I saw a lot of other posts saying that they couldn't get the foam to fit inside of the leather. Based on those reviews I almost didn't buy this product for fear of having to replace/return it. Needless to say I'm glad I did. I had almost no trouble fitting the foam inside of the leather sleeves, though it fit very snug. I think it may be a matter of luck whether your purchase is a half millimeter too tight. It was a bit of trial and error cutting it to the length of my door frame, but that was mostly my fault for not measuring properly the first time! (My initial measurement was much too conservative, I was scared to cut it too short!) Love the product. It works great!

Great item for under the door wind drafts. I bought this for winter and I have really liked it since I got it. The only one thing I don't like is the material under the stopper. Its all made out of the same material. I have wooden floors and if some dirt gets under the material, when I open the door, I hear the dust dragging on the floor. It has made slight scratches on my floor. I think that it would be good if the material under the stopper would be softer for wooden floors. But other than that the stopper works great and it seals the door very well.

This was a great product for the price. I was using a beach towel to block cold air from my back door and this was an inexpensive solution that works a lot better and looks a lot better! I followed some recommendations from other reviewers and used a broom handle to "open" the sleeve before inserting the foam rolls and that helped a lot. I found the key was holding the middle of the product while inserting the rollers. When it got a little stuck towards the end using the broom handle to push the rollers in helped. Also, I used a bread knife to cut the foam that that worked well.

So, I was very leary here.. but it seemed that the ASOTV brand had WAY WORSE reviews. Here is MY review/opinion: Evelots comes with 6 short "tubes"; 4 of which have reinforcements on one end. Why? THE REINFORCED ENDS GO ON THE ENDS of course! The 2 with NO reinforcements are the MIDDLE tube for each side. About SIZING.... I measured MY DOOR: 36 inches (we live in a sr. community where we have AMPLE doors for chairs and the like here). So, yes, my DOOR is 36 inches, BUT!! my door FRAME leaves my slightly shorter than 36 inches (AS IT SHOULD WITH ANY OTHER SIZED DOOR - THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DRAFT STOPPER!) Did I cut mine? NOPE!! I feel this way... this is a vinyl material that also has HEMS on both ends... I didn't want a CUT edge, I want the HEMMED edge. Is my DRAFT STOPPER a li'l squished into place? WHY, YES, YES IT IS A LI'L SQUISHED. lol... do I care: NOT 1 BIT! I figure with opening and closing my door, it'll either adapt(not likely as inanimate objects have a hard time adapting) or those SQUISHED UP FOLDS will find some crack or crevice to fill. I am happy with my purchase... it does it's job... if it tears, well then I guess I'll have to purchase another one... that, Dear readers, is LIFE. Nothing has an INFINITE LIFE... especially INANIMATE OBJECTS!

These work great! They are larger than my previous ones and actually do the job. I wish there were other colors though

Yes, it's ugly, but it beats having a towel down on the floor that you have to reposition all the time. Although it does a good job stopping drafts, it does have a drawback of shifting slightly here, so that the draft stopper will hit the jam, and you need to nudge it back into position with your foot. This doesn't happen too often. Considering the cost (cheap) and the fact that it performs well most of the time, I rate it pretty highly. I did have to cut this to fit the door, and could see the sewing was going to let go very fast at the seams, so I applied duct tape and it's working well.

Does a decent job of blocking drafts; I have felt a noticeable difference when walking past the door where I use this. The foam was easy to insert and trim to fit, but I had to cut and sew the sleeve to the size of my door. Just cutting the sleeve would leave the fabric unfinished and probably damage it more easily over time, especially if you have a rougher wood for the frame. Fabric quality is okay, not great, but sturdy enough to use for a while (certainly decent enough for the price--making it myself would probably cost just as much). I am expecting it to last at least 6 months and plan to sew a new sleeve when the original wears out. The foam is pretty dense and seems like it will last a long time. I used the leftover foam on my couch legs to protect the floor. Works great for that too!

Our front door faces west toward Buffalo. We get the wind off the Great Lakes in winter and it is no picnic. This was a snap to install; take your time and be patient. It appears to work well. Will know more as "The Lake Effect" comes our way even more in the next week or so. We have been "blessed" with tundra winds and after installing this the leakage is substantially reduced. Nicely constructed. I suggest you get a pole or brrom stick and open up each cylinder gently so inserting the foam is easier. It takes only minutes but take the time to do a quality installation. Nice materials used so we believe our money was well spent.

Item arrived on time and was as described by the seller. It is very thick and wide so I had to cut it shorter to fit my door length. It has stopped the amount of dirt and dust that enters my house under ge door very well. nly observation is that when the door is opened or closed the product slides slightly out so in order to close the dooor you have to push the thing in place with your foot. Otherwise, I recommend this product, it is sturdy, and gets the job done.

Saw some 2015 reviews saying it took "up to 10 minutes" to put the tubes in due to uneven stitching. Maybe the company has since totally mastered fixing this because everything was perfectly sized for me! Tubes slipped in with ease. Took probably 30 seconds to get it all setup and under my door. Right size without cutting. I was previously using a blanket to keep the draft out. Glad to have a permanent solution now. My door stop (like you can see in the picture example proved to be a bit of a problem though! Poked a hole through the material. Not a big deal. If you are reading this you can assess whether your door stop will be trouble or not.
