Decided to get this step ladder for our store after reading all the great reviews. I wasn't quite sure how well it would hold up for a retail store where we carry boxes that weigh 20lbs or more, but surprisingly it is more durable than the metal step ladder we had before. Two main reasons I bought this one is because of the height and the portability. It folds very readily and tucks away easily, and is very light. One of our older employees has no trouble getting up and down the steps and you can really feel the difference on your feet and legs. The steps are very comfortable, once you get the ladder you will know what I mean. I will definitely get this one again if our other step ladder breaks down.

Just what I needed. I wanted something strong enough to accommodate the large people in my family and safe for moving items up to and down from ceiling high cabinets. It seems to be very safe and sturdy and the shelf is very useful. All in all, a good product at a reasonable price.

There are so many great things about this step ladder. When I first opened it, I was happy to find that there was absolutely no assembly required. I just took of the shrink wrap, and it was ready to go. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how easily the ladder glides from flat to open. I tried it out to make sure it's sturdy. It didn't wobble at all. I even hopped a bit to see if it squeaked. There was no squeaking and still no wobbling. Reaching backwards while on this is also no trouble at all. I purchased a step ladder years ago which started lifting whenever I reached back to get something. This one is not hazardous at all. The steps are wide and allow room for movement from left to right. The top handle has a foam grip, so it is easy and comfortable to move around. I initially bought it it for my pantry that has shelves almost to the ceiling. Since I got it, I've used it to hang up birthday streamers, change a lightbulb, and cover my cabinet with contact paper. This was a great $40 investment. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Well I cannot imagine what anyone would complain about. This is a very heavy duty sturdy step ladder. Easy to fold out, even easier to fold up with one hand no less, and the steps are nice and wide for standing on comfortably. You can hold on to the top bar while standing on the top step. I use this to climb in and out of my boat out in the driveway. The extra wide feet are nice and wide and sturdy so the legs do not sink into the ground. I can climb all the way to the top step, 30" high, and climb over the side of my boat while holding on the top bar of the ladder and I do not need to worry about falling. This ladder is heavy to carry, so i cart it back and forth in my wagon. I am a 55 yr old disabled woman, so I needed something I did not have to worry about getting injured on. The only thing, I did want to be able to carry it with me on the boat so i could use it at the docks, but it is too long folded, so i will need to get another one that has a 30" high top step that is shorter when folded. I do want to keep this one though. I like feeling safe when I am climbing in and out to clean the boat in the driveway.

Fast shipping, packaged well, & very sturdy. I've used thus ladder to hang pictures, change light bulbs & transform an unsightly light fixture that I was too short to reach. I've included before & after pics of the light fixture. It took roughly 30 minutes to complete. I placed everything that I needed on the tray at the top of the ladder. This cut process time in half. I didn't have to climb up & down the ladder to get the pieces that I needed. Money well spent.

I needed a substantial step ladder to reach the top shelves of my kitchen cabinets, as well as to replace my recessed ceiling can light bulbs throughout my house. Because I'm disabled, I needed something that had a sturdy top safety rail, full-sized steps, and was light and manageable. This 3-step ladder has met all my needs and then some. I grab the rail to steady myself as I ascend and descend, and the full-sized steps don't require the "balancing act" required with other ladders having narrow steps that don't fit human feet! The work tray at the top provides the perfect place for my pots, pans, dishes, light bulbs, etc. I can place my objects there before I ascend or descend, so I can focus on balancing myself versus items I'd be carrying. In addition to these valuable features, this ladder is light weight enough for me to move around with relative ease, and it folds compactly and fits in a narrow slot next to my refrigerator. I love, love love this ladder!

This step stool rocks! It is lightweight and sturdy - I'm a big girl and I feel completely stable on the top step. I love having the tray too for holding your stuff. My sister and dad have also bought one since trying mine out - I highly recommend it!

I bought this primarily for indoor use and for painting in my new home but it obviously will be used for other projects as well. I'm 300+ lbs and this felt very stable as I stood on the top step. I'm 5'8" and as I stood on the top step, my head just reached the 9 foot ceilings in my home. Was able to reach easily over the top of my wall cabinets. When folded, it's very thin and stored away easily. I also found it to be fairly light to carry. I'd definitely recommend this ladder to family, friends and anyone in need of a ladder of this type.

Better to put whatever you're going to store or put out of reach on the platform at the top of the ladder and then climb up to it instead of climbing while holding the object. Also like the depth of the steps. I wear a size 12 men's and my whole foot is supported. This is one of the better ladders for in the home or garage

Safe easy to use and I can now reach everything in my home without issue. It easily holds me, tools, paint, and the random cat that decides he needs to be on it!
