpowering that would cause collapse or damage. I put it together in an hour. ----Shortly after writing this review, I received the fabric shelf that I was missing with the original purchase. Thank you to Amazon or the Manufacturer for taking care of this. We've had this for a couple months now and it's holding up well.

Great portable wardrobe!!

This was a great value for me! Teenage son was outgrowing his dresser with hoodies, casual dress shirts, jeans, pants, etc. Did not want to spend a lot or have a big heavy piece of furniture. Enter this wardrobe! Arrives in a small light weight box, not something that needs two people to carry. Had it together in 30 minutes, was very easy to assemble, I simply kept parts separated by group; my 4 year-old daughter even helped me. As far as storage it easily handles it. Yes the shelves are fabric but they handle 4-5 hoodies or pairs of jeans, what these shelves are meant to hold, with ease. I just told my son heavier items on bottom. The hanging bar is sufficient, it holds his shirts and dress pants. Heavier jackets go in our coat closet so that's not a concern. I am considering hooking up some type of anchor at the top to help against tipping, but as long as no one climbs on it (which they shouldn't be) we're good. An excellent item!!

This Portable Closet is A Great Deal - Don't Hesitate

So I live in an older home without large bedroom closets and my husband and I long ago maxed out the hanging space in our little closet. A while ago I bought a portable hanging clothes rack (hanging bar only) and I've been using that and it was ok. But recently I realized that I needed more than just a hanging bar so I started to look for portable closets with shelves and I stumbled upon this one. I ordered it without great expectations but figured I would give it a shot as the price was good. I received it yesterday and decided to put it together right away. The directions are pretty easy to understand but after I did the first 2 shelves I realized that it is MUCH easier to slide on the shelf before you add on the ends (you'll understand if you have the directions). Also important to write the part number on any bag that doesn't have it (bracket bags especially). Also, make sure you do push all the bars in as well as you can so that your shelf doesn't come out uneven. I found it helpful to push each shelf against the floor, firmly but carefully (don't want to snap any bars or brackets) to make sure any spaces were gone before I put the shelf on the unit. I would say that it took maybe 30 minutes to put it together and then put the cover on it. I could not be happier with this unit. It is sturdy and actually looks pretty good. Be aware that there is only 1 hanging bar so if you are looking to hang things more than baskets, shelves, etc., this may not be for you. The hanging bar, however, does hold a lot of items. I am using some of the side shelves to hold my handbags and something I found was that they were falling out of side of the shelves - quick fix was a few thin bungie cords from the dollar store (3 cords for a dollar) and wrap them on the sides of the shelves. Perfect, the handbags sit nicely and don't fall out the sides. All the parts were in the box including a few extra brackets which I thought was nice. This is a quality item for the price.

Stronger than I expected

I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas. When I opened the package to build it I thought to myself that it is going to be wobbly or cannot hold much. Well I was wrong. It took me about an hour to build, and I started SLOWLY loading clothes onto this wardrobe. Well, let me tell you just how strong this thing is! We use to share a closet in our bedroom, and I would always gripe at her for taking literally 90% of the closet. NOW!!!! I have the entire thing, she ended up taking a whole spare room for her closet, but this thing is holding the majority of what she has in the closet in our room. Good job with this one!

This item has worked out perfect for me

This item has worked out perfect for me. It holds a lot of items, and is sturdy. I have had it now for 2 months and it's fine. Other reviews complained about assembly and the fabric tearing, but I had no problem putting it together, and it's working out great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs some extra storage space. It is made for clothing and I suspect it will not perform well if you load heavy items or if you load too many items. A little common sense is in order here! If you use it for what it is designed, it will work great!

Just what I needed!

I was looking for something in addition to my part of the house closet (it's full) that wasn't too expensive but organized and held well. I was so very pleasantly surprised of the quality. It is lightweight, but not cheap feeling. I probably wouldn't recommend putting too much weight on the fabric shelves, but for my needs they are perfect. I've attached pictures in order for others to gauge the size and look of this. Hope you like as much as I do.

Amazingly Awesome

I ordered this for my home studio. As a newborn photographer, I have an unbelievable amount if stuff. Granted, it seems overwhelming when you see all the bazillion pieces, but I assembled thus in about 60 minutes alone. That includes about 5 minutes fixing errors. So, it's doable. It is amazingly sturdy once it's all together, yet so light. You can move it with your Pinkey practically when empty, yet it holds a lot. I have about on third of what is going in there in this photo. Seriously, for the price, this piece is miraculous. Laundry room, garage, kids' room, limitless uses.
