One of the best tasting things on the planet. Who needs candy bars, when you have these amazing chia bars and chia is a super food so what's not to love. Do your body a favor and buy yourself a few boxes... and I do mean a few boxes because you're going to need them. You'll thank me later. :) Peanut butter and choc and the coconut are my faves. Banana nut is great too. I haven't made it to all the others yet

I bought one of these on a whim and to my surprise I discovered that I absolutely love them! They are tasty, good for me, and have saved me from constipation. TMI, I know, but "perfect poop" people! I saw an gastro about 7 weeks ago who had me on lots of Metamucil and stool softeners. I dont have to take any of that when I eat these. My gut feels balanced - no bloating or irritation (IBS). I'll have try some of the other flavors as well.

Great tasting and convnient
I have very high standard for energy bars. The very simple bar I have is it doesn't make me gag from being sweet or just not palatable. These are good! The chia seeds provide a nice texture, plus the bar is soft and chewy. The plain chocolate one is my preferred flavor. it tastes like dark chocolate. It's not sweet but not bitter either. That's about it. The peanut butter in good. Peanut butter is not generally agreeable with me but the item is blended well with the other ingredients. The nutty taste is apparent but it's not overpowering. I actually grabbed this one on the way to gym thinking it was the cherry one. I ate it after still thinking that and side from bemusement as to why I never got a cherry taste I thought it was good. (I looked at the wrapper after.) My least preferred flavor is the cherry one. It is by no means bad but it was my least favorite. The cherry blends a bit less agreeably than with the peanut butter one. I don't think this will displease anyone unless they really dislike cherry.

First off they are small, they taste great ,most of all great price,I'm glad I found these,I eat at least 3 a day , normally one for breakfast with my coffee ,one for lunch, then one at night ,the con is the seeds get stuck in your your teeth so make sure you have a pick on hand ,I have lost 2 pounds in a week just by switching to these

Not Overly Sweet or Chalky - Helps You Make the Transition from Unhealthy to Healthy Eating!
After trying Health Warrior's Chia Bars in Vanilla Almond, there was no question I would try the Coconut as well when I discovered them. I was not disappointed. Some time ago, I decided to reform my sugarholic ways and begin eating as healthy as I could. Not only to lose the extra 20 I've been lugging around for about a decade, but to have more stamina and just feel better. These delicious chewy little Coconut Chia Bars helped so much in that goal! I can eat these guilt free, and I no longer crave candy. I have discovered that the better I eat, the better I feel and I have so much more energy now with healthy snacks from the Health Warrior line. I have searched for years, trying to choke down chalky protein bars I hated, and finally here discovered something that helped me transition from unhealthy to healthy eating. These are just slightly sweet, not overly sweet, and not bland like popular protein bars. They are chewy, and because of the fiber content, they actually help me feel full, too. Try these coconut chia bars - if you love coconut, you will not be disappointed.

Delicious!!!
I'm NOT a fan of chia - can't stand them in puddings, etc., but this is yummy! Nice snack size (some said it's too small, but hello, it's not a meal replacement bar or anything like it), sweet but not full of sugar (4g-5g in each bar). So far I've had the cinnamon apple and the vanilla bars and I could easily eat my way through the entire box. Better than candy and much better for you! Tip: eat the bar and drink a full glass of water. It's definitely filling once the seeds expand.

I’ve purchased these cherry/chocolate Health Warrior bars a few times now, and I love them. Chia is an all-around healthy food and a great source of fiber, and this is an easy way to get more in my diet. The bars are TINY, so it’s only a snack and not a meal replacement. They’re also quite expensive unless you can catch the occasional Amazon sale. But I adore this tasty, healthy, portable snack and will always be back for more! (But caution: be sure to check your teeth if you’ve got anything important going on after eating. Chia seeds stick!!! Also, beware the other flavors. NOT as consistently tasty as the cherry chocolate.)

Really tasty - perfect portion
Chocolate peanut butter has become my favorite flavor! It is such a satisfying snack to have mid day in between lunch and dinner. Great to eat when you are craving something sweet or just need a pick me up. I like that it is on the smaller size because I can have it as a small snack without busting my calories or having to replace a meal.

I love these little bars! Not too sweet, easy on my stomach, and they are the right size for me. I eat them before races or working out. Some people have complained about the size - I love how small they are! 100 calories is perfect for a healthy, energy snack. Favorite flavor is vanilla almond... mild and just-right sweetness. The choc cherry is a bit too sweet for me.
