Not bad for its price I thought it would be a bit more sharp but it's not that sharp nor is it a dull knife almost cut my finger using it however it didn't go through my nail like my other knife has done so it still cuts the things I want to cut but suprised me that it didn't go through my finger, always keep in mind when using this knife especially for work wipe your blade when you pull it out of the case since it will have some metal shavings from being sharpened and we don't want to serve people a side of metal with their food whether it's a miniscule amount it's still there

I actually purchased this knife by mistake, thinking it was ceramic as I owned other Farberware knives that are ceramic. However, this knife is working perfectly good and the sharpening sheath is a great feature in my opinion, so I decided to keep it.

I purchased this knife as a travel knife. I am a vegetarian and like to make most of my meals when I travel. The knife has a good feel and balance especially for an inexpensive knife, and it comes with a cover for the suitcase.

Very nice knives, I like that when you put them back in their holder, that is sharpens them as well. Great product. Would order if need more. I ordered 4

Very good price. The included sharpener is why I purchased this particular knife. I had a ceramic paring knife that I absolutely loved but it chipped very easily and soon became non functional. This one should last and stay sharp for a long time.

I bought the 4 1/2-inch utility knife because I wanted something for all of my various cutting needs. I love to cook, and the blades I've been using have been lacking, even the more expensive ones. I was so happy that this knife had a sheath with an edge keeper. I used it for the first time today. It was fabulous! Not only did it cut vegetables beautifully, but it also sliced chicken breasts as if I were slicing through softened butter. I am in LOVE and just ordered another one!

Super sharp and user friendly knife. The grip is great for anyone. It fits in your hand, not clunky like some knife handles are. You get a nice clean cut each time you use. The blade stays sharp thanks to the sharpener that was cleverly placed right on the blade cover. As you pull out the knife - it sharpens. Great product for the kitchen. Recommended.

I love this little paring knife. It's got a nice sharp blade (and I mean sharp, I was rinsing it and accidentally cut my finger pushing some tomato seeds off--totally my fault, of course), and the handle is a good shape and size. I can't speak to the sharpener case yet, though I haven't noticed any dulling of the blade, so maybe it is working? If not, knives are easy enough to sharpen, but since the knife is so sharp, it's a good thing to use when putting in the drawer so that no one accidentally cuts themselves reaching for something near it. I would buy this paring knife again if I hadn't already.

I have had the same set of knives since I went to college 33 years ago. I asked for these knives for Christmas. I know sounds lame but I love them. It is amazing going from dull knives to sharp ones. They cut through a tomato without squishing it. Slides through the fat and gristle in meat. I am 100% satisfied after 2 months of use. Oh Yeah, did I mention I cook dinner at home approximately 350 days a year?

My only concern on thus product us that my case for the knife tends to give me some trouble when putting knife away I fear that the self sharpen sheath will in time damage the blade instead of sharpen it aside from that great knife really useful
