These lights are amazing. They are so easy to install. I put them in the head liner of my Chevy Astro van camper conversion. They put out an incredible amount of pleasing warm white light with minimal shadows, and they fit in the tightest places. I love them, and I definitely recommend them to anyone for any 12v installation.

Purchased a dozen (3 packs) of these lights for a camper van conversion. Items were well packaged. Compact and perfect for my application. The mounting springs have a lot of tension, but are fairly easy to operate for installation. These are brighter than I anticipated and really light up the back of the van.

Love them so far. Nice warm color. No failures yet after 3 months. Installed in RV to replace all the 12v fluorescent lights. 3-4 of these LEDs are an adequate replacement for 2 12” fluorescent bulbs. Had to make my own “fixtures” to cover the fluorescent light fixture holes.

Great for a camper van, super low profile so if you don't have any room above the head boards they will still work. Used 4 of them in my van and they are the perfect amount of light, I put them on a dimmer switch (bought separate) and they work great.

Ordered 8 of these for my sailboat and was very pleased with the product. They are built solidly and work great. Unit is very thin and fit inside the headliner easily. Keeper spring is very strong and holds the light in place well. I replaced all of the halogen style lights with these and even with all 8 burning my inverter meter doesn't even register a full amp draw. Had a problem with one of the lights and customer service was all over it. Would not hesitate to purchase more. Great Product and company!

Installed these in my main bath above the tub/shower and toilet. Wife was skeptical and didn't think we needed additional light there but I persevered, liking the fact that a low voltage system requires less hardware and fewer precautions against overheating and electrical shocks than line voltage lighting. Used a separate power supply tucked behind an access panel and a special 12 volt dimmer mounted on the wall. We both love these lights. They look great and give the room an elegant feel. Installation was easy even though most of the wiring was done from below with the help of a straightened coat hanger. We liked the results so much that I installed similar lights, but higher lumen output, in the adjoining walk-in closet as the sole light source. If they last ten years without replacement, as I expect, they will have earned their stars.

After a long search for some reasonably prices LED lights to replace the halogen lights in my sailboat, I found these. My only hesitation was the lack of a built in switch like that on the units I was replacing. That said, the quality of construction - aluminum housing vs. cheap plastic on my existing fixtures; the exceptional lighting they produce - in terms of brightness and color; and the value - priced at four units for what one of the older halogen units cost, make this a truly exceptional product. Incidentally, the spring clips are a little light as noted in another review but work fine once installed. I also think they are an improvement over the "mouse trap," rather dangerous design in my old lights. I had planned in installing switches with the ights but that would have added a lot of work and were only a "nice to have" feature in a small sailboat. I would love to see that option in a future product, but fully recommend these units nonetheless.

If you own a boat and want to upgrade to LED lights then these are for you. My Beneteau sailboat had halogen lamps that have the exact same cutout so these were very easy to just pop in. They also seem to be of excellent quality and look better than the original equipment and use less power but give a far better light. I purchased the warm white lights.

I purchased these lights strictly for lighting my shower stall of my 2005 Jayco Eagle. I've been a full time camper going on 3 years now and this is a major upgrade for my 12 year old camper. I choose these lights mostly for the moisture resistance they claim to have. Installation was a breeze for those who are wondering. The spring clips literally suck the fixture into the hole once they are in place. I used 18 gauge wire and soldiered and heat shrunk connection points. For cutting the hole I used a 2 1/4 inch hole saw works perfectly for spring clearance once they are folded back. The lighting is perfect and evenly distributed throughout my shower. I've only had them installed for a couple of days but I'll will be sure to update in the future. Update: April 19, 2017 This Friday will be a month since I first installed the recessed led lighting. So far they are illuminating just like they were when I first installed them. They cumulatively are on for at least 4 hours and experience at least 5 or more on off cycles per day. They seem to tolerate the moisture and condensation and I haven't noticed any oxidation under the fixture coating. My only complaint is I wish I would of done my research on color temperature before I purchased the cool white version. In comparison the color temperature is equivalent to an iPhone flash light, since it is only in my shower I can deal with it. As of today this product still deserves 5 stars in my opinion and I would buy again.

I used these in a enclosed trailer. Plan on a 2 foot spacing at 7’ off the ground max or it won’t be bright enough @ 13.6 volt. I used 6 (3 per row @ 2’ intervals, 2 rows) for a 7’X7’X8’ enclosed box. Worked perfect and just the right brightness for me.
