Salon Gel look for a fraction of the cost

Like the salon finished look but it of course doesn't last as long as a salon grade. I think that for the money I save in not having to drive (gas) to and from, the time I have to set aside to go to and from the salon (I live a good 20 mins from any salon) and the cost of the gel option/service at the salon..... this is an Awesome time and money saver that gets me that salon gel look for a fraction of the cost.

Great Top and Base Coat.

This top coat and base coat are great. The product description is on point! It applies easily, it leaves your nails with a great long lasting shine , the smell is not very strong and the price is great. I recommend this product and will continue to use.

Hey guys I gave this product 5 stars because I really love it; it lasted on my nails for 3 wks and the only reason I replaced the color was because I wanted a new color. Did not chip or lose its shine. As a matter of fact if when you try it and you feel like the color gets dull. Just wipe it with an alcohol swab and walla it be shinny again. I love this brand, it worked well for me and my girls and they loved it. Ok so the only negative thing I will share is that for what ever reason when you but the base coat on it will look bumpy from time to time but after you finish all the steps with the Gel UV polish it does not look like that. So basically after you cur your nails they will look smooth. If anyone can enlighten me with that I would love to know why that is?. Oh yeah and do not cake it on light is good . But overall this is a great product for its buck totally recommend .

Awesome shine!

This is first-day post application and I can see a huge difference in my gel manicures! The shine alone is wonderful, I started doing gel manicure at home for few weeks and it has been rocky. I first purchased the gellen 6 set colors but forgot to purchase base/top coat, so I decided to use another brand base/top coat, unfortunately, my manicures would chip less than 24 hours post application and lacked the shine you would get if done at the nail salon. So I decided to purchase gellen's and I am extremely satisfied! Although it has only been 24 hours since I did my manicure I see a HUGE difference and my nails look like I got them done at the nail salon. I do have to say that I also used a gel primer in order for my mani to last at least 1-2 weeks. I will try to post in 2 weeks to give a second update!

Love the base and top coat! The top coat is very shiny and looks better, in my opinion, than cnd or gelish. I will be repurchasing. I don't know about how it soaks off. I have nail enhancements so I file my polish off.

Dime diva love !

Single mother trying to cut corners as much as possible and this was a nice money saving purchase. I worked quick putting it on following the directions, UV curing times . The base coat is tacky, I used 60 secs but will adjust the cure time next time. it is a gel hardener after all , the less air time the better. I cheated and used two coats of the dollar store nail polish-60 secs cure time. I used the gel UV top coat, cured it, time will tell how long it will last with the cheap color polish. I'm okay with the outcome, not a pro yet but to do this at home and at my leisure( in pajamas with hair looking crazy) is great!

Reviewing Gellen base and top coat

these bottles are small, which it good as a beginner to make sure its a good product before getting a full size. I really like this set! The top coat is very shiny and hardens up real nice. No need to wipe it off to remove the tacky feeling some topcoats get. The base and top coat goes on kind of thick but I think its just because it a gel polish. would buy again
