Ever since 2010 when I bought ink from a target in Vegas, that was empty and sealed back up in the box and returned to the store, I ONLY buy ink online. Can't trust anyone, sadly. This ink seems to last a long time. I feel like I do a lot of printing, and one cartridge lasts me months.

Stereotypical cartridge of color. If you could, you'd avoid them altogether, but they shut you down if you don't use a certain amount of each kind. I've yet to find one that isn't a pain in the a**... Going out of your way to make sure it feels secure, like it fits in, that it can even print letters and the instant things start to go smoothly it runs out on you. Just up and quits without warning. That's about as good as you can hope for, 5 stars.

From 2012 to 2018 I was using a high end office jet 8600 Pro Printer. Ink for that was incredibly expensive. And it required you to have both color and black installed for it to print a page. I started for use generic ink for it. Print quality was a lot worse and it made my printer break. I got the HP 4650 printer about a year ago. I use only black ink for it. And for what this is it's not too bad. Especially if you only use your printer occasionally. The print quality seems solid too. It doesn't come out blurry at all. Case in point: Sure, you can buy the generic ink. But it will cost you in print quality and potentially your printer. For around $20 I say go with OEM. Is it pricey for what it is? Yes. Worth it to buy genuine over generic? Yes to that too.

I purchased this cartridge on a whim after reading all the reviews. I was a bit reluctant but since it said it would work with my HP Officejet 4650 I thought i would take the chance...Sure enough..not only does it fit and work great but it is lasting much longer than name brand ink cartridges that I have purchased in the past. I will definitely be purchasing again! Thank you!!

The ink cartridge is really easy to install. There is no messes or issues when I buy this. The instructions is on the package. Make sure to get the right cartridge for your printer. This would last one about 3 months ( I don't print as often, it depends what I have to print for class). Great product!

I'm happy with my cheap multifunction HP printer that works on Windows, Mac OS and Linux. They say the manufacturers make their money on the ink. I don't know, for the very little amount of stuff I print, this is perfect for me. Obviously if you need one of those every few months, you probably have the wrong printer.

I buy HP cartridges because I'm printing OLD documents that are related to my ancestors. Old gravesite photos, Civil War records, Revolutionary War records, etc. HP products are reliable. That's important. For every day stuff you may feel comfortable with a replacement cartridge, but I wouldn't. Besides, I can take a bag of the old cartridges to Staples to be recycled and they then send me an email credit (they're on a 30 day cycle) that I can use to buy new ones. Win/win.

We rarely use our printer at home. I really expected it to dry out by now. Pleasantly surprised that it it still printing. More than I have come to expect from other brands we have had. I also appreciate the Linux driver support offered by HP.

Works great and I'm especially happy about the caution in the description to make sure this is the right cartridge for my printer. I went online to HP website to find the cartridge product number to match my printer and found a match with Amazon. Easy peasy!!

This carton really does the job. I've printed ~250 full pages from my printer on one carton and it still has ink. Definitely a saver for people who print school papers or have home businesses.
