Great misting/atomizing heads.

Great misters for hot weather. The mist is fine enough to not make pools of water or make things wet. I used these camping using garden drip system hosing; 1 inch main line and 1/4" taps with these attached - i had to soften the 1/4 hose ends with a lighter and roll them between my fingers to make the opening a little smaller so the nozzles would fit and seal. The water is supplied using only a 15PSI-rated 12V pump on solar batteries (I haven't measured the actual pressure) and it worked great covering an 10' square canopy.

Better than the originals

These nozzles are much better than the ones that came with the original product. The cost to replace those are $15 for 5 pieces. I have to say, when I installed my misting system, some of the nozzles did not seem to fit the treading easily, they did not screw in very well without forcing them. I had many nozzles that were not completely misting, just putting out a small stream of water. I replaced them with the originals several times before I got fed up with the cost and searched for something less expensive. I found these, replaced all of the original nozzles and now get a nice mist out of every nozzle and they thread beautifully and easily. I guess the original manufacturer wants you to have to continue to purchase their crappy nozzle over and over, which is a shame.

Great to have spares.

Bought for spares to replace clogged ones while cleaning them. Here in Bakersfield I use my mist system all summer and the water is very hard. A lot of calcium buildup means a lot of vinegar is used to un-clog them. Now I just replace them and clean them when I have time. Works great and fast shipping.
