Cute, simple toy

My 21 month old and 4 year old both love this set. I am always surprised by how much they enjoy playing with something relatively simple, like Melissa and Doug Toys, which don't play sounds or have lights or anything but are just simple, well made toys. My 4 year old likes to look at the little checklist and "read" the tasks for the day. Both kids like spraying water on the floors and mopping it up with the little cloth or the sponge. The tops come off of the cleaning supplies so they also play with those. They also received the Melissa and Doug stand up toy that comes with a broom, mop, and soft brush, and they use that alongside this toy. Now if only I could get them cleaning for real!

Melissa and Doug toy sets ROCK!

I got this for my daughter for her birthday; she loves anything that Melissa and Doug comes out with. She also loves “helping” when we are cleaning, or at least she THINKS she’s helping... most of the time she’s just in the way. 😂😂 but with this, she can “help” and not actually be in the way. She loves it. It makes her feel grown when she is using this. She will get the little spray bottle out and spray the window and use the microfiber cloth to wipe it, she also has the Melissa and Doug broom set and she will use that and sweep the floor. It’s seriously so cute. I don’t know if the spray bottle will actually spray water, I assume that it would, but I haven’t tried it because if I did, she would want water in it all the time, and then I would have a constant mess. But even without having any liquid in it, when you squirt the bottle, it SOUNDS like it’s squirting water. Idk if they intentionally did that or not but it’s cool because she can spray it and actually think something is coming out

Cutest cleaning kit! Worth every penny!

I bought this for my 20 month old son who loves to clean and is obsessed with vacuums. He has more toy vacuums than anyone has probably owned of real vacuums - no joke! I was actually looking for another vacuum toy but ran across this and thought he had to have it. I was right! He loves it! Plays with it everyday - the days we leave it out for him. His favorite piece is the squirt bottle. He squirts us more than he does items to clean - which is why we dont always leave it out. He will play by himself for awhile and then runs up to me wanting it refilled. He would play with it everyday if we let him. All the bottles open, which is a plus. I love that he has his own bottle now and isnt trying to get my actual cleaning supplies. The sponge and rag are also great because hes not trying to grab mine with dangerous product already on them. The squirt bottle is missing from my picture because he would not give it to me.

LOVE IT! Fully Functional Children's Cleaning Set.

My son loves mimicking me when I clean, plus he is at an age that he is able to help with some small tasks. I knew I had to find a set that he could call his own. I love this set from M&D! got mine on an Amazon Lightening Deal for about $10.00, which is a great price for it. Each container can actually be filled up with something and they all work (spray bottle actually sprays, etc.) I put water with a splash of vinegar in the spray bottle, water and mild soap in the detergent container, and baking soda in the scouring powder can. The sponges, brush, squeegee, and microfiber cloth are perfect additions to this set and everything can be stored in the handy carrying container. Each item is smaller in size, so it's perfect for really young children and smaller hands. There is cute little dry erase card to check off cleaning task. Again, these are not just pretend toys, everything included is fully functional. If you are looking for a kid's cleaning set that is fully functional, then this is the one to get!

My 4 year old LOVES this!!!

I became a stay at home mama about 6 months ago. My little loves following me around while I'm doing housework. As soon as I saw this set I knew she had to have it. I was lucky to grab it during a Lightning Deal and got it for a great price. The second it arrived, my little immediately wanted to start spraying, wiping, and squeegee-ing everything. I will give a warning to any other mamas that the sprayer holds real liquid and really sprays. The set is a great quality and we could not be happier!

Must have for your little cleaner!

I love this cleaning set! Even more my son loves it! It’s well made plastic and not junky at all. It has everything your little cleaner needs to help. It’s got a soft cloth, scrub brush, squeeze, spray bottle, shaker can, and cleaning bottle. It’s got it own cool carrier. You can put soap in the cleaning bottle. Baking soda in the plastic shaker bottle and water and vinegar in the spray bottle. It’s the perfect set to teach valuable skills to your little one. My son always wants to help and now he can. I would highly recommend this product. I was also really happy with the shipping too. The product arrived 3 days earlier than estimated and it was Christmas time.

This was probably the best Christmas gift last year

This was probably the best Christmas gift last year. My 3 year old loves to help clean around the house and has his own vacuum and broom so I got so excited when I saw this. He loves it, he uses it almost everyday. I sometimes put water in the spray bottle so he really thinks he's cleaning. Such a cute gift for little ones and teaches them to clean after themselves.

Great Gift for Toddlers!

I bought this cleaning set for my 3-year old niece who lives far away. She loves to help her mama clean. It was delivered yesterday, and since then I have been getting a stream of pictures of her pretend cleaning her stuffed animals, and giving their real dog a bath. I love that this is bringing a smile to her face, and perhaps also teaching her a little bit of responsibility about caring for the things you love and helping her mama keep a tidy house. Anything to make my sister's life easier is a great gift in my opinion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a gift for other toddlers.It doesn't appear that any of the pieces are terribly small, so I think it's carries a low choking hazard rating.

This little kit I amazing and he absolutely loves it

Got this for my 18 month old son for christmas as he is very interested in helping momma clean. This little kit I amazing and he absolutely loves it! He always wants to take the winded spray bottle and now he can have his own spray bottle that won't have chemicals in it! The assortment of cleaning items included in this is so perfect, it allows him to help me with my dusting, spraying windows and surfaces and wipe clean, scrub the tubs and etc. It makes him feel like he is helping me. Everything is realistic for him and sturdy. Love that it all comes in the carry tub also!

Daycare Approved

This was a last minute purchase for our daycare. Glad I did it. The kids love it. They pretend to clean all the time. Sometimes after Daycare I'll let my oldest put water in it and he cleans with me. Melissa & Doug have good products
