Great product, even better customer service!

When I had received my order I was excited to install it in the shower, but it turned out I was missing the adhesive hooks. I messaged the company on Facebook to inform them about my situation and they responded within minutes to my message. They were extremely generous and sent me two free tub organizers to apologize for the little mess up in the packaging/mailing process. They even had me message them when I received the product to make sure I was pleased. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had with customer service online, and not to mention the product is awesome!

Holds a ton of toys

This is just what I was looking for! I used to keep bath toys in a basket on the floor but we recently moved and the kids new bathroom is layer out differently and having them in there was taking up a lot of space that we didn't really have (without putting it right next to the toilet). This was very easy to put up and is bug enough for all their toys and strong enough to hold them all even if they go in there soaking wet. The mesh in the bottom lets it drain easily and dry quickly. We haven't had any issues with toys getting gross. I'd definitely but it again.

Great Customer Service

EDITED: The company reached out to me regarding my purchase and was very helpful in making things right. I am hopeful the product will work as intended now. This is now a 5 star review. I bought this product due to the adhesive pads but they are not as strong as I thought they would be. I’ve had the product for 2 weeks now and it continuously falls down. I followed the directions when adhering them to the tile, and they still fall off whenever I place anything in the basket. I wish they sent extra sticky pads because once they come off the wall, they are not sticky enough to place back on the tile. I do like the basket part. It seems well made and is large. The reason for the 2 stars is they either need to make the sticky pads stronger or need to send an extra set or 2 with the product.

No more mildewy bathtub toys!

This is so much better than the standard mesh bag type bath toy holder. It's easily installed in a corner of the tub using the included suction cups. Once installed, it creates a triangular enclosed platform where toys can more easily dry out than when they're smashed together in a bag. It also makes it easier for a toddler to pick and choose which toys to play with and makes picking up the toys fun for them. Once the suction cups are in place, the organizer itself can be easily taken off and put back on to facilitate cleaning.

Lets toys dry on all sides; great customer service from Navy Penguin

This is exactly what I was looking for. It holds a lot of toys and it allows them to air out. My issue with the other bath toy organizers I saw online is that they hold the toys against the side of the shower, not letting much air through. But this creates a little shelf in the corner of the shower, allowing air in all sides. It does take up space in the shower, so if it's in the way, you can just lift off the basket and keep the suction cups in place. Then replace it when you're ready. I wish I had found this sooner! Very good product. Update 6/13/16 We have now been using this bath toy organizer for about 7 months now. With daily use by two boys, the suction hooks never failed, but one of the loops that hook the basket onto the hooks broke. The product description states that there is a lifetime warranty on the product, so I emailed the seller (Navy Penguin) through Amazon and requested a replacement. They responded within 10 minutes with a discount code for a free replacement! It was even late in the evening (12:30 pm ET) when I emailed! I just ordered the replacement (through Amazon, with the discount code) and it should be on its way tomorrow. 5 stars for customer service!!

Great customer service!

I couldn’t use suction cups because they don’t stick on our tile so this organizer was perfect for our needs. The stickers are very strong, but my toddler managed to pull one off after really tugging. The great thing was I sent a message to the seller asking where I could get some replacement stickers and they sent me a new organizer and stickers for free!

Smart, easy to install, all size bath toy organizer.

I've been looking for a wide non zip bath toy organizer for awhile and this fit the bill. It's easy to install and stores toys easily in the open corner design. My son can help pick up toys of all sizes that would not fit into other toy organizers without any issue as it's very kid friendly. I'd recommend this bath toy organizer without hesitation.

Very cool item, seems to work well

Very cool item, seems to work well. Have only had it for a few weeks, but is working great. The storage is large, which is what we needed. The suction cups initially were not shipped with the product, but the company's customer service was top notch is quickly and easily shipping me a new product without any grief. I have already suggested to a friend of mine to get one of these buggers. Note: Make sure to read the directions prior to putting it up, I looked like an idiot trying to make the suction cups work at first (not hard, it was late, leave me alone!!! already heard it from my wife!!!).

Fits a lot!

Easy to assemble. It comes with 5 suction cups but we only need for so we have an extra I guess in case. It is very open which allows bigger toys like the helicopter and plane bath toys you find everywhere! Just what I wanted.

Quality product

I've had this product for more than a year now, and it hasn't fallen down on its own even once. Now, if a child tries to sit in it, it will fall down (ask me how I know!) but it stands up to use as a basketball hoop just fine. It was easy to install and doesn't take up too much room in the tub area, plus it's kinda cute and holds a lot of stuff. Good buy.
