Smells Amazing now! Sparkling clean too

I accidentally left a load of wet laundry in my front loader...and quickly discovered why they say never to do that! It smelt horrible, and my clothes had to be washed again and even after that it smelled not so hot.... that lingering mildew stank. I have used other products before and although they "cleaned" my washer tub, it always smelled "ehhh" afterwards and seemed like I was just hours away of forgetting clothes that it would reek again of mildew. This time I followed the directions and used the "clean tub" setting on my washer (make sure to put the product in the tub not the soap dispenser-this worked for me) and it SMELLED AMAZING! And it continues to smell fresh (even after a couple hour delay). I do recommend leaving the door slightly ajar after loads to help with the smell but this OxiClean Washing Machine Cleaner is now on my go to! My favorite of all the brands I have tried HANDS DOWN. (This was my 3rd or 4th brand to try)

Love it!

This stuff is magical. My front loader is sparkling, including the seal! It freshens the washer, but the smell is not overpowering. Miles better than the Tide which literally gave me a headache from the scent.

Don’t waste your money in the other brands

This brand of HE cleaner is the best. We have one of those mold breeding washing machines and the oxy clean cleaner is the only one that actually works. I have tried, Affesh, Tide and an off brand. Don’t waste your money on the off brand and Afresh. The tide may work but I was too sick to notice because the fragrance gave me a migraine.

Works as well as the "other brand" tablets.

As far as I can tell this cleaner works as well as the "other brand" tablets. These cleaning packets are enough cheaper that I just use them weekly instead of monthly. The best way to keep my washer from stinking is to just leave the door and soap tray thing open after a load so it dries out though. These cleaning packets smell better too.

Great product

My pups are still working on getting house broken so they pee on towels and when i wash the towels the washer smells but this product cleans and gets the smell out of the washer so when i do laundry my stuff comes out smelling great.

Oxi Clean for the win! Again!

I have used the Affresh tablets probably hundreds of times. They never helped prevent or get rid of that 'front loader odor'. I switched to the Lemi Shine ones (not a tablet but a packet of powder) but they are harder & harder to find. Those worked better, but were just 'ehh'. Bring in the Oxi Clean! My washer SMELLED CLEAN when I opened it after using one of these! It's a packet of powder you pour in the drum. I used it about 3 weeks ago & the odor isn't back!! If you have the dreaded 'front loader odor' you need these. I'm an Oxi Clean girl for life. I also use the dishwasher rinse aid (when I can find it) the odor blast powder with my bath towels, the liquid detergent for white clothes, the spray for laundry pretreatment & I'm sure there's more but I can't think of it now. The point is, if you're reading this, you need this product in your life.

Works great if you follow directions

I was hesitant to purchase this after reading some reviews that this didn't work or was too smelly. I found that following the directions on the box it worked very well for me and the smell was not strong once the washer finished cleaning. My washer was in a bad way after breaking while full of water so I followed the directions for deep cleaning using the product once a week for 3 weeks. It worked perfectly. A few weeks after the last application the smell started to return (the yucky washer needs cleaning smell) so I followed up with one more application and have had no trouble since. Luckily the box has 4 packets in it so worked out perfectly.

Shocked at how well just 1 treatment worked

I had no idea about such a product in very embarrassed to say ... until my 25 year old daughter who came to visit told me my machine smelled and recommended your product. I knew it smelled but wasn’t sure what to do (well water etc)... After just 1 packet it smelled so much better I was amazed and so pleased! I highly recommend this product money well spent!!

Stink eraser

We moved into our new place few months ago that came with a high end Samsung washer. With the first few washes I noticed a strong bad odour. I started researching it, and decided to go with the Oxyclean over the Affresh since we have had good experiences with that product. It did not disappoint!! After a couple of washes, the odor was gone! Now, I use it at least coue of times a month to keep the machine smelling good.

Amazing

Was buying affresh but wasn't happy with how you could still smell a musty odor when washing my clothes. I decided to give oxiclean a try and I'm so happy it did. This product works amazing no more odor when washing clothes.
