Great game, more like interactive cinema. That said, it was a gorgeous game with a fun horror movie story and you are in some way responsible for the life and death of everyone in the game. That made it very engrossing for me. Has some replay value but not nearly enough. The story has real variation on replay but could have had a lot more in my opinion. Regardless if you like horror movies and video games this should be a fun one for you.

This is probably the best game I have ever played. It was really a lot of fun! Just don’t play it alone :) The cinematics are beautiful. The storyline is great! The ability to play different characters to further t plot is original and highly enjoyable. The game teaches you how to play as it goes. Brilliant. The stakes rise as you progress so that mistakes early in the game are forgiving, but later those mistakes will cost lives. A smart piece of work. A masterpiece!

Interactive Horror Film with a Quicktime Adrenaline Rush Element

Many describe Until Dawn as an interactive movie. The characters are all unique, and you play as each as you traverse a mountain wrought with a dark history and potential horror. The story is engrossing and countless potential endings make replay value fairly decent. In essence, Until Dawn is a horror story with quicktime nightmares and quite a few twists. Completion time can be 10+ hours.

This game is great. You can play it multiple times for different endings and events to occur throughout the game. I got it as a gift for Christmas. My wife and I have played through a couple of times. Good jump scares and creepy story.
