Best dress shirts on the market

French Toast makes the best boys' dress shirts. The cost is extraordinary, and the material is excellent. I always fought my wife to buy a better quality white shirt for our son, since the ones we always bought at Old Navy, Carter's, Osh Kosh, etc are all made of cotton (very wrinkly, especially around buttons and the collar) and are of extremely low quality, with the fabrics all appearing off-white and dull. These French Toast shirts are much closer to what you would expect from a non-iron dress shirt for an adult; not the most comfortably soft fabric, but very lightweight and extremely wrinkle resistant and bright white fabric that is easy to clean. I also greatly appreciate the fit of these shirts. They fit my taller than-average son very well.

The best wrinkle free shirt

For years I bought Gap's no-iron shirts for my boys. Then I discovered French Toast and I love these shirts more! And they're a heck of a lot cheaper too!! They are more wrinkle free than Gap's. If I can help it, I pull their shirts right out of the dryer and onto a hanger to minimize wrinkles. Sometimes I forget, and these shirts still come out beautifully. Gap's shirts don't. These fit true to size in my experience. I love that the collar isn't button-down, which, in my opinion makes them seem dressier and nicer. I love these shirts and won't ever go back to anything else!

Excellent quality for the price

Excellent quality for the price. Ordered a size 6 for my 4 year old son, who is on the tall/skinny side for his age. He is just outgrowing size 4T, and comfortably wearing size 5. I ordered this shirt in a 6. It fits, with room to grow. It's long, but fine once tucked in. A 5 would probably fit better, but the 6 allows for shrinkage, and I'm hoping to get about a year of weekly wear out of this. I was afraid he'd outgrow the 5 too soon. The material is a nice soft, lightweight poplin feel. Seems well made.

Great fit and very good quality

Bought for my 11 year old son. Based on other reviews I did order a size up. My son normally wear a size 12, I ordered a size 14 and it fit perfectly. Very good quality fabric. Shirt is well-made. I was very impressed with it. I could see this shirt lasting a long time (even though he will likely outgrow it first). Very pleased with this shirt. Would definitely recommend.

Best Buy!

This was a great purchase! My 6 year old and 9 year old attend private school and have a required uniform. We spend a ridiculous amount of money at the uniform shop so when mid-year came and we were due for some new uniforms I decided to look elsewhere. I couldn’t be happier! This uniform shirt is perfect, well made, comfortable and super affordable. I usually pay 2 1/2 times this for their shirts. The best part is that the collar button (the one that’s usually too tight around the neck) has an extender attached to it so you can comfortably button the top button with no “this is choking me” complaint. You won’t be disappointed. I’ll be back for more for sure!

Bangladesh Made

Polyester, rayon blend. Made in Bangladesh. Machine washable, tumble dry low. Warm iron as needed. First time buying a French Toast shirt for one of the boys, and considering the sales prices we didn't expect much. In reality it's actually a really nice shirt. We'd been meaning to buy one, but kept putting it off. Hey, with a houseful of boy's - something always comes up, somebody wants/ needs something every time you turn around! This time we came across the shirt it was at a super low price, so we grabbed one. All the stitching is nicely done, very even with no extra threads hanging out anywhere. The collar does not button down, but is ample enough for ties, and would look good with the clip ons too. It's a light shirt which is good for wearing under jackets, and layering without getting too hot. Not see through, but not also 60*f weather without a coat/ jacket thick either. We really like the price point! I mean let's be honest - kids clothes if they don't have a younger sibling to pass it down to might as well be disposable as fast as they grow out of them! Yet some companies charge almost as much as a man's shirt when your basically renting it for a year or less! Lol! Anywho - good shirt, good price. We're gonna pick up a few more for the boy's. We DO recommend this brand shirt! Hope our review was helpful!

Wrinkle free long-sleeved Shirt

This Shirt is made well. Great quality and wrinkle free.. it was perfect for what I was looking for. I used it for a photoshoot. It fit great. Was packaged well and shipped fast. I will order again when he outgrows this one.

Awesome button up shirt, collar lays nicely, washes up good, White is a little see through

I have bought 2 of these now for my 4 going on 5 year old. Both white - I love that the top button has an elastic on it so it doesn’t choke my kid out when I try to button it. I also love that the corners of the collar has something it it to make it stiff so it doesn’t bunch when washing I lays flat. Washes up nice. The white is a tiny bit see through so my son wears a white undershirt underneath it.

So happy I found this brand at the beginning.

I loved the size 2 I got of this shirt. When my son grew, I bought the size 4 and there wasn't much size difference between the smaller one and I was disappointed. He grew again and I just love the no iron needed for this shirt so I took a risk and tried the size 6 and it was a true size 6! I was so relieved. He'll be able to get good use out of it for a year and a half. I've been impressed how nice the collars remain and how thick the shirt is so it's a overall win in my book. So happy I found this brand!

Inexpensive but looks great and lasts from one growth spurt to the next!

I love these French toast shirts for my little boy. It’s difficult to justify spending a lot for church clothes for a little boy who is growing and... well... a little boy! These shirts fit well, they have a really cool little elastic stretch piece behind the top button so it can be closed without making a little boy feel strangled, and quality wise, they last from one growth spurt to the next. I just moved from a 4t to a 5 and I am very pleased with the extra length. It tucks in well and looks so sharp. I have purchased these inexpensive French toast shirts for him for a couple of years now, and I will stick with them for the foreseeable future.
