Great for high traffic areas

My carpets are old, but since I continue to rescue dogs, I bought this runner for the hallway immediately after my carpets clean. Works great and it will keep the carpets clean. I am online to order another for doorway entries. It cuts nicely.

First-class runner

Great, great product. It is quite difficult to find clear vinyl plastic floor runners like in the old days. Though this one is not as thick, it does the job perfectly. It was more than long enough, is so far holding up and doesn't move at all. There are five adults in my home on a regular basis, so when we add company, this runner is a pro. The seller even packaged this in a way that you only need to roll it out. Since I ordered long one, me and my daughter were able to roll this out even though it was quite heavy. I'm going to order more.

Prevents Your Carpet Runners from Walking - Best Solution We Have Ever Found

We have struggled to find a way to keep our carpet runners in place for the past 15+ years and have tried many, many approaches. Our runners are carpet laid on top of mid-pile carpet, so they "walked" every single day. Then we found Resilia clear plastic floor runners. We used good double sided carpet tape to secure these vinyl cleated runners to the bottom of our carpet runners, and - IT WORKS BRILLIANTLY! The Resilia runners were easy to trim (we used tin snips, but heavy scissors/shears could work as well) to size and hold the runners securely in place. Well done, Resilia!!

Looks, convenience, great quality

I bought this product to put I front of my two recliners in the den. My recliners are near the side door leading out to the patio where there is a lot of traffic. I have a short pile rug but I bought the one for high pile because I felt it would grab the carpet fibers better and that would prevent movement of the vinyl. I was right in choosing this because it has worked out very well, looks great, and it will be easier to clean. A lot better than scatter rugs that you have to keep puttting back in place, washing them, etc. I could never find a rug runner that was neutral in color and long enough to go across the 2 recliners and a side table. This runner solved all these issues, price was great, great quality, delivery fast. I always thought putting this product down was a bit “tacky” but this runner takes any doubts away. Glad I bought it!!

Just as described

I bought this to teach my dogs not to enter a room in my house. I bought the deep pile so it would hopefully work better. It worked great and now my dogs dont go in that room and i am now using it for its intended purpose under my 3 year old's spot at the table so I can clean it easier.

Just what I needed to keep snow off carpet

This was perfect for preventing water, snow and muck from getting on the carpet. The door from the hot tub on the patio goes directly into a carpeted room, so we needed a place to drop our wet, snowy shoes when entering. It cut easily to fit in the door frame and snug up against the wall. We have low pile carpet, but per another reviewer, we purchased the runner for deep pile carpet to be sure it wouldn't move. I'm glad we did. It's also very low-profile so the door opens easily over the runner.

Great for cat-proofing your home

We have almost used the whole roll, installed upside down and in various pieces, as cat proofing material. One piece for my husband's La-Z-Boy. He doesn't like the cats to be on it and we have new cats to train. More pieces on the floor behind the entertainment center where one cat races through and messes with cords. More pieces behind a TV on a cabinet, where one cat sneaks behind the TV to mess with cords. Our lives are a bit more peaceful now. Ha!

Multifunctional

Great quality for the price. I did not use this runner in its typical fashion. Pet owners, if you are looking for an inexpensive way to keep your furry kids off your furniture, this runner is for you! It's easy to cut and its cheaper than the hard plastic Xmats. It works better too.... no gaps. My cat always seemed to find a way to sleep between the gaps. I placed the runner (which I cut to fit) and placed it on the seat cushions and the top back of my couch. I simply placed the runner upside down on the furniture with the pointed plastic nubs facing up.... ouch! Repels the furry kids beautifully!
