The packing for shipping of this item was great. Delivered the sauna to my driveway and put it in my garage. Probably would recommend two people for carrying the pieces. Most you could do by yourself but the glass door is better with two. Installation was extremely simple. I did most of it with my eight year old daughter in about an hour and 25 minutes. Just had a friend help me with the glass door. The sauna heats up very quickly and there's definitely room for two people. Looks great. As far as the instructions the only one that seems to need clarification was the placement of the brackets for the seat bench. Having that diagram zoomed in would be much better. But other than that I don't see where people thought the other instructions were confusing. Highly recommend this product. I called the manufacturer once before I bought the spa and once on the bracket installation. They could not be more friendly and helpful.

I gave 5 stars for the following reasons: 1. Sauna was delivered 10 days earlier than 1st expected, was well packaged and in perfect condition. 2. My wife and I were able to complete assembly in ~2 hours with no issues. There were no defects or blemishes observed on any of the parts and all panels fit together well with no gaps. 3. Assembled sauna looks really great and is a perfect addition to our fitness room. 4. Warranty includes "free lifetime tech support" and when calling JNHL you are connected quickly to a real person, not endless automated choices like so many other tech support departments these days. 5. We really like that we can get all the benefits of sauna without the high air temp in traditional models. 6. We did extensive research of many different manufactures and JNHL clearly provides the best value vs price.

We were lucky enough to have rented an AirBnb recently with a sauna..(not the JNH, by the way). We liked it so much we decided to buy one for our home. I extensively researched all the quality options and it became clear that the JNH offered the most for the money. We had to have a zero EMF, and the brand had to have a great track record.The 2 person JNH ENSI unit fit the bill entirely. It heats up quickly (about 30 minutes to get to the maximum temp), and makes me sweat like a madman, which is a big reason for purchase. Goodbye toxins! I recommend the unit wholeheartedly.

Love it!

We have a wood-fired sauna up north and have wanted one at home. Finally found this zero-EMF unit. It arrived sooner than expected in 3 heavy boxes. Wasn’t hard to carry pieces in separately. Quality build; fairly easy to assemble. Best part is that it heats quickly, faster than expected. We’re very pleased.

Great investment in our health!

This was one of the best purchases we have made for ourselves. We deliberated for months before making a decision. This works well and doesn't heat up our room due to the infrared heat source. My husband and 16-year old son were able to put this together in a little over an hour. It is well constructed and is a beautiful addition to our home office.

This unit is easy to assemble, well-made and attractive. It was very well packaged for delivery. It is also easy to use and comfortable. My only complaint is that the assembly instructions, consisting of one page, are very limited, and it would be nice if they were expanded to say 4-5 pages. It seems like excellent value for the price!

Get one you won't regret it!

I really enjoy my JNH Sauna! I put it in a walk in closet and it fits great. I turn it on and then go workout. When i'm done it's hot and ready for 20-30 minutes of deep sweating that really clears my system and makes me feel great. I think my skin is really getting better too!
