I'm going to run down a list of jobs I did with these gloves. 1. Chopped down a tree 2. Dug out the stump. 2. Thatched my yard to clear 20 years of debris from said tree that had never been cleaned up. 3. Moved 1200 lbs of cinder blocks from the hardware store and then used them to create a stand for my water barrels. 4. Moved over a ton of paver stones and then installing a paver area. The sand bedding did a number on the gloves, but they persevered. 5. Replaced some existing pavers that didn't have an adequate footing or weed strip. 5. Removed four bushes 6. Painted my exterior trim. 7. Sanded and repainted my front door. 8. Laid down asphalt The asphalt is what did them in. Now I would probably not consider these professional gloves. A professional landscaper would probably have to replace them at least once a month. But you have to figure a total cost basis. Work gloves wear out, and these are less than $10. I like them for a few reasons. When I first got them, they felt a little tight. However, they didn't hamper my manual dexterity much, and that made the tightness very easy to overcome. They stretch just a little bit, and they maintained that stretchiness throughout the life of the gloves. The fingertips eventually gave out probably because I was wearing them when prying at a lump of asphalt. I think I got my $10 worth, and I'll be ordering another pair.

I just bought a house that had a few nice landscaped garden beds in the back, front and sides of the house. Weeds were running rampant in just a short month. I had purchased an adorable pair of cotton gardening gloves from Anthropologie, but after a raining morning, the gloves were soaked through and muddy from me pulling a few weeds. I couldn't even finish the job. Saw a recommendation for these gloves on a gardening site and read all the rave reviews on Amazon. The delivery was quick. Immediately put them on. I usually wear a size small in leather winter gloves so I got these gardening gloves in a Small as well. They fit perfectly to my hands. Not saggy or too tight. The faux leather palm portion of the glove made grabbing and pulling out various weeds so much easier than my cotton Anthro ones. Weeded my entire front and sides of the house in an hour after a mild raining morning (the wet ground made pulling weeds out so much easier) and my hands remained dry and mud free after I was done. Only negative about the gloves is they're wrist length. Wish they also came in longer lengths. Other than that, I love the gloves and highly recommend them.

Bought as a gift. Great quality. Fits snugly. Update: After trying to wear them while working, I have found that they actually fit too snugly, the sizing is rather small. I am sorry to say that I returning them because they are too small for comfort, I should have bought the larger size. So if you think you wear a large maybe you should try the XL. However, the larger is even too tight for my wife who of coarse has much smaller hand than me.

I have trouble finding gloves that fit my tiny little hands. I can't work when I have an extra inch of finger tip flopping around at the end of my glove. I ordered these in medium, and they're perfect. They helped me tear up a plot of land by hand. The gloves have held up really well, with no signs of excessive wear. I'd buy them again. Update 7/29/18: Finally wore a hole in one of the gloves. I was weeding the curb and sidewalk cracks, so I think it's from scraping against the pavement. It's such a small hole that I'll probably continue to use them for a while, but I'll be ordering another pair. I love these gloves.

These fit great, and are very comfortable. I’m very happy with them. I wore them for several hours off and on and didn’t have problems with my hands sweating, or itching too much. The only reason for the 4 stars is that they are not quite like “bare hands” touch. They feel like most gardening gloves that have the rubber coating in the palm. UPDATE: I am revising my review to 5 stars because I can wear these gloves all day while gardening and they don’t irritate my skin, or feel uncomfortable. I have very sensitive skin, so that is saying a lot. Also, the rubber coating has not cracked, and provides great touch screen ability if I have to use my phone. The only negative I find is when dealing with pine, or holly trees, the prickly spines can be felt through the back of the glove. However for normal gardening these are great. **Another Update: After a couple of years of heavy use, the edges of the cuff have started to fray and unravel a bit. That being said, these are my regular gardening go to gloves, so I will be purchasing a second pair. I like them so much over my others—they’re just so comfortable, they fit closely so dirt doesn’t get in them as badly, plus the touch screen capability when I need it. If you’re an avid gardener, you’ll understand that most of us have more than one type of glove. These are the ones I reach for the most.

Out of all the gardening gloves that are not the Honey Badger Garden Gloves For Digging & Planting these have worked the best for me. I can get a month out of these gloves. I order 2 pairs at a time. Don't buy any other "me too" like kind gloves...order these.

Snug fit, very dextrous, feel very protected from wet soil and yard debris (probably not thorns--haven't pushed it). Really love these gloves for gardening and even for light construction (sanding wood). Grip is really good and helps me get my hands 'dirty' when I don't really feel like it. No need for a nail brush after gardening with these gloves. I have tiny-baby-hands and they fit me great/snugly. I'm sure there's a little room at the finger tips but nothing that has annoyed me. I can literally wear kid-size gloves or size xs womens.

I suppose a lot of people are like I am when it comes to this kind of nitrile glove; I buy quite a few pairs, even though they actually last forever a lot of times. These Bamboo gloves are soft and comfortable in the fabric, but durable as heck. The nitrile is about as thick as you'd want it, and still be able to handle things like paper money, or a notebook with some fingertip feeling (fingerspitzengefuehl?). I am usually on the hunt for nitrile work gloves that cost $3 a pair or less. With these, I am going to have to rethink my strattegy. They are very good.

These are "hands down" the best gloves I've ever purchased, borrowed or used. Tree branches and other debris, cleaning, grip, these gloves are comfortable, easy to work in and your hands don't feel a thing. They're fantastic.

Look, I hate wearing gloves. I don’t mind buying them but I never can do tasks with them, especially around the barn. Or they’re hotttt and make me sweat. These gloves are comfy and - shocker- I can do anything with them on from buckles (taking horse blanket on/off) and I even did the french braid in my horse’s tail with them on!! (Note- wet tail, no product and no comb- not a show braid but not bad!). And my hands/nails still look great instead of the usual mechanic-look. I have 2 pair, I store the barn ones on my fly spray and medicine bottles when I’m not wearing them a la Laverne and Shirley... Photo 1- I can ride in these comfortably Photo 2- the french braid I did in these gloves Photo 3- how I store them at the barn To store my home pair I use a kid pants hanger with clips- clip one glove to each clip and hang. I put the hanger on the garage wall by my garden tools.
