I was delighted to receive my CUFF today. It is even better in person than it was in the pictures! I had it out of the box and sending test alerts with ease. I've added my husband, our nanny, and my immediate family as contacts and my cuff vibrates when I get a call or text from them. This is such an amazing feature for me - I no longer have to remember to keep my phone at my side for every meeting I go to or room I wander into. I'm already loving it and wearing it everyday. If they add more features, I'll start getting one for all of my friends.

We received our family Cuff package last week in hopes it would make it easy for my wife to reach me. She's 6 months pregnant and we wanted her to be able to reach me at any time at the push of a button. I'm a bit of a tech nerd and I have very little patience for new technology that takes too long to set up. This was unpacked and running seamlessly in about 3 minutes, not an easy task to pull off and it immediately jumped to 3 stars. The second hurdle was getting the emergency contacts set up with the app. I've heard some people complain about this but really if your emergency contacts complain about needing to set up an app that takes 2 min, maybe that's a sign. Anyways, got them set up, tested the cuff, aaaannnndddd worked perfectly! Got it up to 4 stars. Finally my wife was really happy with all the options for holding the transmitter so 5 stars because she will wear it every day. It brings peace of mind to know if something happens I'm easy to reach.

The Cuff

I ordered this late Friday afternoon and said it would arrive on Tuesday, I was fine with that. It arrived today Monday. A day early. After reading some of the terrible reviews I was hoping I did the right thing ordering. I am a happy Camper right now, set it up right out of the box and sent A couple test Alerts and all went well, it hasn't fallen off as someone said, it is comfortable to wear, don't really know I have it on.

Great style, much nicer than other sportsband, great fit and great price. I haven't taken it off and I love that my husband can always reach me he always complains that I miss his calls.

Great Gift!

I gifted this to my wife a week ago and she was totally impressed. She loves the style and the added functionality of receiving notifications. She hates taking the dog out at night or running alone so this helps relieve her anxiety too. Overall a great gift!

I love the look and feel of the band

Just got my Cuff yesterday! I love the look and feel of the band. The material is soft and the sizing is perfect. My wrist is pretty small, so I generally have issues finding anything that fits well, but the adjustable band on the second to last setting fits comfortably and the excess band tucks under and doesn't flop around (unlike my GPS watch!). I'm not really a fan of putting no instructions in the packaging on how to do the setup and just directing to the website, which directs you to download the app. If you must download the app, just put that in the instructions! I had a little trouble setting up the device, as it didn't connect the first few times I tried, but I contacted tech support and they helped me resolve the issue quickly. If it had worked the first time, the setup process would've been very easy. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could setup the app to make the band vibrate when my husband calls or texts me. I ALWAYS have my phone on silent and/or away from my person, so it's nice to have some way of knowing if he's trying to reach me (and I'm sure he will appreciate it too :)). I wish that this extended to IM (google hangouts). In general, seems like a good product that has the potential to be amazing with added functionality. Can't wait to see what gen 2 is like!
