I used to purchase this high protein mac and cheese at local store but now unable to find anywhere except Amazon. My husband really enjoys the product and would definitely purchase again

I have Celiac Disease, and one of my favorite foods is Mac and Cheese. Thankfully, Horizon makes the best boxed Mac and Cheese I've ever had! Even my husband (not a Celiac) won't eat any other kind, it's really that good!

Rivals gluten containing alternatives!

After discovering my gluten intolerance I had given up on finding a boxed macaroni and cheese. We tried 4 or 5 different kinds before we stumbled on the Horizon brand. My husband even prefers this to the gluten containing alternatives! The texture and flavor make you forget it isn't a wheat based product. We often add a little shredded mozzarella to add to the cheesiness. i was disappointed when my local grocer stopped carrying this, but so glad to find Amazon sold it as a subscribe and save option. I definitely recommend this.

We have tried a dozen or more different gluten-free mac & cheese varieties over the years and this is the best. The noodles taste the most like glutenous wheat and the cheese is one of the richest. I make it with half & half but then again I do that with all varieties I try. Buy it for the noodles and over eat because of the cheese. Pure decadence.
