Really nice addition to our deck! And it came right before it started raining, so perfect timing. It's great because now we have someplace to put things when we're out al fresco. Not to mention that it can store quite a bit, including a propane tank (on its side) for our barbecue grill. We had this ratty-looking blue bin with duct tape around it before. So I got this so my husband would take the hint about getting rid of that bin and replacing it with this very practical (and beautiful) coffee/storage table! And may I just say that this was a super great price and as always, Amazon, you rock when it comes to delivery. It was a little late, but Amazon kept us informed about it and then it showed up!

This is easy to assemble with two caveats. First, it is easy to assemble it such that the left and right panels are upside down relative to the front and back panels. Fits together nicely that way, but then the bottom panel does not fit at all, and there are large gaps between the front/back panels and the bottom panel. Take it apart and fit it together correctly (look at the diagrams carefully to avoid my mistake; and also note the internal stamping patterns on the insides of the panel, they give a clue about which way is 'up' in all four vertical panels). Second, adding the 'springs' that lock the lid closed (and that hold the lid partly open if you don't push down hard), are hard to install because the screws that secure them in place require being screwed by a horizontal screwdriver, and there is plastic in the way that makes it hard to approach horizontally. But if you come at a slight down angle and are careful not to strip your screw heads because of the bad angle, it can be done. I did not figure out my first mistake myself, but called their 800 number and they very quickly explained the problem and were very happy to look at my photos to help diagnose the problem. Suncast has competent, friendly, and easily accessible support! How often can you say that about any company these days? And the quality is quite good. I'd be surprised if it did not last for at least a decade if not abused.

Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Took about 20 minutes, but would have been quicker if I didn't have "assistance".

LOVE this coffee table! Attractive and functional on my deck...and the white color makes it even more striking! Purchased the matching end table as well. One holds all of my outdoor dishes and glasses, and the other holds potting soil and tools. Completely waterproof as well. Arrived quickly and packaged well...couldn't be more pleased!!

I first bought a pair of the Elements Chairs, which I really loved. I thought I would look for something else to provide "ottoman" and "table" space but everything I could buy from a brick and mortar store, was pretty low quality and very expensive. Although you need to be careful to "slide in" the sides of this table so that they don't go wonky, overall, the assembly was quite simple with my electric drill and 3 inch drill bits - and I am one of those people who ALWAYS struggles with assembly - so for me to make this claim is a pretty wonderful thing! I'm using the "end table" as an ottoman for one of the chairs and have placed the "coffee table" between the two chairs on my very small patio. All of the pieces look fantastic, are incredibly sturdy and have a terrific proportion. I've added some bright yellow seat cushions to go with my bright yellow patio umbrella and it just looks wonderfully welcoming, clean and fresh. I really love these products and would buy them again/recommend them to friends.

For what I wanted, this is great. It didn't take long to assemble and all pieces were accounted for. The color is a true, bright white. I noticed some prior reviews indicated the lid would not stay latched. I had that problem initially but found that the screws on the hinges were too tight. By loosening them a little, it shuts and latches just fine. It stores cushions just great. I don't have it out in the elements, but just in case of water getting near the table, I placed a sheet of 5 mil plastic around the bottom and inside. I've only had this a week and this review is based on that. If it changes, I will amend.

I had previously been storing things in large tupperware bins on my back patio, but I wanted something that could do double-duty as a table and storage, and still look good. This baby checks all the boxes. I assembled it in about 10 minutes by myself, it holds so much stuff, and works beautifully as a coffee table or ottoman, depending on what you want. It could probably hold a person <150lbs but I won't be testing that theory!

Love the look, the ease of assembly, the fact that it's waterproof. It may not look like rattan, but it does exactly what it's meant to do and is worth the price.

I bought this to use as a coffee table on my new front porch and to hold the extra cushions/blankets for my porch swing that is long enough to sleep on. Fits everything just fine. After I put the item together backwards and took it apart and put it back together correctly, everything fit rather well. I used a nail to poke through for the screws since I didn't have a very good screwdriver. My only problem came with putting the spring closures on. Trying to get my crappy screwdriver to work at a goofy angle didn't do well, still I got it secure enough that it'll work fine. It fits in with my other Suncast brown wicker items that I had purchased last year.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this with all the negative reviews, but the size and functionality was exactly what I was looking for, so I went ahead and got it. I put it together in under 30 minutes. No problems at all. It was the easiest thing I think I have ever put together and have no idea how people had problems. The "angles" that negative reviewers talked about ... well .. you just take your screw gun and aim it at the angle required. There is an alcove of sorts at the entrance of the screw hole ... this alcove is sloped, this is the angle you follow. Nothing to figure out. Just follow the slope into the hole and put your screw in. Voila. Which brings me to the non-predrilled holes...well if you had a screw gun to drill the holes, then you could use that same screw gun to just screw the screws in. They went through the plastic easily with no predrilling on my end. Everything went off without a hitch and I really do not understand how anybody had any problem with this. I also purchased and put together a Suncast storage seat and 40" wide cabinet which were also easy to put together. As far as the rubber mallet mentioned by another reviewer to bang the pieces into the slots - I used my palm and didn't crush anything. Was it a tight fit? Yes, it was, but nothing ridiculous. I would rather all the pieces fit nice and snug, making for a stronger unit, rather than a sloppy fit. BTW - I am a 47-year-old female office worker, not a construction worker lol Really not sure why anyone had problems. I would totally recommend this product.
