This shoe rack is perfect for our mud room. I was tired of tripping over shoes that were left all over the place Ave we have limited space in our mud room for a solution. Some quick searching on Amazon and you quickly find lots of well rated Songmics shoe rack solutions. What I can say after a few weeks is that the reviews are spot on. This is a solid product, that does what it is supposed to do and looks nice. Unfortunately, several reviews said that the plastic connectors can break easily during assembly. I had this experience, which isn't great, but it's more than made up for by outstanding customer service! I wrote Songmics that night and without any questions they sent out replacement parts the next day! I would definitely buy Songmics' products again!

This is exactly what I needed. Not super fancy but very good for the price.

I actually purchased this to store my yarn, and it is steardy. If it can hold all of this yarn, it should hold shoes. Great price. Easy to assemble.

Love this shoe rack! Easy to assemble, sturdy, and does the job. Fiancé is a sneaker collector, wears a size 10.5 and it fit 4 sneakers per row. I am able to fit 5 per row with my size 8 in women's. I ended up buying 3 of these racks total and have recommended them to many people. Amazing price and product!

This is an excellent product. I was able to place 48 pairs of shoes & sandals on this rack with room to spare. I used the top rack for purses. There were many comments about the plastic connectors breaking during assembly. The easy solution for that problem is to warm each piece before connecting. It took a little longer that way but I used a blow dryer to warm each plastic piece and the rod it would connect to. That made them slide on very easily and I didn't have any broken pieces. Just dedicate the time needed to take it slow and you'll avoid frustration & broken pieces. Remember, it's better to twist the pieces in to place than to forcefully push or jam them together. When putting the rack together, it's best to put all the levels together first. Be sure that the tri-sided connector always has the flat, open side upwards as shown in my photos. Put the connector on ONLY ONE end of the longest rod. Insert the rod into the fabric "shelf" so that the connector on each rod will be at opposite ends from each other. Then place a connector on one of the medium length rods. You will then be able to connect each end to complete the level. Stack each level to the next by using the shortest rods at each corner and connecting the shelves. For the top level, place the 2 sided, curved connector at each end of a medium length rod. Then connect a short rod to each end of that assembly. This will be placed at the top of the rack to give it a smooth, finished appearance. The rack will easily hold 50 or more pairs of women's shoes & sandals. It will hold less if it's being used for large men's sneakers or for boots, etc.

The rack is great! The quality is solid. Due to my shirts being above the rack I split it into two and it works just fine. Amazing rack for the price.

PERFECT! Beware of all of the negative reviews on this product, I was able to put it together myself and only broke one plastic connector, fortunately there were extras. It does take some patience and care while building the unit as the plastic connectors can split out. However, once built and squared up it is very sturdy. It was a perfect solution for my shoes.

Overall, this is a good product. I'm writing this after placing my order for my 2nd one so that says it gets the job done. There are 2 downfalls that I do not like. 1, the shelves are plastic so it can be tricky to keep the shoes upright when your adding, removing shoes. Very rarely do I ever have heels not falling over when I remove the pair I want to wear. 2, the shelves are not high enough for most of my heels. I fixed this problem by removing 3 shelves. At first I thought this would defeat the purpose in terms of space, but I managed to fit at least 7 pairs on each shelf by storing heel to toe and on an angle. I also store sandals and flats with one shoe on top of the other. There are 47 pairs in this picture (with 3 pairs missing, one from the 4th, 6th, and 7th shelf). All in all, I had to give 5 stars because the product gets the job done and I still managed 50 pairs of shoes on this rack even after removing 3 shelves.

We were considering getting a wooden shoe rack, but they're so expensive and don’t hold many shoes. I had my doubts about this shoe rack, but I was very impressed with it's construction. Wish we would have bought it sooner! Assembly tips (see attached photos): Lay out all the parts on a soft blanket or carpet. This will keep the metal poles from getting scratched. There are 3 different types of plastic connectors; separate these before starting assembly. For each shelf, insert the two long poles into the fabric. Then assemble the end pieces, and insert the long poles into them. A trick I used was to stand the shelf up, then apply pressure from the top to seat the poles. When you put a shelf onto the rack, it can be handy to have a rubber mallet and VERY GENTLY tap the plastic inserts to make them seat properly onto the poles. Be very careful not to hit them too hard. Once you assemble two shelves, you should be comfortable enough to speed things up via an assembly line: Assemble all the shelf end pieces. Put all the long pipes through all the fabric pieces. Assemble each shelf one after the other.

Loved this. I have a lot of shoes and this worked great for me. Heels fit fine; 5-6 inch heels fit fine although they touch the upper shelf- good thing is the shelves are made of a thick material so it does not in any way damage the shoes. You can also remove/skip some shelves for taller shoes or boots. Would definitely recommend. Check out my pics for a better idea.
