Make sure your flag is Made In USA not Made In China

I first bought this flag in April 2017 and LOVE it. Repurchased July, 2018. Unbeknownst to me and many others, seller "Go with the wind" had hi-jacked Star Spangled Flags' Amazon page, so I got a much inferior Made in China flag. I tried to return it but never heard from the seller, who had to approve it before returning (??). Long story shorter, the great folks at Star Spangled Flags apologized, explained and sent me the genuine article at no cost. I am going to attach several photos high-lighting the differences between the GREAT Made in USA flag and the knock-off Made in China flag. In the photos with 2 flags, the Made in China is behind the Made in USA flag. You will see differences in color, Hoist (width) and Fly (length) of flag and Union (the star field), as well as dimension and placement of stars. Stitching and material quality differences are obvious as well. Fly Star Spangled Flags' Made In USA flag, proudly. Let China make their national flag in China.

For Father's day, I asked for a heavy duty ...

For Father's day, I asked for a heavy duty embroidered 4'x6' US Flag. This is the one that my kids got for me. It's heavy duty enough that it doesn't get whipped around by a strong wind and light enough to fly in a light breeze. Made in the US and are decently priced.

Best Flag I've Ever Owned - By FAR

ok - I waited several months to post review. I literally order hundreds of items through Amazon each year and can count on 1 hand the number of times I've been to a mall (for example) in the past 3 years. I'm also extremely busy, so online shopping is super convenient. Because I am so busy I usually don't write reviews - and, let's face it - hundreds of yearly items = hundreds of reviews. This item is different. This item deserves a review. To say I come from a patriotic family is an understatement; to say I come from a military family is an understatement; to say I love my country is an understatement. I've flown an American flag outside my home for almost 30 years. I "strongly suggest" American flags be flown outside my rental properties as well. Needless to say I've seen many flags. This flag is superb. There is a brightness about it which almost seems self-illuminating, even at dawn and dusk. Although it has not been through a New England winter yet it looks just as sprarkling new as it did 3+ months ago and I have a feeling it will continue to look brand new for years to come. I'm looking out at it as I type this and find myself with a lump in my throat. This flag almost seems to puff out it's chest. I know that's crazy, but it doesn't have that "limp" look to it as it hangs - it seems always "at attention." Strong like Americans and made by Americans. Please don't hesitate with this one. Like me, you will be honored to own such a quality symbol representing our great country. If you are in the market for a new flag it doesn't get any better than this. It just doesn't.

Get The Real Deal

BUYER BEWARE: I bought my first Star Spangled Flag in May, 2015 and we've absolutely loved it! It is the best American Flag we've owned. Now it is July 2018, and I returned to this page to get a replacement, only to get to the cart and see that it looked like it was shipped from China?! So I did a little digging and contacted Star Spangled Flags through their website. They told me that EverSun Products is the owner of the Star Spangled Flags brand, but other unauthorized sellers have also put their offer on this amazon page. I'm not sure why amazon allows this, as it's very confusing. But to be sure you are getting the Real Deal - the 100% American Flag this page promises - and not a chinese ripoff, buy from EverSun Products, the seller who owns the Star Spangled Flags brand. I've included a picture of the box the flag comes in. If your flag doesn't arrive like this, it's not the one described on this page. Return it and get the real one. Hope this helps other buyers.

Lasted 9-1-16 till 5-2-18 in Texas heat and winds.

Bought on Amazon, I wrote the date in permanent market on the hidden side of flag, of the date I hung it. Date was 9-1-16. I'm replacing it tomorrow with another because it's now very faded and just a little bit frayed on end, and I'll write 5-3-18. Texas heat and wind and it lasted that long, I'm happy camper.

Quality expected from Made in USA!

I received both of my flags (2x3 + 3x5) quickly and WOW! The quality of these compared to any other commercially available flag I've seen is outstanding (precision embroidery, properly mounted grommets, quadruple stitching on the fly end, etc). I don't know how some people buy American flags made outside of the US, so thank you for recognizing the importance of keeping jobs here. As a patriot and former first responder (who's attended too many LODD funerals), displaying a flag at my home is part of who I am and how I want my family represented in our community and I'm proud to have your product flying outside my front door. Also- their customer service rep contacted me immediately upon receipt of my delivery just to make sure I was satisfied (Thanks, Paula!) Tremendous job!

Gift to New Citizen

I gave this as a gift to a friend of mine at work who just recently got his US Citizenship (yay!). So, I haven't flown this myself, but the flag looked to be constructed very well. The stars were stitched beautifully. I'm sure he will enjoy this flag for years to come. I can say that the vendor shipped this on time, it was packaged well - small box (rightly sized), and exactly the product I had ordered. I've also received a couple of emails from the vendor offering to help if there were any issues with the shipment. Given this, I would be happy to purchase from this vendor again.

American Flag made in America

This is an extremely well made flag. All seams are multi-stitched. The stripes and stars are sewn, not just printed like many cheaper flags. I live in a windy area and fly this flag 24-7. So far it is withstanding the wind very well, with absolutely no signs of tattering or fraying. On top of the high quality of this flag, it is made in America!

Spectacular American Flag

I am a retired U.S. Army soldier. I have had dozens of "American" flags and other banners over the years. This is the nicest flag I have ever owned. Quality is outstanding. Stitching is precise. Colors are vibrant. Looking forward to flying this for many years to come. Note that this flag is made in the United States of America. Sometimes manufactures just say "American Made." Canada is also part of North America. Mexico is technically in the Americas as are Panama and Argentina (Central and South America.) I've seen many examples of statements meant to mislead consumers. When products are actually made in countries other than the USA. If you drive to Canada or Mexico and then reenter this country, boarder guards will ask you to identify your citizenship. The correct response is "United States of America." Not America. If you say "I'm an American" they are supposed to ask for clarification. "American" just means you live on either the North or South American continent. America is not a country (technically.) You should ask for clarification for any product claiming to be Made in America.
