Yuck...
Got one after one night. I hope it was working alone because I don't think I can take trying to get rid of another one. I can't lie I'm scared of rodents.

I'll trust no other!
PROS: 1. It works and not only catches mice (main reason for purchase) but as an added bonus it catches 25X the number of insects that you THINK are already in your house/garage/where ever you place these. 2. Better than a messy snap trap since the fleas and mites that live on the mouse have a good chance at also getting stuck if they leave the host, yet the host isn't dead, so no need to jump off and search around my house for another! 3. My dogs don't notice these and never even get curious though we normally place them out of easy reach so the smell doesn't arouse their curiosity. However if needed a vegetable oil will release any animal its not intended to trap whether that's your inquisitive German Shepard or the annoying neighbor's kid that sneaks into your garage unannounced because he sees a fun airless and flat basketball, maybe while you are performing necessary yard work... CONS: 1. When opening the package and before they air-out the smell if pungent and is not as pleasing to the olfactory sense as even smelling salts or the original Polo cologne from 1978! However the concentrated smell soon dissipates after the traps are placed and does not pose an issue afterwards.

They Will Work
First time using the glue traps I usually buy poison but I noticed it isn't as strong as it used to be. If you place them in the high traffic areas where the mice are they will eventually get stuck.I added bait (food) to the trap to make them purposely have to stop and get stuck. Because I noticed if they run fast and are tiny enough they may run right over it the 1st time. I had a 4 mice and the glue traps caught 3 the "Tomcat Press 'N Set Mouse Trap, 2-Pack" caught the last one.

You’ll come back for more! 5/5
5 out of 5 stars - DO YOU HAVE RATS? READ MY REVIEW. So I waited until I was absolutely certain whether this would work or not (PICS BELOW). I saw a rat running around my house out of the blue one day and lost sleep thinking how to get rid of it. They’re smart and will outsmart so many old and modern traps so I decided to try this one out. It works like a charm BUT...it requires you to do 2 things. 1. You have to put a small piece of food in the center of the trap (I chose baked chicken while others have put cheese). 2. You have to check the traps daily otherwise the mouse will run around all over the place making a mess until it dies of exhaustion from not being able to move/escape. The glue is VERY STRONG AND STICKY that’s why it works. The rat I caught dragged the trap over 8 feet to the to the other side of the room until it got stuck trying to escape from the bottom of the door. The traps are odorless, easy to clean, easy to setup and worth the price.

The glue on the other brands I tried did not ...
The glue on the other brands I tried did not seem to hold. In the morning the peanut butter was gone and no mice. This seems to be the only brand that holds as advertised.

10+ over 3 months!
Half of our basement is closed off so we use it as storage. I've learned mice love clutter to hide and nest in after pulling out some Halloween bins. After decluttering and deep cleaning, I set 6 of these around the room. I forgot to check the next few days but three days later I found 3 trapped mice! One was so big it ended up on two traps!!! (It moved in an attempt to get free I assume). The others were juviniles and fit nicely on one trap each! Going to order another 6 and hope to catch some more since I only have 1 trap left now. *Update* Ordering pack #3 because now that it's getting colder, the mice keep coming inside to seek shelter. I've lost count of the random traps I find when I remember to check them. You need to be strategic in placement. Along walls/paths they will take have been most successful with repeat catches. I do not use any bait!! They simply are running along and run into the sticky trap.

These are the best
I live in the country and have tried various mouse traps but sometimes simple is better. These just simply work where other fancier ones fail. There are traps that must be baited and/or placed just so and sometimes they work, but it seems the fancier they are, the less well they do the job. The snap version works but you can snap your fingers while setting it up and although the poison granules work you'd better hope the mouse that eats them really does go outside to find water as they say instead of dying under the house and smelling horrid for weeks, and both must be kept away from pets and children. The worst that can happen with these traps is getting them stuck to clothes or hair, not ideal, but not terrible. They catch mice (and bugs too). There's another sticky trap type that folds into a box so you don't have to look at what gets trapped, but I've never had them catch anything, and there's a white version that doesn't work either. These black ones do the job. They may not be for the squeamish since you definitely see the little bugger, but my love of animals does not extend to mice in my pantry. I heard a few suspicious noises last night and set one of these little traps in the general area. Today the invader is caught. Drop the thing into a plastic bag and put it out with the trash. Sorry mousey, house space is off limits. These traps are great.

Caught one in less than 5 minutes!!!
that's what I call results. Landlord is gut renovating apartment on my floor. As they tear down more walls, the vermin from previous tenant who was there for 50+ years is migrating down the hall. It's been a horrible few weeks. I've tried cheap paper based glue traps. Caught 1 mouse over about a week, despite having a dozens all over the apartment. I've actually seen mice jump over them. I have the ultrasonic plug ins, which I've been promised will work, Eventually. But in the right now, I'm a nervous wreck. These arrived last night. I unboxed them the morning and in less than 5 minutes there was a critter trapped and no longer tormenting me. Have already ordered another box.

We have a winner!
Had one mouse in our kitchen - we saw it on IR video. Of all the baits and traps we put in, this one is the winner that eventually caught the little guy. See the photo, the litte one never got a chance~ so easy to work with and so cheap. Love it. Thank you thank you thank you!

Definitely does the job
I used to think mice were cute til they invaded my house and attacked my pantry. I tried snap traps but they rarely worked as the peanut butter would be eaten but the things didn’t always close. So I put a few of these around and caught three mice the first night. Word must have gotten out because not a one since and I still have these traps stationed in the same areas. Also like that you just picked these glue traps up and discard them and the trapped mouse right into the trash. Quick and easy.
