I have a dog that loves to dig and chase birds and squirrels, and I have a chain link fence that isn't secured at the bottom. These things taken together are a headache! My dog has learned to dig as needed so she can push on the bottom of the chain link and get out to chase the birds and critters--or just wander around. I've been using a roll of twist ties that I had on hand to secure additional fencing of various kinds to my chain link fence and the twist ties simply give way with the fencing. I went searching for an alternative and I found some velcro ties, which I liked because they are reusable. However, I found they also gave way under the pressure of my dog pushing her way out under the fencing. So I went searching again. I had avoided cable ties because they aren't reusable, but they are pretty inexpensive so I decided to try them, and they are GREAT! I love them! There are a couple of areas on the fencing that even these cable ties stretch and come out, allowing my dog to get through, but still that's a huge improvement considering the size of my yard. I simply had to find another way to reinforce those areas. I'm very happy with these, with the price, and when they work I don't have to keep buying them! I also like it that if I need to redo an area of fencing I can easily cut off the old ties and replace them as needed.

Cable ties produced and sold by this company are astounding. You can secure WWII gun emplacements to a turtles back and fire round after round it wont slip off. The colors are completely astounding.. You have the choice of two styles. Black nylon and Semi Opaque white nylon. For this case I needed black though white would have done. I used those to tie bundles of trimmed branches together to ensure my son in law stepped onto a punji trap I was making for him. That's what he gets for parking in the lawn. Sorry I digress... I expected when he pulled the bundle out of the ground and out of his foot that the skewers would fly everywhere since the tie would slip.. nope ..Held on.. Now I can use it again if he pulls the stunt again. I highly recommend these ties..

I needed to pup proof my pet gate. My pup is so small he can slide thru the bars so I got some plastic fencing and with the cable ties to block all spaces so he can't escape again. These ties did the trick, can be useful for a multiple of projects. They are very sturdy not too thick but can hold any item in place, doesn't break easily not unless you cut them.

They work great. They are what they are, black cable ties. I've ordered some others in the past that are made of cheaper flimsy plastic so I think cable ties are either good or cheap. These are the good ones. I use them mostly to tie cables (of course) but seem strong enough to use for other purposes like tying things to backpacks or creating loops for tools to hang on a peg board, etc.

These work very well, and are strong. We put all our household furniture in storage after we sold our house. Our furniture was stored in a self storage metal wire cage storage container. We used these to hang lots of things from the top of the "cage" to use every square inch of space. Hung patio chairs from the top of the cage with this, tools, etc. Very strong.

These are handy, inexpensive and do the job. I wanted to organize EVERY single wire in my possession. But I reminded myself how stupid that was. I did do my collection of wires I keep and it’s so nice to have them organized and not in a flimsy way. I used to use the twistie things that seal bags of bread. Annoying and not functional. Goodbye to those, which I hate! The only improvement is if they jumped out of the packaging and tied themselves. They’re pretty much everything promised and more. For you organizers out there, these are SO much fun. If only everything could be tied up so easily and neatly.

Tons of small ties for the price and they're pretty good quality. I use them for various purposes around the house, primarily cable management. If you're tying up a lot of thicker cables you may want to opt for something a little bigger or longer. These are small ties best suited for the keeping your smaller electronic cables tidy rather than thicker base cables (e.g. power cords to televisions, music patch cables). Another good function is keeping travel bag/luggage zippers secured in lieu of putting TSA locks on everything.

I bought the pack to use immediately, amd so I have. Exactly 100. 99 were perfectly perfect, 1 was missing the nub that catches on the tie to lock it. 99% aint bad. Ones I have used seem to be holding just fine, have a good heft to them

This review is for the 14 inch ties. Some reviewers stated the ties they received broke easily and posted a photo of the ties in a plain bag with a plain label attached. The seller commented there was a problem with counterfeits. Hopefully this has been resolved. The Package I received was in a printed retail type package. See photos. I did an unscientific real world stress test. I put the tie on a piece of scrap steel conduit and with my foot on the conduit pulled with vice grips until the tie broke. See photos. I would expect any tie to break, but the question is how easy. I really had to put some muscle into it. The ties passed my stress test. Five stars for these tie For UV protection I will not know until after next summer if they will hold up reasonably well. I have some ties on an outdoor TV antenna mast and mast support. See Photos

I used these to help reinforce the corner of my Husky's crate that he kept trying to pull open. A few of these along the side and bottom and he hasn't been able to budge that corner in weeks. I also put some of these along the opening for the tray in the bottom of his crate since he tends to push the try out when bracing against it to try to pull his crate in. They're super sturdy, still able to cut with scissors but takes a little force. This is a great solution for me as I can cut them away to collapse the cage or pull out the tray if need be but they definitely keep the crate secured and the tray in place
