Made a huge difference in the appearance of my yard

These slats made my yard look so much better! They're really easy to install and look much better than the bamboo fencing I had previously. One thing that made installation really easy was that if you need to cut them to fit irregular areas, you can just use scissors to snip where you need. I highly recommend this company and these slats.

it is so easy and takes no time

Once you get the hang of it and slide them through the diamond...it is so easy and takes no time. The first couple of times, I made it hard on myself and decided to see a video of this on YouTube. Ok, now, I get it. It looks great and gives privacy in a very attractive way. Had enough to share with my neighbors (copy cat:-).It makes since, you better grab on to a good thing when you see it?

These slats are very easy to install and look really nice. I didn't use the locking channels because my fence is kind of jagged and uneven at the bottom making it hard to slide the locking channel into. I got two packets in two different colors so I had enough slats to put two channels behind one another and then slide it into the fence making it thicker and less likely to slide down. All I always, I'm very satisfied with this.

Easy

These inserts are so easy to install. Inserts just slide down. There were a couple areas that the fence was bent. I had to use a little force. But nothing to strenuous.No tools are needed. Just some gloves. I installed the inserts by myself. Decide which way you perfer the inserts to face.Before you install to many. Looks so much better!!! Onto the next project.

Attractive and easy to install

This product is easy to install and gives some basic privacy. This is not something that will give total privacy but gives enough. You will need to add plantings if you need more privacy or get another product. We live in South Florida so needed something that would allow wind to pass through. We replaced a wood fence with chain link and then added these slats. What a great look it gives the fence!!!

I did not use the bottom track because my fence was old construction and had a lot of dirt at the bottom but it would be good to use on a newly installed fence

I ordered the 6 ft but my fence is really 5 1/2 feet so I just trimmed some off the top. They were installed on an existing fence that had been there for years and had old dead vine on it that we had just removed so some area's were bent but we were still able to insert these. They block at least 85% of the view looking straight on and 100% from an angle. I did not use the bottom track because my fence was old construction and had a lot of dirt at the bottom but it would be good to use on a newly installed fence. I plan to buy more of these to do my entire yard (1 acre).

Easy to Install, So Far, So Good

I'm so happy with this product so far. I installed the slats about 2 months ago. The seller kindly answered a question I had about the gauge of my fence, which is size 8. You can see the full answer in the Q&A section on the listing, but I didn't have any problem installing these even with a size larger wire gauge than the listing calls for. I even installed them on what was one of the hottest and most humid days of the year here. I wanted these for some privacy while the bushes I planted grow to maturity. We live on a corner and I also wanted more of a buffer between my German Shepherd and small kids walking by. This has helped with both. The slats are thin, but I don't think they're flimsy, though I will have to update this review after a year or so after seeing how they do through the winter. At the time of my order, Amazon was selling these slats for the best price I could find online. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Installing the slats is somewhat tedious (no fault of the slat)

Worked well for me in a 16' stretch of chain link fencing. The propane tank behind my fence is not so glaring anymore. Installing the slats is somewhat tedious (no fault of the slat), but the result is good. Priced fairly too.

Love the slats

Love the slats. Very easy to install. We have tried other slats but these are the best. The color was about the same as the others but these have a deeper rich color. We also live on 2 acres of land and most of it gets full sun from morning until the sun goes down. The fence now provides a lot more shade, now I will be able to grow flowers and vegetables, with out watching them burn up. The wind was also a big factor, Having the fence stops most of the hard wind, won't dry out the plants so bad. I also have a chicken pen14x18x6 ft. The pen got hot sun all day long and the wind was terrible, it would blow my chicken across the pen. I tried using tarps and other covers and that was horrible. they would some how fill up with water or snow and tear the fence and the covers up. The slats again was a life savor for me and the chickens. Cut the wind by about 75% and provide a lot of shade for them. I also can put plants in their for the critters to play in. Thanks again for the great product.

Super easy to install, durable and looks great

We installed about 70 feet of the tan slats. The slats were easy to install and fit great. We installed to provide some privacy between us and our neighbor. Added benefit is it provides a nice looking back-drop for our landscaping as well. Hopefully will cut down on some of the dirt and weed seeds that blow into our rocks. Highly recommend this product and supplier. Packaging was great as well.
