From start to finish this was a great experience. Customer service emailed us to confirm all of the info and once they learned it was a gift for our father, they put the jacket into a nice gift box. Our father loves the jacket and cannot stop expressing how well made, elegant, stylish and comfortable it is. I highly recommend this company and product. Looking forward to getting one for myself.
