Love, love, loveee!
I was originallly looking at the Graco Slimfit, but I got this car seat on a good deal for Black Friday that I just couldn’t pass up. Car seat came in new condition with all the tags attached, even though it was an amazon warehouse deal (which I’ve heard some horror stories about). My 2 year old daughter is very well supported, and her head doesn’t fall forward when she falls asleep, which is the main reason we were looking for a new car seat. I have a 2014 VW Jetta and it was an easy install, it fits well without taking up too much space, and we love that she can see out the window now. The cover is a rapid remove one as well so i love that I don’t have to uninstall the car seat to get the cover off to clean. This car seat is very similar to the Graco4Ever, so if you’re looking for a more economical slightly smaller car seat then this is a good option. Overall I am happy with this car seat; I will update my review in a couple months if anything has changed.

This car seat saved my sons life. Yesterday we flipped five times after being ran off the road into a guard rail, the state troopers say the car seat did exactly what it was supposed to! He just turned one but I'm a believer in extended rear facing & that also played a role in him coming out of this without a scratch!

Game Changer
I spent a lot of time researching attempting to not buy this seat. We already had two evenflo seats that worked but we hated. I caved and bought one of these for our 20 month old, who is still rear facing. The verdict: I love it for more reasons than I thought I would. First: it feels really, really safe. Second: it was clearly designed by a mom. The bottom of this seat cover comes out for machine washing without removing the whole seat is a game changer. Maybe my kids are more gross than yours but this seat was in the car for 5 minutes and someone ground banana into it. So easily removed it and washed it. The whole seat was easy to install and easily converts to forward facing. I love it. It was worth the money and I would absolutely purchase again.

Better than the 4Ever.
I have this seat in my wife's car and the 4Ever in my truck. I prefer the Milestone. The belt tension system seems to work a little better when pulling snug, and it only has 1 cup holder as opposed to 2. This seat has 4 recline positions compared to the 6 on the 4Ever seat, but 4 positions is plenty. Save some money, buy this seat.

Great
This car seat is fantastic! I thought it was the forever car seat when I bought it. We already have one, and we needed a second for my husbands truck. It isn't the same and in the reviews is said everything was the same except the weight differences. That's not true. The headrest has an extra padding and it has one cup holder vs. two. Otherwise it's pretty much the same. I'm totally in love with these car seats and my daughter seems to like them too. She likes being able to sit more upright and see out the back window in the truck. Very easy to buckle in. However, if you have two vehicles I suggest getting two, one for each car as they are difficult and heavy to move around.

High quality carseat
I researched tons of carseat before finally deciding on either the Graco Milestone or the Graco 4ever. I decided to go with the Milestone simply because of the price difference. If I was unsatisfied I would just return. I was NOT unsatisfied. This carseat is amazing and comfortable. My baby is 8 months old and she even loves it. It's high quality, safe and easy to install. It took me all of 2 minutes to install with the latch system and it was ready to go. The main difference between this and the 4ever was the lack of 2 extra recline options, extra cup holder, and the ability to turn into a backless booster. It was worth it to save the extra money for now since we won't need a backless booster for years. I would definitely recommend this carseat.

Consider the Milestone before buying the 4Ever
I've had this car seat for about 2 months now and I love it. Easy to install and easy to get baby in and out of. I was going to buy the 4Ever until I realized that the Milestone was a better deal. The Milestone costs $100 less than the 4Ever mainly because it doesn't turn into a backless booster. When the times comes to buy a backless booster, I'll only have to shell out around $50, so in the long run, with the Milestone, I'll be saving $50. I also chose the Milestone because it is recommended for tall babies like my little guy, who is in the 95th percentile for height.

Best car seat
Best car seat. We have three of these. We tried the Nautilus for my older child ( since we did not need one that did rear facing at the time) and it did not have the same easy harness/headrest adjust system. So we spent the extra money for this model to match our other ones that the younger kids are in. My kids find them comfortable, they are easy to install and the harness straps move up and down with the click of the headrest for the perfect fit.

Best seat hands down! As good as the Forever and costs way less!
I simply love this seat. I steer folks away from the Forever and to this seat almost daily. Side by Side, they are basically the same seat without a few recline adjustments (you don't need anyways), minus a cupholder, and minus the backless booster. Even when you have to buy a backless booster, you're still saving money over the Forever. Honestly, save your money and buy this seat. It is a breeze to adjust and even easier to install. You won't be disappointed. If you need a slimmer seat, go with the Graco Slimfit, which is the same as the Milestone but narrower.

heavy and HUGE (still love it, but would not love if we had ...
We purchased this as a second carseat to use for grandma/hubby and most importantly, travel. We also have the maxi cosi pria 85, but it is never leaving my car since it is hard to install, heavy and HUGE (still love it, but would not love if we had to move). I wanted a lighter car seat for travel, but also wanted babe to be safe and comfortable. I was also super picky on ease of installation since I would be installing in various rental cars that I wasn't super familiar with and likely when babe was tired/hungry/cranky or all of the above. This was the clear winner for ease of installation! I compared to the maxi cosi vello (still huge) and evenflo sureride (see my review there for comments on why this didn't work). I looked at many other car seats too that were either too heavy or had a low height/weight restriction. we have a 95th percentile height and weight babe and I didn't want her to physically grow out of the car seat after a year! This seat is easy to attach with latch, easy to tighten, and there is a level on one side to ensure its correctly installed. It is very easy to adjust the recline and the headrest/shoulder strap so would be quick to adjust for different sized kids! We put on lowest setting in the car seat bag and then quickly adjusted for babe. Babe seemed very comfortable and fell asleep often. I got in the pink/navy since it was cheapest but the colors are pretty cute. The cupholder is easily removable and there are slots on both sides. The base is pretty wide so might be an issue in the middle seat if necessary. My husband and I are both tall, so finding a seat that didn't take up too much room front to back was critical so we could still fit in the front seat. Rear facing, this is still cozy, but workable. This isn't the lightest of car seats, but we checked and I wore as a backpack while pushing the stroller from baggage claim. There is a sticker on the back that says it is approved for aircraft. I also liked that there is a handle to carry! I do wish the car seat was a little lighter for our use, but otherwise it is a definite 5/5 stars and best for us.
