Finally, some REAL relief for my plantar fasciitis!
First of all, let me say that this product IS REALLY WORKING FOR ME....Read on if you want more info as to how... For years I have suffered from chronic bouts of plantar fasciitis. My most recent bout was the worst one ever. It lasted several months. I had obtained relief several years ago by purchasing medical orthotics that cost me $400. After 8 years, they finally wore out and failed to support my fallen arches. Also, I further aggravated the problem by buying cheap, soft-soled sneakers. Bad idea. This always counterintuitively ends up hurting my flat feet. Anyway, while sprinting with my soft-soled sneakers I must have really over extended my fascia downward. My left heel hurt more and more every day afterward. Killed me every morning stepping out of bed. I tried everything I usually do, including rolling my foot with a frozen bottle of ice water, doing foot stretches, and buying inexpensive full- and three-quarter arches off the rack. Nothing worked. I even bought custom shoes that were supposed to help. Still no relief. I inadvertently started walking on my toes thereby more causing more referral pain around the heel. I was miserable. Being on a tight budget, I searched for inexpensive options and came across these Bitly compression socks. The price was right and the reviews were good so I tried them instead of getting a cumbersome night boot. Out of the box they didn't seem like much, but I slipped them on and took a chance wearing them throughout the day and overnight. I didn't notice much difference the first day but I stayed with it. The second day seemed a little better. I tried to speed the process by wearing both socks on one foot but that turned out to be a bit too tight. Finally, I decided to take a day off my feet to rest along with continuing to wear the socks almost 24/7. The next morning I was insanely happy when I gingerly placed my heel on the floor getting out of bed and was PAIN FREE for the first morning in months! The combination of wearing the compression socks for several days along with getting some rest for my feet (I usually do some low impact cardio everyday) finally, finally helped. I'm still wearing the socks and I'm still pain free. They are thin and fit snugly but comfortably. They not cumbersome and are surprisingly effective! All I can say is, as a chronic plantar fasciitis sufferer, I'm happy to have purchased them and highly recommend them! These socks, combined with some rest, really worked for me. P. S. I wear them under my regular socks, but if you want them to fit more snugly you can wear them over your socks. They are washable and dry fast. And, maybe it's just me, but try to wear them with the front label facing outward instead of inward because they seem to provide more relief that way. THANK U BITLY!!!

Worth every penny and more for the pain relief they provide.
I've only had two episodes in my life of plantar fasciitis. Both came out of nowhere, no warning. I have a pretty high threshold for pain, and with plantar, it is off the scale. The dead giveaway, is that it's always worst in the morning, right after waking up. Agony. There are things you can do to minimize the duration and severity, but do it right away. Luckily for me, each time I had an episode, I dealt with it immediately, and each time it was gone in about 3 days. Specific exercises for the feet, control inflammation (I used turmeric spice and penetrex cream), foot soak in epsom salts, and use compression socks. The Bitly socks provide INSTANT relief from the agonizing pain, and allowed me to function during the day, which would have been impossible otherwise. Upon putting them on, 80% of the pain was immediately relieved. As I said, my two episodes of plantar were thankfully brief, so I don't know how these socks hold up in the long run with washing. But to tell the truth, even if they were throw away one use only (which they are not) it would be worth the money for the pain relief they provided. If you suffer from plantar, get these socks for pain relief. And when the plantar comes on, treat it immediately and aggressively for a quicker recovery time.

Perfect for helping with pain!
My plantar fasciitis was severe and took over a year to fully resolve. I tried braces, sleeves, creams and eventually I saw a podiatrist. These are the second best thing that I used to help me with my plantar fasciitis. The best thing was my podiatrist and the steroid shot I received. These sleeves however, reduced and eventually eliminated my pain while walking. I tried a couple other brands they turned out to be worthless, but these work great. I would not wear any sleeve while sleeping. The formula for resolution = stretching + ice packs + proper insoles/shoes + plantar fasciitis sleeve + steroid shot (if the previous listed do not work on their own) The night splint and the boot for sleeping were a waste of time and money. It is also impossible to sleep well with them on. It always hurts worse in the morning and having your foot held in a specific position over night will not make it heal faster. Stretch your foot before you walk on it that does reduce the pain.

Amazing! I'm now a believer.
I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis for about six weeks now and have developed a program for myself that includes Epson Salts soaking, Power Step orthotic insoles in high quality hiking boots and reduced walking/zero running. I have not felt any significant improvement in my condition since developing this annoying and limiting malady. I have not yet attempted to tape my own foot but I was just about to try that therapy too. Last week I ordered the Bitly Compression Foot Sleeves as an alternative to taping. The product arrived as promised and when I removed it from the package, I was disappointed by the light weight nature of the fabric as well as construction. I thought, "my socks apply more compression than this!" I immediately put the sleeve on my foot and the initial sensation was almost an audible laugh because I thought, "there's now way this thing can have any effect." Two hours later I was noticing some relief and 10 hours later it was remarkable. That first night I chose not to wear the sleeve to bed but realized the next morning that that idea may have been a mistake. Last night I wore the sleeve all night and the relief has continued through the night into this morning. I had contacted the supplier about my concerns the morning that I received my product and they promptly emailed me, within four hours, with an offer of another sized pair of sleeves. While I love to be the recipient of good customer service, I thought it prudent to wait at least 48 hours before reacting to something with which I had zero experience. I'm glad I waited and I'm pleased to say that, now, I'm a believer. If you are suffering from plantar fasciitis, I strongly recommend that you add these sleeves to your healing program. I am not a medical professional and I have not realized complete healing, but this morning I can take a step with almost no pain. The price is well worth the relief. I'm still walking carefully and will continue with the goal of complete healing but these sleeves are now the cornerstone upon which I build my hope for full recovery. Amazing!

Pain free!!!😄😄😄😄😄
My work requires me to be on my feet. Now that my job is short we have to pull doubles sometimes I'm significantly overweight so that plus my age makes it hard to be on my feet for long without being in a lot of pain. I can only last 2 hours because my feet swell and hurt. So I thought let me try compression socks. I picked these because my toes would be free and they only went to my ankles. The reviews were also very good so I figured being the price was right I would try them. By the grace of God and my prime membership I got them right on the day I had to stay again for the next shift. I took them to work, put them on and started . The first thing I noticed was how I had more room in my shoes. That was great cause when I put them on they feel kind of tight. The next thing I noticed was by the end of my shift I was still ok. I didn't have pain and felt alright. When I started working into the next shift I was still good. By hour 2 of overtime I was tired but still not in pain. Normally I would have to go home and take 3 Motrin. When I got home and took the compression socks off no pain and no swelling. I highly recommend them. I intend to purchase another pair. I did buy a medium but think that I need a large because they were getting tighter by the time I left. I still recommend them highly but just know if your heavy you probably should do the large. I wear a 8 1/2 shoe

Amazing Relief
For as cliche as it sounds, these compression socks have changed my life. I have severe plantar fasciitis in both feet and have been struggling for years to find some relief: steroids, cortisone shots, physical therapy, braces, inserts, and the list goes on. My podiatrist told me the only way to relieve it was surgery. As a mother of two highly active young boys that is not an option. I have been proactive stretching, icing and resting my feet but still deal with the pain and swelling on a daily basis. That has all changed. The first time I put on the compression socks I literally breathed a sigh of relief. For the first time in years, my feet weren't killing me. After a few days of testing I have found that I get the most benefit when I wear them overnight. I no longer dread the first steps out of bed. The overall swelling and pain has been lessened throughout the day as well. For me, these compression socks are a godsend. I am finally able to workout at the gym without paying for it later. Thank you for making a product that has changed my life in such a profound way!

Great socks but arrived 'flawed'
These are great, as expected but one has hole in heel. I'm so desperate for relief I'm keeping them but it is disappointing. UPDATE: THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH ME ABOUT MY PURCHASE IN GENERAL AND I SHARED THAT THERE WAS A HOLE IN ONE SOCK. A COUPLE DAYS LATER A NEW PAIR ARRIVED. EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AWESOME!!!

These things are a godsend!
I have been wrestling with severe right heel pain for more than a year. I hesitated to try these, because it just didn't seem to make sense that a compression sleeve would work. However, the price was affordable and I knew I could return them if I didn't like them, so - what the heck. I have been very pleasantly surprised. From the first night I wore the sleeve, my heel pain began to decrease. Within four to five days, I was able to walk pain-free as soon as I awoke. I still have pain during the day, but even that seems to be decreasing. I am thrilled with these results. One thing I did notice was that the Morton's neuroma that I have in the ball of that foot has tried to flare up a time or two, possibly from the compression across the ball of my foot. I simply moved the sleeve back toward my instep and off the ball of my foot, and that seemed to help. Last night I forgot to put the sleeve on, and I still awoke pain-free. These things are a godsend.

*EDITED 5/31/18
I've been wearing this nonstop since it arrived yesterday morning. I have felt no difference whatsoever. I wear size 10/11 and ordered a large, which fits just fine, but I don't think the compression is where it needs to be for this to be effective... I even tried wearing both on the one foot and it made no difference. This is upsetting, I was hoping for some relief with these, but I guess I'll keep searching. *EDIT After reading my review, the seller contacted me about the product and offered to send me a different size in white or a refund. I chose the new size because any relief I could find for the debilitating pain would be very welcome. After wearing the medium size for an hour or so, I already noticed less pain and I was very grateful. While the size is too small for me to wear comfortably through the night, it's great for the pain relief after a few hours of wear and I'm able to go a day or so without needing it. It's crazy walking normally again after so many months of this. Thank you! I am updating my review from 1 to 5 stars. Great customer support and the product actually helps. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I received a follow up email from the company asking how I liked the socks
I am a long time distance runner and fell 11/19/15 (due to a broom being left on the floor by a contractor). I severely twisted my right knee and leg. I had physical therapy and my leg & knee are still not back to normal. I tried walking but because I don't have my normal gait I strained my right foot. I tried to walk in spite of the pain and swelling in my foot but I had to stop. I also developed plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I looked online and decided to purchase the Bitly-Plantar socks. I received a follow up email from the company asking how I liked the socks. I told them that I ordered a large pair but they appeared to be too big. They sent me a free pair in the medium within a couple of days! The customer service is excellent! I have worn them for a couple of weeks now and have gotten substantial relief. I would recommended these socks to anyone that needs support from a strained foot and relief from heel pain!
