Tis what tit is
It is exactly what it says it is. The product seems pretty solid, the rubber around the wire is pretty thick and seems reasonably strong. There are slots on the back so you can hang this on the wall or even the ceiling if you want. The red breaker lights up red when on, light goes out when it's off. Simple stuff that does what it's supposed to do, what more could you ask for?

Works well at a good price!
I am just guessing at the durability since I just started using it a few days ago, but I’m very glad I bought it. I had so many things to plug into one wall socket. In this surge protector, I have my iPhone, my iPad, and my Sleep Apnea machine plugged in, and all work well. Thank heavens for surge protectors! It is just right for what I need it for, and it was a good price.

Works greak
My apartment requires me to use a surge protector for electronic devices or risk damage to them in the event of a power surge. Living in a one bedroom unit, it's been a pain to have to charge in one spot and return to the spot when my laptop battery gets low. I bought this surge protector for use in my bedroom for my old laptop, so that I can charge my battery at my bedside. Works great, doesn't take up a lot of space. Wish the cord was longer, but I complain about the long cord on my other one just as much. Maybe I should switch them.

Good Quality; Very Useful
Purchased this for my cubicle at work as we are not allowed to plug anything into the USB ports on the work PC. Does a good job charging my phone and iPod while I am at work. I keep it on my desk under the monitor stand. Gives me easy access to the plugs. This is a good quality outlet, and I am very happy with it. I've been using it for several months with no issues.

Its ok
Its basic, simple. Used for my treadmill. Probably ahould get a better rated one and leave this for other electronics. Otherwise, it serves its purpose and its not flimsy.

The quality is good and it looks exactly like on the product photos
The quality is good and it looks exactly like on the product photos. It came in working order and I am using it to plug in my PC with a 650 Watt power supply, my Macbook pro 13", and my printer. The Warranty PDF says that this comes with a $10,000 warranty in the case where a surge kills your electronics plugged into this surge protector. I have yet to use it and I hope that I never do so I can't review this part. If you are wanting to protect high wattage devices like computers then I recommend that you get this one rather than the 200 Joule version because it can handle much larger surges and it lasts longer. Every surge that it protects your devices from does degrade it so having a higher joule rating is preferable. If anything changes in the future I will update my review. But as of now everything is as expected.

After less than two months it almost set my house on fire!
After having it for lest than 2 month it almost set my house on fire. It kep tripping itself off like it was overloaded. I had a small electric heater, a lamp with an LED light bulb and a WiFi modem plugged in. I kep resetting it. Tonight it would not reset. When I unplugged it, both prongs that plug into the socket are burned. The remaining of this review was when I first bought it. Am using it for surge protection for my electric heater and wifi modem. It is well made, simple to use, nice thick cord. I feel protected. I also plugged in a lamp and still have three unused plugs to go.

Good product
This power stripe is very good and matches my small living room very well. It is easy to use and has a surge protection in case my kettle and heater are working together. Although it is 800 j stripe, it still can not afford those two high power electricities working together. Unlike other 6-outlet stripes, this one has a little space between 2 outlets for the convenience of different types of cords. And the black one is also great. I bought 1 for my desk and 1 for the kitchen.

I’m satisfied with my purchase of this product and would purchase it again.
I’ve been using a product just like this one in my office area for about a year, it was old and looking rough, so I decided to upgrade. These outlet surge protectors are kind of pricey, so that being said I figured Amazon would be my best best to find the cheapest deal for a quality product... Needless to say, I made the right choice purchasing this item. I have to admit, I was extremely hesitant due to many reviews showing pictures of this product being a fire hazard. In the end, buying any outlet surge protector you have to realize that there is always that risk of the product starting a fire. In addition, many people don’t realize that even if this product was to catch fire, the product itself is rarely the cause of the fire, but instead a faulty wiring job within your home. That being said, if you are weary of buying this product, and decide to go with a different product, that one is most likely going to ignite the same as this product, because its not the products doing, but the doing of poor electrical wiring within the walls of your home. In other words being worried about this product being a potential hazard shouldn’t keep you from purchasing it, because this product is very high quality, durable, has a decent appearance, gets the job done, and of course is priced well. I’m satisfied with my purchase of this product and would purchase it again.

6-Foot Cord is a great idea!
Happy to find this extra long 6-foot cord. A 3-foot cord wasn't long enough for the two places in my home where all the equipment is plugged in. Before the electric cords were pulled so tight they barely made it. Great idea for computer and media areas that do not have an outlet right near your equipment.
