Great buy

I like these test strips because they are easy to use, and they provide a chart inside to let you know what each square is checking for. Great for anyone who just might want to check to see whats going on. Also great for other health professionals, and students. They are also inexpensive, and had fast shipping. I got these for a friend to check if they could possibly have a urinary track infection (UTI). As a medical laboratory technologist I defiantly would recommend these UA test strips and for health students.

Peace of mind

I had symptoms of a UTI and wanted to test for not only Leukocytes and Nitrates but also my kidney function. The strips are super easy to use, quick results and easy to read. It really gave me peace of mind.

Good for home testing

These are excellent. I get recurrent UTIs and these are great for self diagnosing at home. Quick and easy to use, the guide on the bottle makes it simple to read the results without having to keep a paper guide around (those always get lost). When I start to notice symptoms or I want to keep track of the current infection to make sure I'm getting better, I test with these. They are accurate as well. Of course this DOES NOT REPLACE A PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL EVALUATION. But is good for knowing what my body is doing and confirming when I need to go to the doctor and when I don't. I can see how these would be very useful for diabetics as well. Sometimes my mom uses these too, since she suffers from a lot of back pain and poor urinary/kidney function runs in the family.

Love these! I like these better than the sticks with just ketones, which is what I normally purchase as I learn how to navigate through my Keto journey. I tested them along with a couple of other brands of ketone sticks and they all tested at right about the same level of ketones, so I feel confident these are similar to what I’m used to in that aspect. The other tests are just a bonus for me but seem to be pretty spot on and correlate well with things I know I have going on - i.e. they correlate when I know I’m dehydrated as well as with some other issues that I’ll just keep to myself. In a nut shell: I like them, I trust them, and I’ll be buying again when mine run out.

I've been using these strips with my dog

My 12 year old Chinese Crested Powderpuff was recently diagnosed with diabetes and is on insulin. I have been using these strips to monitor, in particular, his glucose and ketones throughout the day. While at it, I checked my own levels, and was relieved to find that they are all normal.

All the strips come up high in urobilinogen - regardless of who uses them. I believe it to be a faulty reading. ETA - Originally rated as one star - the customer service of this company is amazing. They have made me very happy and I would try again. I think just a faulty batch. For the price, it is a great product.

Great for IC

I have a bladder condition called IC that mimics a UTI. I have been to the doctors on many occasions to get a urine test only to find out that I didn't have one. Or, conversely I have had symptoms and assumed it was my IC when I truly did have a UTI and waited to long resulting in a kidney infection. After my last flare up I decided to buy these strips to save myself the time and hassle. They work great. I am happy with the results and there are a ton of test strips.

Highly recommended

As a paraplegic that self-caths 4-6x a day, I always have to be watchful of UTI's. Without feeling the normal discomfort associated with a UTI, I've had a few doozies that could have been prevented with early treatment. These test strips can give me enough early warning that I can often fight them on my own before they get out of hand. Several times I've compared the test strips to a lab's UA results, and while not always perfect, they are no more than plus or minus one "shade" of the lab's results. This is understandable, since the urine tested is usually from 2 separate samples an hour or longer apart. The one time I was able to test the same sample as the lab, the results were very close.

Good strips to have around

Good strips to have around. They check for the most common UA items. Price was right. I do use these to check my dog's urine for either infection or blood but I am a Med Tech and am trained to use them. Please don't stop seeing your doctor or vet if there are UTI signs.

Urine Strips

I gave 10 Paramet Urinalysis Test Strips a 5 star cuz after trying to use the so called simple Diabetes blood test to check to see if the Keto diet I've been on has lowered my suger level, this was a breeze! I know it isnt as professional as checking by blood but what good does it do if you cant figure how to use it. Checking your levels of 10 things by these strips is very easy so atleast it helps to give me an idea
