No complaints here. Love the Bluetooth feature it actually works from far. Sounds as expected clear and loud!!!

Love it easy enough to install works well with the Samsung TV 4K. It's perfect for the small room that I'm using it in 12 x 10 sound quality is very good

Easy to hook up. Nice slim box. Tiny speakers that pack lot of sound. Husband wasn't happy I made him remove the base speaker, it was too loud lol. At least until the babies are older. Only downfall is no wireless transmitter. So we would have to buy that to use the apps mode? I think that's cool tho, bc we could go on Netflix on this instead of the xbox. For the price, excellent.

I highly recommend this for Samsung tv's especially. It took me less than an hour to set up and everything that came with the package was so neatly Organized! I might even buy another one for another one of my tv's honestly.

first impact was how light the receiver is. adequate instruction manual and quick connect instruction. really, really nice that it could actually talk and connect with samsung smart tv. the receiver menu is overly busy with selections when a movie is inserted, but practice helps. the maximum sound level is adequate. clarity is excellent as is tweaking the frequencies. however, the new math of 500 watts is not real world sound level possibility. i suppose you could say each speaker is 100 watt capable and add that up to 500 watts, but that is a fantasy too. maybe each speaker is capable of outputting at 100 watts, but that is not actual output on this system. maybe 50 watts total output, sounds more like 40 watts maximum though. all in all i like the system and glad i got it for the price i did.

Terrific deal don't listen to the cry babies. It's a simple surround system with a decent punch and sure it maybe missing some bells and whistles.... but do you really need those?

Pleasantly surprised with this system. The speakers were smaller than my previous system, but in this day and age, size isn't a deal breaker. Bose saw to that. My old system had a sound bar for the center speaker, this one has a small speaker just like the R/L surrounds. Sound quality was great for suck a small system. The player was half the size of my previous one, but that was actually a bonus and left more shelf space. The remote has a bit of a learning curve to it. Buttons not where I expected them. But overall functional.

Really a real nice system I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again always getting it right. Have a very nice Day.and God bless

Does everything I needed at my cabin for a very reasonable price. The sound system is quite remarkable considering the size of the speakers and the overall cost and I've had no problems with the BluRay player. The fact that I can link to the sound system by bluetooth means that I can play music through the system remotely from my phone which is a plus.

A nice looking system for the price. I installed it quickly and it's more than enough sound than I need. I connected via Bluetooth easily to my phone and Pandora sounded great. I connected the TV with an optical cord and HDMI cable, the only thing that's missing is the Wi-Fi but that was on the more expensive model and since I already have a fire stick on the TV I really don't need to connect the surround sound to the internet. Even though it's last year's model it was a leap forward from the 10 year old system it replaced. Samsung's been getting better and better.
