Great for opening packages in the kitchen

I love these little things!

Great little garden clippers I purchased after recommendation from a fellow gardener. I love for clipping flowers to bring inside, clipping back invasive vines, cutting lengths of hose, or even cutting up mint or basil for cooking. I love the lifetime warranty and that they are dishwasher safe. The sheath that clicks on is the best, as these things are sharp and I have small children. Gives me peace of mind.

I have the no-name metal version of these scissors that can be purchased in sets of 3-5 for less than $10, BUT, I really wanted some hinge-snip scissors that had a cap or could be locked closed so the two open blades weren’t constantly exposed, and these snips were exactly what I was looking for. These would be great for anyone who has arthritis and needs a nice ergonomic and non-slip grip. I was hoping to find a pair made of metal (I try to reduce my consumption of plastic products when possible), however these are very nice and I recommend them.

I like the last person's review. I am also using this a lot more than I expected. We grow a bunch of herbs and this is awesome for snipping a few off the plant and pretty good for chopping them up into a pot too. We grew mint and made mojitos all summer long, this is way better than pinching off a sprig and I think it heel's over faster.

These are awesome, I spotted these while looking for plain old scissors. The work great in the kitchen and the sewing room. I bought 2 pairs. The pointed tip is sharp and precise. You can get right down to the source, easily. Worked excellent for fresh parsley, I used it to trim left over threads on my garment, that I was creating.
