I’ve bought one for my girlfriend as a gift and since she likes to normally leave reviews for everything, here’s what she has to say: I have been using the leaf for almost a month now and I’m pretty happy about it! At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to wear it every day, especially since I go a lot to the gym and wear currently only jewelry on the weekends but it looks so nice and the clip is also so practical that I surprisingly managed to wear it every day, at work, at the gym… I bought myself a couple of matching jewelry and I’m very happy! Received also lots of compliments from my friends and that even before they knew it wasn’t just a “unuseful” piece. I really enjoy checking my sleep record in the morning and I have to say that it seems to be quite accurate. The leaf doesn’t track some short “awake periods” (going from the sofa where I felt asleep to the bed, for instance) but I do not find that relevant. Also the alarm clock is very nice and smooth for waking up and usefull as a reminder for taking the pill. My period is because of the pill very accurate so that I can’t speak for the accuracy of the prediction of the Leaf but I find the information about the different moments of my cycle very useful. Certainly to be taken into consideration for future mothers to be. The only thing that the Leaf is missing is a heart rate monitor, it will be the perfect device as you need to define which activity and for how long you did it, regardless of your pulsations. Maybe it is possible to combine the leaf with a heart rate tracker of some kind? Regardless, I'm very happy with the leaf and I would buy it again!

I bought this just to see how it works. It's kind of thick for a bracelet, but works really well as a pendant. It comes with both a leather bracelet or a silver chain. You could replace either different colored ribbon to match any outfit. I usually end up wearing mine as a pendant and have gotten several compliments on it. You can also clip it onto a shirt or pair of pants (just watch the thickness). I like the tracking interface. It's easy to use - just double tap your leaf and it track your sleep, walking, mediation and gives you a stress indicator. It is geared toward women as it will also track your menstrual cycle. I took mine off and put it in my gym bag and honestly forgot it. It let me know that I hadn't synced it is a while. (whoops). Mine came without the battery changing tool (yes, you will need it as the screws are little bitty hex screws so don't lose it!) and I had a delightful and online chat with their customer service. Within a day or 2 my battery changing tool arrived in the mail. I have not tried any of the other activity trackers. I do like this one because even though it is somewhat thicker than others, it is still attractive and gives you several wearing options. I will need a replacement bracelet sooner rather than later (my cat used it as a chew toy). The first time you connect the bracelet, it's a little complicated, but the company has a video on how to do it and once you get the hang of it - it's easy peasy puddin' pie. If I had to get another one I would splurge and get the rose gold version. Oh, and yes. Bellabeat sends me a weekly update e-mail on my activity.

I've had the Leaf for only a short time but I can already see a positive change in my behavior. The first thing I do when I wake up is sync my Leaf to my iphone to see how I slept. When I see in the evening that I haven't achieved my activity goal, I push myself to go out for a walk even if I don't feel like it. My favorite part about the device is that I can wear it a lot of ways. I wear it like a bracelet the most and this is where my biggest concern comes up. It's not water resistant and I always have to be careful not to get it wet when I am washing my hands. I hope the next generation will be waterproof and there will be different kinds of bracelets to choose from.

My Leaf finally arrived a week ago!! It came beautifully packed and it's even more pretty than I imagined it would be. I was a bit suspicious in the beginning so I used to compare my results with the ones in my old Fitbit but after seeing that they show the same results I started wearing only Leaf. Ever since I got it I barely take it off, it's like my wedding ring, a piece of jewellery I always wear. I usually choose to wear it as a pendant because I find it to be the most elegant way to fit into my everyday work outfit and during the night I simply clip it to my pyjamas. I regret that I can't take it showering with me because it's water resistant, but not waterproof but I'm sure that the company will think about it for the next generation.

I kinda love it! First of all, it’s beautiful and I get compliments all the time! People seem shocked when I tell them that this is actually my fitness tracker and what it can do! The step tracker seems accurate, I’ve been comparing it with my other devices and it is never more that 50ish steps off. Sleep tracking is really giving me some useful insight, I realized that I never really go to sleep when I should and I have now been trying to change this habit. Also, breathing exercise - NICE!!!! it’s a lot easier to fall asleep after doing those \ even though I never actually though I’d have much use from them. Well, that was a pleasant surprise! It is missing some features too. Period tracking is very simple and it doesn't really show any useful correlation with the other health data. I mean, currently the data that you get is very raw and there are no actionable insights. I have written to their CS and they promised a bunch of new features - so lets wait and see. So far so good.

Bought it for my girlfriend so I can't say I used it but she seems pretty happy with it. Initially, I planned on getting a fitbit or something similar that has an alarm for waking up in the morning but ended up with bellabeat as it looked more girly. Morning alarm was my (selfish) wish as we sleep together but don't wake up at the same time, and it works great! All other tracking features seem to work OK. I asked for a quick feedback (review) from gf and she said that best feature is that it's super cute, and she can wear it on everything. Would recommend to anyone struggling with a gift for a girl, works great and it looks like a piece of jewelry.

I love my leaf! It's definitely more accurate in counting my steps than anything else I've used. Some devices you can shake and it counts that as steps this one doesn't its very accurate in its step count. I also love how it tracks my sleep and I don't even have to remember to press a button to say I'm sleeping(I would always forget to press it before sleeping with other devices). It knows when I sleep and has helped mon it or it so much. The breathing exercises are also really great to use when you are stressed. And one of the best things I love is no charging!! Great product.

I am pretty much of an analogue person, so I have refused to get the benefit of technology to regularly check my daily physicals until I got Leaf. I was introduced to Leaf by a friend, and at first I said yes to Leaf only because it looked like a decent accessory to carry with me and it didn’t much look like an app I had to update constantly. It was actually a compilation of many different apps I knew of, such as a pedometer, women’s cycle analyzer, weather app, etc. My favorite function of Leaf is the pedometer and breathing exercise introduction. I like the overall color and design Leaf app, and it helps me to be aware of how much active time I had for the day, along with calories I burned with walking. Also, the breathing exercise gives you an instruction to each inhale and exhale as if you’re in a yoga class. I know this sounds cheesy, but this exercise is something you don’t get to do on your own. And watching the circle on your app to monitor how your breath is progressing is very simulative and inspiring. I strongly recommend those who have anxiety or panic attack to use this function. A few minutes of guided breath will calm you down and I think this is the benefit we can definitely take from technology. Leaf has a few downsides, one of which is that you have to update the data twice a day. You should download the app on your phone, open it, and lightly tab Leaf twice to sync the data on Leaf to the app. Being an analogue person, I kinda like this daily ritual but I can see it also can be a bit of work to others. I normally check the pedometer on my iphone and that’s almost all I used to do for my daily physical checkup. Leaf let me record my moon cycle, number of steps I take, sleeping cycle among many others, so I felt I only needed to not forget to wear Leaf every morning to record all my daily physical activities. I never knew my sleep cycle wasn’t ideal, and that I don’t have sound sleep. Thanks to Leaf now, I know I can maybe consult a health professional to have a better sleep cycle.

I bought it for my girlfriend as an anniversary present. I wanted to go with jewelry, but that’s something that I do every year so I decided to go for jewelry with a twist of technology and she seems satisfied so far! At least I haven’t heard any complaints. Upsides: I do hear compliments about the breathing part of the app as I have tried them too and seems they are onto something with the whole brain wellness part. thumbs up! Activity tracking seems accurate enough, at least compared to my fitbit. Sleep is basically no movement during assumed night hours while during sleep no movement is recognized as calm and moving around as disturbed. Period tracking I know nothing of. Downsides: I would love if the leaf worked with other fitness apps so we could track our activity together and if it could show data collected from the device elsewhere. Also tends to buzz at random times (inactivity when active).
