I have a Logitech keyboard for my desk at home, but it’s 14.5 inches long and not easy for traveling. I was looking for a travel keyboard with some kind of slot similar to my Logitech. I looked at a lot of different keyboards, I wanted something lightweight, something my IPad could easily slide from, small enough to fit inside my bag, and something that doesn’t need a table. I can type with it in my lap. I almost gave in and bought something I didn’t want. But this is what I was looking for. It’s very lightweight, compact, acts as a cover when it’s closed. The keyboard is compact to fit the size of the ipad, which is necessary, takes a few minutes to get use to. The price is ridiculous. If you don’t like it, what’s $23? So, I bought it. So far, I’m happy and plan on purchasing another one for my two parakeets’ ipad who enjoy watching movies. They’ll be staying with a sitter while we’re traveling so they’ll have their own iPad with a stand.

UPDATE: The seller has a warranty that I have since taken advantage of. They sent me another keyboard that works just as well as my very first one. I can now treat my iPad more or less as a laptop again. And if this replacement starts to act up, it has a warranty as well. So it really is a risk-free purchase for an already good product. This is my second time buying this keyboard. The first one was great! I loved it! However, my 10yo killed it by spilling hot chocolate all over it. The one I am using now is my second one, and it has been really disappointing. The space bar is "sticky" in that I have to go back and remove the periods and capital letters in anything I type, and every time I type. And as of this morning, the entire bottom row of keys doesn't work. My first name begins with "V" and my last name begins with "B," so this is a massive pain in the back side. Like I said, it's been terribly disappointing after being so happy with the first one.

Keyboard works really nicely. Makes a great cover and also keyboard. A few thinks to note: 1). it does increase the weight of the ipad - due to the battery. overall weight is still very good, but it does increase 2). keyboard is big enough to touch type upon, but it's small. I really like entering URL's and short email notes. Don't think I will use to compose longer documents. 3). Comes with a charging cable. And the battery runs for a long time. 4). I have to remember to turn off the ipad with I close the case - Ipad cannot sense the case being closed Overall I would purchase again - I wanted a small keyboard and something to make the ipad standup while reading the newspaper. This works very well.

This the coolest looking IPad keyboard I have ever used. I have used 5 keyboards with iPads over the years. This one has had a lot of comments. People think it is a computer, that the keyboard and the iPad is one. I was not sure about the slot for the iPad, but it fits well and sits well. It can shift from side to side a little, but folds flat quickly. The keyboard acts like a case so the iPad turns on when the iPad is opened. It works great with an IPad Air 2. It is quicker than the last keyboard. There was a slight delay with the old one. New update is that it stopped working after a month and I emailed the company and under warranty they replaced it with no questions and were very nice and responsive. They emailed back right away. Great service. I like the keyboard and their responses.

I purchased this for my new 9.7" iPad Pro. Couldn't go wrong for the price. It works very well, the keys are well spaced with good clicky tactile feel. It's a great keyboard for the price and fits the iPad perfectly. While this does work for the 9.7" iPad Pro, there are a couple of caveats: Firstly, the left "hinge" covers up one of the new ambient light sensors in the iPad Pro, so your True Tone functionality may be hindered. I noticed the screen adjusting quite a bit more when this was attached. Secondly, it will not wake up the iPad Pro when opening/closing. You have to manually turn the iPad on/off when using this. With this being said, I think this would still be a perfect option for the Air 2, and I still consider it an incredibly affordable and quality option for the iPad Pro 9.7", with some limitations. It gets a 5/5 for build quality and price, but do keep in mind the caveats if using this with a 9.7" Pro.

At first, I was very happy with this keyboard. Granted, it is a lot smaller than a standard keyboard. And I, too, had some issues with certain keys getting stuck, so it took some getting used to. But for what I paid, I was satisfied overall with the purchase. However, it has now been about 8 months since I bought this, and it is practically useless. Only a handful of the keys work at all now. It’s fully charged. I’ve tried turning it off and then back on, disconnecting from Bluetooth and then reconnecting, and still, no luck. While I would have initially given this 3 or 4 stars, I now give it 1. It was a complete waste of money....of a small amount, but a waste nonetheless. **UPDATE** After my initial review, Arteck reached out to me and offered a replacement keyboard! I was VERY happy to learn that my keyboard had a manufacturer’s warranty, AND I did not have to bother to send the old one back! After I confirmed my shipping information, I got an email stating that I’d receive my replacement in 4 days, however, it arrived only 2 days later! The new keyboard works perfectly, and it, too, has a warranty! Arteck’s customer service was very impressive, from their proactively reaching out to me to the prompt and hassle-free replacement! So, thanks so much, Arteck! FIVE STARS!!!

This is a great little accessory. I read all the reviews before purchasing. You need to be very careful placing and removing your iPad from the keyboard. The clips used to hold the iPad are great and secure, but they are plastic and if not handled gingerly, could break. I love having this with me in meetings. I can carry the whole thing in my purse and don't have to drag around my laptop. Also, EVERYONE around me wanted to know about this keyboard. I attended a large meeting a couple of weeks ago and half a dozen people stopped by to get the manufacturer name and took photos, as well. Nice! Again - handle it with care. To level set - you are not investing in a $200 keyboard. That said, the bluetooth has worked flawlessly and the charge lasts for days (and shuts off when the case is closed). I would recommend.

This fits my iPad Air 2 perfect and the bluetooth syncs quickly and easily. The only thing missing is a backlit feature but at the price I paid I am still perfectly happy. This wireless keyboard is very thin and it does have some weight to it (in a good way). It doesn't feel flimsy and I am sure that it will last me awhile. My husband also commented that he likes the little rubberized feet at the bottom to keep the case and iPad from moving around. I would definitely repurchase for my other iPad and I would definitely recommend it to others.

11/20/18 update: Arteck customer service reached out and offered to replace the keyboard based on this feedback. I no longer needed a keyboard for the tablet and declined. They reached out again with a very generous solution. I am blown away by their willingness to make the situation right and have updated their rating based on their awesome customer service. Had originally ordered one for an ipad mini. That one is in good condition and works as advertised. Also ordered one for an ipad air 2 that has normal usage. The keyboard portion works great, but does have to be powered off and on sometimes to establish a connection if left in the on position too long without being used. In addition, the back cushion where the keyboard attaches to the ipad appears to be detaching after only a couple of months of use. The keyboard was not detached after initial installation, so there isn't a logical reason for the slippage of that cushion with normal use. Also ordered another for a family member, and they are very pleased with this product. My original rating was 5 stars, have decreased the rating due to the two issues noted above. For a low cost keyboard/cover combo, this is a good solution, especially for those of us who prefer a normal keyboard vs a pop up screen.

I was a little worried about the two grips placing undue pressure on the screen but they seem to be fine. You definitely can't also use a bumper case with this product, though - it's a tight fit and the ipad isn't going anywhere. So far I really love the solution. I wanted a keyboard, wanted my ipad to stay light for travel, but also to give it a little security through tsa security. The battery life seems great, and I've had no issue with pairing. It does shut off the ipad when it's closed. Nice accessory for my space grey. Looks cool. Price was right. Innovative and happy with it.
