Shipping didn't take very long at all compared to other games that I've ordered. Disc came in good condition- wii read it right away. This was my first time playing the wii's version of Mario Kart (I've only ever played the super nintendo version). My brother and I tried out this game together. Reviewing the software I'd say there's a little learning curve. Not really any tutorial that we saw and there were a few things left unfigured but we were able to have fun with it. I'm looking forward to playing it again.

Family must

Perfect, So Much joy was brought to my family when i surprised them with this classic. If you have a big family and don't have a WII U yet, than this is a must.

This purchase was to update my version for my GrandNephews from the old school version that I played with their Mother on the SNES. I have to regain my skills (it's been awhile since I played), but I love the fact that I can use a steering wheel which I'm sure will be easier for the boys. It's a little more complex, but I'm sure we can master it. Thanks for offer the great classic game at a reasonable price!!

Bottom line is this thing works well and has not disappointed the family. With this game we bought an HDMI adapter Everprime Wii to HDMI Converter Audio Output Video Adapter-Supports All Wii Display Modes, HDMI Upscaling to 480P HDTV & Monitor(white) that upscales to fit to screen, so much better than the component cables that I had been using for years, I must say that I am happy with the results. This game has brought new excitement back to my family and now they are playing the wii again. If you are like me and so many others who rely heavily on reviews to make an informed decision before purchasing, I hope this information has helped you make a decision to purchase it or not.

Mario Kart: A must for all Wii owners.

If I only could own two games for the Wii, Wii Sports and Mario Kart would be my choices. The game permits a variety of vehicles, characters, and race courses to choose from. The item was exactly as advertised by the seller. Delivery was prompt, disk was in perfect shape and played flawlessly.
