... see if I could save about $100 on a better known brand so I wasn't expecting it to work ...
I'll admit that I bought this power supply to see if I could save about $100 on a better known brand so I wasn't expecting it to work that well and figured it was almost as cheap as my OneSpot. I've got about 9-10 pedals on my board so I made sure ahead of time that there would be no special needs. It's worked great, fits underneath my Holeyboard's top shelf. It also gives me quiet clean power and no worries. I'm powering pretty standard stuff with the TC Electronic's Alter Ego included. The one thing this power supply did do for me is that I have a T-Rex Tone Bug Reverb pedal for my practice amp and it used to be noisy as could be with the OneSpot but when I switched it over to the Donner, it is much quieter. All in all, it does what it says, works well and looks pretty cool with the blue LEDs. The actual device is hidden in the picture under the shelf but you can see the LED's glow. Very happy with this - I will probably buy another for a hot spare.

This product works great. I owe thew manufacturer and seller an apology
This product works great. I owe thew manufacturer and seller an apology. I was in the beginning of a solo at at town function, and my guitar went silent. It was the first use after a few practices that seemed ok. After that song, i switched the power supply and one chord, got back t playing, and assumed it was the unit. But it was the chord. I've been using this unit for over six months now, and it works great for me. I also do not play that often,. Maybe 6 times a year gigging, and 12 times a year practice. After I complained to the seller/manufacturer, they did get back to me with an apology and offered to make this right. I had not realized at the time it was not the products fault, and never did anything else about it. I just bought my second power unit.

No complaints here - definitely would buy this again...
This is a great piece of gear and small enough to fit under the PedalTrain 1. I was using the iSpot with a daisy chain and I started to get some serious signal loss after adding a reverb and delay pedal to my pedal board. I also had issues another Digitech pedal that I took off the board a few months ago. Once I got this power supply I was able to connect everything again (including the Digitech AutoWah which I thought was dead) with no issues. I would buy this again and recommend to anyone who needs a Power Supply.

Can't be beat for the price and little to no noise depending on the instrument
small power supply that perfectly fit in the Donner D2 pedal board, at first I was disappointed with the Dp1 because when I connected my pedals (Tech21 VT BAss, SansAmp,Bass Boost Chorus, MXR bass compressor and Polytune mini2) I had and incredible electric noise at my amp, (Ampeg ba 210) using my Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar Bass Special SS , I even complained directly to Donner about the issue, today I went back and connected everything but this time I used my Schecter Stiletto Custom 5 and there was no humming noise, then I swapped to my Acoustic Palmer PAB209EQ and again no humming noise, so the culprit is my Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar Bass Special SS, in simple words this little power supply from Donner is really awesome, actually after finding out that my Jag was the cause of my humming noise I tested my pedals using the Voodoo Lab Pedal Power 2+ from my music teacher and the results were the same, the Schecter and Palmer made little to no noise and the Jag looks like it was playing his own tune. to close this review and as mention before this is the best Power Supply at the price range and specially the size.

Works Great!
Works great, and the 18 v can be used to power a second power supply brick with NO tone loss! Granted I have a buffer first in my chain and at the end as well.

Super pleased. No hum, great features and a very reasonable price!
I'm not a rich guy who can justify spending 150 bucks for a power supply for my effects pedals. Looking for a low cost way to accomplish this affordably I found this power supply, and read the reviews where some had complained about a hum when using it. Because there were mixed reviews mostly skewed to the positive side I decided to take a chance and am pleased to say I have had no such problem at all. Matter-of fact it's perfectly quiet, except when I'm using my Strat with single coils or my ES-335 with p-90's--BOTH of which have always hummed, with or without effects, on every amp I have ever put them through. Now they both are actually pretty-much quiet. All my other guitars have no hum at all. I am super pleased with this power supply. It's features, it's dependability, and the price.

could power 100 analog pedals
This powers 20 pedals for me with room to spare! I don't get any power noise like others mentioned -- I'm skeptical of those claims, especially on my EHX pedals (muff, 720, superego) -- they sound great. Other claims that this won't support many pedals seem bogus as well -- most analog pedals need *less than 10mA* -- overdrive, wah, chorus, phaser, flanger -- all sip power like it's hot tea.. The digital ones are the real hogs. Most the complicated digital pedals come with their own supply anyway and you wouldn't want to use a 1-size-fits-all power solution like this for those pedals. This is for when you want to build a board with lots of single purpose pedals, not for driving an amp modeler and multi track mixer. even though it might drive 1 of those things, it would seem like a poor use for this device.
