This is adorable and absolutely loved by my granddaughter. I typically read the reviews before ordering but did the opposite this time and was a tad nervous before it arrived. Yes, the sides have no reinforcement but it does not collapse as mentioned in a couple of the reviews. The sturdiness of the top and bottom prevent the sides from collapsing. It is deep and will hold a weeks worth of clothes easily. As well as 3 pr of shoes, coloring book, a small stuffed animal and some joolie (Jewelry). The exterior, besides being cute, can be wiped off with warm water. The graphic's are flat and colorful, the zippers work very well and it rolls easily or most terrains. I do wish the handle, when extended, did lock. It's new right now and the handle has to be pushed down but with repeated use I can see the 'push down' becoming a 'drop down', which would be an aggravation. I will definitely be ordering another one for little sis.

I bought them mainly for visits to the grandparents, but they can also use them when they vacation with mom and dad. They look like they will hold up well enough for what they will be used for. Stephen Joseph Makes Very Nice Luggage Pieces!

Very nice luggage for a little boy. I bought a Stephen Joseph Luggage for our granddaughter before she was born to pack up all her baby shower gifts into, and now at 14 months old her little brother will be due in 2 months, so I bought this one for the baby boy's shower next month to do the same for his gifts too! I was able to pack quite a bit of clothing, blanket, shoes, toys and books into the luggage for his sister, so I'm sure when I put his items together I will be able to do the same for him. It's a great product, and I think you'll like it too. And, there are even other "accessories" you can find in the line to match the luggage. Happy shopping...

Perfect for traveling with children!

Purchased for 7 year old granddaughter, she was so happy. She and her 4 year old sister fly from Alaska with their mom and they were both able to navigate the airport taking care of these suitcases on their own. They did fit either under the seat or in the overhead bin on Alaska Airlines. They seem to have held up fine. I don't know how many years they will last but I think they will probably last until the girls are too old to want them.

Quality Suitcase that Holds Up Over Time

Well made product with lots of separate pockets and quality construction. Over the years, I have purchased this suitcase for each of my four grandchildren. The two oldest traveled to England with them. They held up nicely and they are still using them now, almost 5 years later. They use them frequently for overnight visits and they still look great! They also have the cutest designs. They are an excellent value.

Happy with this product

We bought this as a birthday gift for a little girl who likes unicorns. It arrived in perfect condition and looks to be well made. Plenty of pockets and roomy yet still manageable for a little one to pull behind her on a trip to Grandma's. We're happy with this purchase...and her parents were thrilled for her to have her own suitcase for future travel.

Absolutely love these!!! Very good quality. I bought two: this green/pink "butterfly" one, and a blue/pink "owl "suitcase . 3 outside pockets on each to store hairbrush, toothbrush, last minute items , etc. Very colorful and very, very cute!!! I can't wait for my two granddaughters age ( Age5 and 2) to wheel these into "Grandma!s" house for an overnite stay. I bought iron-on letters to put their names on them. A perfect place in front , above the mesh pocket. I have not yet ironed them on, yet. Not sure if this will work. A great idea , though. I placed the black letters there and they look so cute!!!! Maybe hot glue them!?

Cute and functional

We have had this suitcase for 3 years now. After 3 years and MANY trips (via car and via airplane), the case is finally starting to show its wear and tear. I am amazed it lasted this long with the amount of pressure we put on it for every trip! Stuffed to the brim with all the necessities (clothes, shoes, stuffed animals, security blankets, action figures, you name it!). I am a bit sad we've outgrown it (why don't they make hard shell suitcases this cute?!?)
