Great Product and Great Company

Let me start out by saying that these straps are perfect for hanging any hammock with carabiners or the likes attached . Quick and easy setup. They are very light weight (for backpacking) and sturdy. Very well made. I also made a mistake which made me had to contact them for support/help. Let me tell you, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had when dealing with support from any company. This company replied almost instantly to my request. Not only that but they went above and beyond my expectations. They emailed me and kept me informed through the entire process. They also made contact after the fact to ensure that I was happy. Quick and Easy! No knot tying!

Ok, so its taken me some time to get this review up. I wanted to try these straps out in several different situations. I'm a long term hammock owner and usually use a cheap 25ft plus synthetic cords. I guess I like tying knots? Actually no.....not really I don't. So I ordered these. Realized I needed some carabiners............ and the cheap ones I had around the house were not trustworthy so I went overboard and got some heavy duty ones. I tried these out on our Vigas (wood columns)in our front patio.......and wow they are super easy to install. So I set it up in the house, in the back yard so my wife could relax and have a margarita, in the back area so I could read a book and still keep an eye on the kids on the swings set, ........yeah just about anywhere that where a tree could support me! They set up quick and are an easy instal. The small tote bag which is light is a plus! I lost my directions before the first time I tried it out and had no problem figuring it out. SOOOOooooo I will stop reviewing and you can go ahead and purchase this product! but don't forget to pick up some carbiners (2) if you don't already have them.

Heaven!

Escaping the summer heat by heading to mountain elevations is great...but adding a hammock makes it pure heaven. And the Hammock Straps make all of it possible. I love these straps! They are so easy to put up around a tree. I love the multiple loops that make it possible to adjust the height of the hammock no matter the distance between trees. It also mean that as a woman with less upper body strength, I'm not tugging to get the carbiners or S hook into one set loop. The product is light weight and comes with a bag for strap storage. M&R Industries were quick with getting my straps to me and had great follow-up to see if the straps were what I wanted. Only problem is...my husband has taken over my hammock! I'll be buying another set of straps soon.

Excellent Quality, Great Buy

After some researching on my own, I got these instead of straps my hammock system recommended. I liked how these straps are double stitched and have a lots of loops so you can easily control the length and tension. I really think these are better straps than other popular brands because these are lighter and stronger. These comes with its own pouch and when I took them out I also immediately felt that these are some quality straps. Really like these! it was very easy to set them up. If you don't already have carabiners (or S hooks), make sure to get the one with carabiners.

My girlfriend and I went camping this weekend and used the straps with the hammock that I just bought. The straps made setting our hammock up a breeze. They are quite long and have several attachment points, giving a person plenty of options when hanging a hammock. I like them so much that I'm ordering another pair! Well worth the price!

These straps are vital to anyone planning to hang a hammock anywhere. We recently used them on a two-week beach vacation, hanging a hammock on our back patio. The straps were extremely easy to use and very strong. Don't waste time with knots and ropes. The time you will save with these straps and the security you gain from them (no slipping or stretching ropes) is well worth the cost of them. On our vacation the hammock blocked the patio if someone was using it, which was not ideal but the best we could do with limited space, It was made so much better by these straps that allowed us to take the hammock down, get it out of the way when necessary, and then get it back up for use in literally a minute or less. Without these straps we would not have been able to use the hammock on our vacation.

Don't skimp on straps.

Used these straps for a long motorcycle camping trip and found they made our lives a lot easier than I'd imagine other straps might have. We were camping all over the west and in some places good trees were rather scarce. In the Badlands the only trees are these scrubby, twisted junipers and even those are few and far between, but these straps being so long meant we were able to comfortably tie our hammocks to trees that were very far apart. If our trees were close together or small in diameter we could double wrap the straps to make them work. There are a lot of loops up the length of the straps, so it was easy to put the straps on the tree, hook our carabiners on and not have to move them to get the right height and tautness for our hammocks. The straps are of excellent quality. Used them on rough bark and there is no fraying or threads loose. Also my boyfriend and I could both be in the hammock and moving around or swinging and there was no disconcerting creaking or stretching.

I'm very impressed with this product. I received it a week ago and plan on updating my review after it's had a few months of abuse. So far, I've used these straps twice. They're lightweight and seem to be well made, which is important to me. The small bag they come with is helpful too. If I had to guess, setting up my hammock took about 3 minutes at a maximum each time I used these. It took me longer to find suitable trees. It doesn't get any easier. Making adjustments is also very easy. I was considering the atlas straps before I bought these and I'm glad I went with this brand. These are longer and have more loops, less expensive as well and as far as I can tell there was no sacrifice in quality. A few of my friends saw me use these and asked where to get them, they were jealous of how painless the process was. Even for a hammock newbie.

These straps are GREAT!!

These straps are GREAT!!! I ordered these XL heavy duty straps to accompany my daughter's new ENO hammock, and they are fantastic. Super easy to use with no real explanation needed, even for a first timer like me. Just wrap the strap around a tree, slip the remaining long strap through the end loop, then pull tight. That's it! Unlike some strap systems, these loops are designed in side by side intervals giving more options for proper height adjustment of your hammock. Great addition for my hammock system.

These straps are great. The set to time take maybe 2 minutes from wrapping the straps around the trees to hanging your hammock at the desired height and angle. I am a big guy. 6'1, 285lbs and these straps don't stretch. I wake up in the morning at the same height I went to sleep. They don't damage the trees, which is a bonus. They are long enough if your trees are far apart. I just spent a weekend between two trees that were about 20ft apart and didn't have any issues. I can also roll them up and the store inside of my attached hammock bag. So when I pull out my hammock amd open it up, the first thing I have access to are my straps. Keeps things simple and quick. I would highly recommend these straps.
