Absolutely Love it!!!!

I previously purchased two other pans in smaller size and different style. I love the quality of these pans. I bake fish several times a week and this is my go to pan. Yes it is a cookie sheet which means it is very shallow but it is versatile and works for me. I will be replacing my worn cookware with Wilton products. Love it!!!

Awesome!

I’m baking lava and then undersea creatures into two birthday cakes. I wanted thin layers and multiple colors that I could cut with a cookie cutter easily. These pans were just perfect for me! I used one box of cake mix, I think 1 cup would be good per pan. The red and yellow had a little less than 1 cup and then orange and gray had about 1.5 cups. I baked at 325*F for 20mins. Probably could have been done sooner but I got busy and forgot to check.

Storage

I didn't know how to store these beautiful cakes, since they're so tall, so I ended up finding a plastic storage container from Target and use it upside down. It's not fancy but it does the job.

Great!

My latest bakeup with these pans is a Sticky Toffee Cake with lemon cream cheese frosting - a 100% vegan of course, and a bit hit with guests. These pans make a really sensational piece for company. We love the size too. Perfect for 6 for dinner which will polish off the desert, or 4 hungry gluts, or a few days for two.

Easy to Clean

Very easy to clean. Little smaller than my previous cookie sheets but I should have checked the measurements.
